친환경적 도로건설계획을 위한 지표 선정 및 적용 방안 연구

우리나라는 경제개발과 물류 유통의 증대를 위해 사회기반시설인 도로에 막대한 투자를 하고 있다. 이로 인해 생태적 보전가치가 있는 지역의 훼손과 생태계의 파편화, 생활환경의 악화 등의 환경적 문제가 야기되고 있다. 본 연구는 도로 건설로 인한 환경훼손을 사전에 방지하거나 최소화할 수 있도록 도로건설계획의 기본구상과 노선선정 단계에서 적용 가능한 계획지표를 도출하였다. 이를 위해 도로와 관련된 행정규칙과 전략환경영향평가서 검토의견, 기존 연구보고서 등을 분석하였으며, 선정된 계획지표에 대한 적용사례를 조사하였다. 또한 도출된 지표를 도로건설계획에 효율적 합리적으로 적용 평가하기 위한 방법으로 대안 평가를 제안하였으며, 대안 평가 시 계획지표에 대한 환경영향을 판단할 수 있는 기준을 마련하고 사례에 적용하였다. 이번 연구결과는 과거의 도로건설계획에 대한 친환경성 지표를 보완하고 계획지표의 합리적 적용을 위한 방안과 계획지표의 영향 여부 판단기준을 마련했다는 측면에서 의의가 있다. Despite the necessity, its undesirable side effects are various environmental problems In order to efficiently evaluate these problems more than before, planning indictors for environment-friendly road constructions is proposed in this study. First, we make an investigation into real-life cases where the extracted planning indicators were applied. Second, it is suggested that an alternative assessment method efficaciously evaluate and/or adopt extracted planning indictors on road construction projects. Finally, criteria to determine environmental impacts with respect to planning indicators and apply them into real cases is proposed. This study has its significance in upgrading past pro-environmental indictors for road construction, suggesting reasonable applications of planning indicators, and setting criteria to determine environmental impacts based on planning indicators.

The purpose of this study is to build sustainable land use indicators that are able to propose concrete aims and evaluate their result. The other purpose is to examine the weighted value system as a tool for assessing the sustainability and evaluating efficiency and environmental stability of land use in the five cities. The results of this study can be summarized as follows First, indicators for evaluating sustainable land use of cities are slightly different from conventional indicators. First of all, the evaluative indicators focus on discovering a solution to problems, while the but conventional indicators it itself. Also sustainable indicators are closely connected with each other without having to fix one side of the pertinent category. second, generally weights show that principles and indicators on nature conservation and environmentally frendliness are higher than others but, do not show a wide gap. Third, to evaluate the value of sustainable land use on the basis of indicators, in the sight of objective indicators(pressure and state indicators) the value of five cities is ranked as follows 1) Jeonju(0.0071) 2) Changweng(0.0045) 3) Cheongju(-0.0020) 4) Anyang(-0.0057) 5) Ansan(-0.0063) and in the sight of subjective indicators(respond indicators) is 1) Changweng(0.0682) 2) Cheongju(0.0623) 3) Jeonju(0.0598) 4) Ansan(0.0594) 5) Anyang(0.0573).
성층연소 직분식 엔진에서의 propane과 n-butane의 연소 및 배기특성 비교

The combustion and emission characteristics of propane and n-butane which are the main components of LPG were compared with gasoline. The experiment was performed in a stratified DISI engine under lean combustion conditions. Mixtures of propane and n-butane wre more homogeneous because propane and n-butane have better evaporation characteristics. As a result, combustion speeds of n-butane and propane were slower, and emission levels of NOx and PM were lower. However, in spite of better evaporation, PM from propane was higher.
연구논문 : 관광개발의 경향과 사례분석을 통한 친환경적 계획방안 연구

Interests in tourism and leisure have increased with the quality of life in Korea. The government takes the lead in development of tourism for balanced development between regions and local governments use development of tourism as a means for vitalization of local economy. The sustainable and eco-friendly development plan is required for the tourism development, because it needs effective use of limited natural resources and consideration of environmental capacity in the region. This study analyzed the trend of tourism development during nine years, and problems with respect to planning and environment aspects on the basis of four examples which follow recent development trend. We suggest improvement plan that 1) establishment of consistency and systematics of tourism development, 2) enforcement of setting up regional tourism development plan, 3) comprehensive and systematic plan establishment in consideration of private sector, 4) reasonable adjustment and environmental management for development project of approval organization, 5) removal of duplicate regulations for development project. Application of the improvement plan while setting up tourism plan could contribute to vitalization of local economy, and environmental preservation and management.

Two-photon microscopy (TPM) has been used in plant research as a high-resolution high-depth 3D imaging modality. However, TPM is known to induce photo-damage to the plant in case of long time exposure, and optimal excitation wavelength for plant imaging has not been investigated. Longer excitation wavelength may be appropriate for in vivo two-photon imaging of Arabidopsis thaliana leaves, and effects of longer excitation wavelength were investigated in terms of imaging depth, emission spectrum. Changes of emission spectrum as a function of exposure time at longer excitation wavelength were measured for in vivo longitudinal imaging. Imaging depth was not changed much probably because photon scattering at the cell wall was a limiting factor. Chloroplast emission spectrum showed its intensity peak shift by 20 nm with transition of excitation wavelength from 849 nm or below to 850 nm or higher. Emission spectrum showed different change patterns with excitation wavelengths in longitudinal imaging. Longer excitation wavelengths appeared to interact with chloroplasts differently in comparison with 780 nm excitation wavelength, and may be good for in vivo imaging.
