본 연구는 남한사회에 정착한 북한이탈주민들의 문화변용 유형에 따라서 이들의 적응에 차이가 있을 것으로 보고 이들 간의 관계를 규명하고자 ``북한이탈주민 1차년도 패널자료``를 활용하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 조사 대상 북한이탈주민 중에는 북한문화 유지보다 남한문화 수용을 더 잘하고 있는 ``동화형``이 가장 많았으며, 다음으로는 ``통합형``, ``분리형`` 그리고 ``주변화형`` 순이었다. 북한이탈주민의 문화변용 유형이 남한사회 적응에 어 떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 ``통합형``과 ``동화형``이 남한사회 적응에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 북한이탈주민이 기존에 속했던 북한 사회의 문화를 얼마나 강하게 유지하느냐보다는 새로운 남한 문화를 얼마나 긍정적이고 적극적으로 수용하느냐에 따라서 남한사회 적응에 차이가 나타나는 것으로 볼 수 있으며 추후 연구에서는 남한문화 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 심층적으로 연구하여 남한사회 적응을 끌어올리는데 도움을 주는 방안을 찾는 것이 더 중요하다고 제언하였다. This study thinks that there is difference in adaptation of North Korean defectors who have settled down in South Korea according to acculturation types, so the purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between acculturation types and adaptation. In order to find out research issues, SPSS/Windows 18.0 Version program was used analyze ``1st North Korean Defectors Panel Study`` with hierarchical regression analysis. The result showed that assimilation type is the biggest, and it was followed by integration, segregation and marginalization. The next result shows that adaptation scores of South Korea were significantly higher for ``assimilation`` and ``integration`` compared to ``segregation`` and ``marginalization``. This indicates that North Korean defectors who have a higher acceptance of South Korean culture made a better adaptation to South Korean culture in overall, and those who have a lower acceptance of South Korean culture made a poor adaptation to South Korean culture. Depending on how much North Korean defectors positively and actively accept the culture of South Korea rather than strongly maintaining the culture of North Korea, in which they formerly belonged, there are differences on how well they adapt to Korean society.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 서비스 회복 공정성이 고객의 만족과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향: 오픈마켓과 종합 인터넷쇼핑몰을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to classify the service recovery fairness of internet fashion shopping mall depending on the type of shopping mall into 3 levels, and analyze their influence on customers` satisfaction and intention to repurchase. Data were collected from 271 customers who had made a complaint or raised a question about service among the customers, and was analyzed through AMOS 7.0. For hypothesis testing, a research model was set up in the form of structure equation model, and its suitability was investigated. The results of this research can be summarized as follows: First, in relation to the service recovery fairness at internet shopping mall, only the consequential fairness has a meaningful relationship with customer satisfaction. Second, it has been shown that the higher the customers` satisfaction with internet shopping mall, the more positive influence it has on intention to repurchase. Third, it has been shown that the influence of service recovery fairness on customers` satisfaction and intention to repurchase has a meaningful difference depending on the type of internet shopping mall. In other words, it has been shown that customer satisfaction is higher at open market than general internet shopping mall. Inaddition, it has been shown that in open market, only the consequential fairness has a meaningful influence, therefore it will be more effective to strengthen a strategy focused on economical rewards than other fields.

This study aimed to provide the basic data for the prevention of carpal tunnel syndrome by measuring and comparatively analyzing the changes in muscular strength, grasping force, and agility of hands before/after practice, targeting the dental hygiene students taking the scaling practice course. Targeting total 15 students(4th-year) of Dental Hygienics who had no problems with anatomical structure, muscular strength, grasping force, and senses of hands, the muscular strength, grasping force, and agility of hands were measured before/after the scaling practice. The collected data was processed by using the PASW Statistics 18.0(SPSS) Program. In the results of this study, the muscular strength and grasping force of hands were decreased after the practice compared to the ones before the practice. The agility of hands was increased after the practice compared to the one before the practice. Based on such results of this study, it would be necessary to avoid such exhausting hand gestures for scaling, and also to develop the preventive exercise to build up the strength of hands like stretching before/after scaling. 본 연구는 치석제거 실습수업을 하는 치위생학과 학생들을 대상으로 실습 전·후의 손의 근력, 파지력, 민첩성 변화를 측정하고 비교 분석하여, 수근관 증후군을 예방하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 치위생학과 4학년 재학생 중 손의 해부학적 구조, 근력, 파지력 및 감각에 이상이 없는 15명을 대상으로 치석제거 실습 전과 실습 후에 손의 근력, 파지력, 민첩성을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 PASW Statistics 18.0(SPSS) 통계프로그램을 활용하여 처리하였다. 연구결과 손의 근력과 파지력은 실습 전과 비교하여 실습 후에 감소하였다. 손의 민첩성은 실습 전과 비교하여 실습 후에 증가하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 스케일링 동작 시 피로를 줄 수 있는 손동작을 자제하고, 스케일링 전후로 스트레칭 등 손의 힘을 기르는 예방운동의 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
