        고주파유도로를 이용한 초급속열처리 구상흑연주철의 피로파괴특성

        Rotary bending fatigue tests were carried out to investigate the fatigue behavior of high performance ductile cast iron experienced super rapid induction heat treatment. The effect of super rapid induction treatment on fatigue limit was experimentally examined with the special focus on the variation surface microstructure and the fatigue crack initiation and propagation through fractography. Main results obtained are as follows. By super rapid induction treatment in FCD500, the martensite structure obtained through conventional quenching heat treatment was confirmed on the specimen surface. The fatigue crack initiation in the hardened surface layer was restricted by the martensite structure and compressive residual stress. Thus, it could be interpreted that the initiation stress would be increased by the improvement of surface structure. The fatigue crack propagation in the hardened layer was retarded by the presence of the globular shape martensite around the graphite nodule and compressive residual stress. The crack propagation path has shown zigzag pattern in the hardened surface layer.

        The purpose of this study is to suggest a helping success factor of logistics information systems outsourcing for vendor relationships specific, to analyze information system outsourcing patterns. On the basis of extant research findings, this study attempts to make a framework, which consists of several success factor to logistics information systems outsourcing. And based on a strategic model conducted previously in study and tries to find efficient procurement strategies of system. On the basis of previous study, applied of model to the our given conditions of Logistics Information Systems outsourcing. A questionnaire survey was performed to LIS outsourcing project managers. 60 LIS outsourcing projects from 40 Korean companies, public or private, were analyzed in the study. Independent variables, aspects of the relationship between outsourcing vendors and principal companies, included the dependence, level of trust. and cooperation, between the two parties. The technics benefits, and economic benefits served as dependent variables, that represent the success of LIS outsourcing. In addition to the relationship between independent and dependent variables, the impact of some external situational variables on this relationships was also analyzed. The contents so far comprehensively analyzed and they compared with the relate theory and precedented research, the model to the success factor of LIS outsourcing for vendor relationships presented by the precedented research of this study is appropriate and its results seems to be valid. This study contributed to establishing ground for success factor of LIS outsourcing for vendor relationships management and research by empirically examining the impact of several factors on LIS outsourcing success.

      • IEC62279 기준 안전-필수 열차제어시스템의 소프트웨어 모듈 검증 및 시험에 관한 연구

        최근 철도시스템의 국제 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해, IEC62279규격을 준수하여 소프트웨어 SIL(Safety Integrity Level) 인증을 대비하고 있다. IEC62279는 철도시스템의 소프트웨어 개발과정에서 요구되는 기술적인 요구사항과 절차에 대해 시스템 단위에서의 검증 및 확인 이전에 소프트웨어 세부 모듈에 대해서 시험 및 검사를 수행하도록 강력히 권고하고 있다. 그러나 현재 철도시스템의 시험 및 검사 방식은 소프트웨어와 하드웨어를 통합한 시스템 단위 레벨에서만 수행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안전-필수 열차제어시스템의 소프트웨어 SIL 인증에 대비하기 위해, 소프트웨어 모듈 시험에 대한 필요성을 언급하고 방법론을 제시하였다. In recent years, we are preparing for the software SIL(Safety Integrity Level) certification in compliance with the IEC62279 standard(Railway applications – Communications, Signaling and Processing systems –Software for Railway control and Protection systems) in order to enhance the international competitiveness of the railway systems. The IEC62279 standard advise that the software requirements should be validated and verified in software module level before they are validated and verified in system level. However, recent testing and inspections of railway systems have been only performed by system level(software and hardware integration). In this paper, we emphasized the necessity and suggested the method about the software module test in order to prepare the software SIL certification of the safety-critical train control system.

      • 400km/h 급 열차 위치검지를 위한 태그-프로그래머 성능 최적화에 관한 연구

        트랜스폰더 시스템은 차상 중심 열차제어시스템에서 위치정보를 확인하기 위한 기술로 태그, 리더, 태그-프로그래머로 구성된다. 이와 같은 트랜스폰더 시스템 구성 중 태그-프로그래머는 위치정보 및 특정 선로 데이터를 포함하고 있는 텔레그램을 태그에 프로그래밍하고, 이미 프로그램 되어있는 텔레그램을 확인하는 기능을 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 400km/h 급 열차에 적용이 가능한 열차 위치검지 시스템 개발을 목적으로 태그-프로그래머 시제품의 분석 및 튜닝작업을 통하여 세부기능인 텔레그램 디지털 신호 생성 및 분석, 아날로그 신호 변조 및 복조 등의 성능을 최적화 하고 이를 검증하였다. The transponder system is composed of a tag, reader, tag-programmer as a technology for identifying the location in train oriented control system. In such a transponder system configuration, tagprogrammer has a function to program the tag telegram containing the location information and specific track data, and checks the telegram that has already been programmed. In this study, for development of train location detection system that can be applied to 400Km/h class train, we optimize performance of digital signal generation of telegram, analog signal modulation, de-modulation and verify it by analysis and tuning of tag-programmer prototype.

      • EN 50128 기준 열차제어시스템의 소프트웨어 모듈 시험에 관한 연구

        최근 철도시스템의 안전 관련 국제 규격인 EN 50128을 준수하여 소프트웨어 SIL(Safety Integrity Level) 인증을 대비하고 있다. EN 50128은 철도시스템의 소프트웨어 개발과정에서 요구되는 기술적인 요구사항과 절차에 대해 정의하고 있는 국제 표준 규격이다. EN 50128에서는 소프트웨어 요구사항에 대해 시스템 단위에서의 검증 및 확인 이전에 소프트웨어 세부 모듈에 대해서 시험 및 검사를 수행하도록 강력히 권고하고 있다. 그러나 현재 철도시스템의 시험 및 검사 방식은 소프트웨어와 하드웨어를 통합한 시스템 단위 레벨에서만 수행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안전ㆍ필수 열차제어시스템의 소프트웨어 SIL 인증에 대비하기 위해, 소프트웨어 모듈 시험에 대한 필요성을 언급하고 방법론을 제시하였다.         국소 진행성 위암 환자의 전이성 연수막 암종증

        Leptomeningeal carcinomatosis (LMC) is rare metastatic form of gastric cancer. Most cases are diagnosed in the final stage after multiple distant metastasis. An 84-year-old woman was admitted with melena, headache and vomiting. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy showed an ulceroinfiltrating lesion at the stomach (Borrmann class III), and biopsy revealed a signet ring cell carcinoma. The abdominal-pelvic CT showed no evidence of metastasis. A sudden decrease of consciousness was noted, but the brain CT showed no active lesion while the brain MRI revealed enhancement of leptomeninges. A lumbar puncture was performed and the cerebrospinal fluid study revealed malignant neoplastic cells. With family consent, no further evaluation and treatment were administered and she died six weeks after the diagnosis of gastric cancer. We report an extremely rare case of a patient who initially presented with neurologic symptoms, and was diagnosed LMC from advanced gastric cancer without any evidence of metastasis in abdomen and pelvis.       • EVC Simulator를 활용한 ETCS Level 2 지상 열차제어시스템의 TSI 검증에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 국내외 ETCS(European Train Control System) Level 2 지상 열차제어시스템의 상호호환성에 대한 검증 방법을 제시하였다. 이러한 검증 방법의 일환으로, 상호운영성(TSI: Technical Specification Interoperability) 검증용 필수 사양 (Mandatory Specification)인 UNISIG SUBSET-094에서 제시하는 차상 시험설비(Onboard Test Facility)에 대해 분석하였다. 나아가 이러한 차상 시험설비의 요구사항을 만족하는 EVC(European Vital Computer) 시뮬레이터를 활용하여 ETCS Level 2 지상 열차제어시스템의 성능을 검증하였다. In this paper, we proposed verification method about interoperability of ETCS level 2 train control system in domestic and foreign. As part of this verification method, we analyzed onboard test facility presented in UNISIG SUBSET-094 as a mandatory specification for TSI (technical specification for interoperability) verification. Furthermore we verified the performance of ETCS level 2 trackside train control system using simulator that meets the requirement of onboard test facility.

      • 다중계 철도신호제어기의 안전도 분석

        국내 철도 신호 분야의 안전 요구도가 점차 증가되면서, EN50126, EN50128, EN50129 등의 국제규격을 준수하여 RAMS 활동을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 국제 규격을 준수하여 신뢰성 및 유지보수성, 가용성에 대해 정략적인 분석을 수행하고 있지만, 안전성에 대해서는 대부분 정성적인 분석을 수행하는데 그치고 있다. EN50126과 EN50129에서는 정량적인 안전성 분석 방법으로 THR(Tolerable Hazard Rate)을 계산하여 SIL(Safety Integrity Level) 등급의 결정을 요구하고 있고, THR의 계산은 IEC61508(전기/전자 시스템의 기능 안전성에 대한 국제 규격)을 참고하도록 권고하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 THR을 계산하기위해, IEC61508에서 제시하는 정량적인 안전성 분석 방법을 참고하여 다중계 철도신호제어기의 안전도를 분석하였다. Due to increasing of safety demands in domestic railway signalling area, RAMS activities are being performed in observance with international standards such as EN50126, EN50128 and EN50129, etc. By complying with these international standards, reliability, maintainability and availability are being performed by quantitative analysis, but safety is being mostly performed only by qualitative analysis. In EN50126 and EN50129, in order to analyse quantitative safety, a decision of SIL(Safety Integrity Level) grade is required by calculating THR(Tolerable Hazard Rate), and THR calculation is advise to consult the IEC61508(The international standard about functional safety of electrical / electronic / programmable electronic safety-related systems). In this paper, for calculating THR, the quantitative safety of multiplex railway signalling controller was analyzed by reference to quantitative safety analysis method described in IEC61508.
