Objectives We surveyed clinical status of Sasang Constitutional Medicine (SCM) for preparation of adaptation of Clinical Practice Guidelines for Sasang Constitutional Symptomatology. Methods We emailed Google survey form to Doctors of Korean Medicine registered the Association of Korean Medicine on 10/13/2020 and 10/21/2020 and closed survey 10/23/2020. We got a data of 654 cases, removed a case of error, analyzed data of 620 responses by frequency analysis Results and Conclusions Out of 620 respondents, 499 have answered that they refer to or make use of SCM. SCM is mainly applied in the field of treatments using Herbal Medicine. Doctors of Korean Medicine participated in survey of SCM, they think Diseases of digestive system are the most effectively treated by the methods of SCM. Sasang Constitutional Symptomatology most frequently observed are Soeumin Congestive Hyperpsychotic symptomatology, Soyangin Chest-Heat congested Symptomatology, Taeeumin Liver Heat-based Interior Heat disease. The diseases that are mainly applied by SCM are 'Diseases of digestive system' for Soeumin, 'Diseases of digestive system' for Soyangin, 'Diseases of respiratory system' for Taeeumin and 'not applicable' for Taeyangin. The important diagnostic methods of SCM are Inspection-listening and smelling examination-Inquiry-Palpation and survey. In the majority of cases, Prescription of Herbal medicine is used by adding or subtracting some herbal medicine from the original prescription suggested in the oriental medical classics and Saam acupuncture method is the most frequently used for the acupuncture therapy. Diet therapy is the most frequently used for the method of prevention and care.

<배경 및 목적> Hepatitis B virus (HBV) 감염은 급성 간염, 만성 간염, 무증상의 보균상태, 간경변, 그리고 간암에 이르기까지 넓은 범위의 임상 양상을 보인다. HBV 감염과 연관된 간 손상은 주로 면역 기전에 의해 매개되고 있는 것으로 알려져 있으며 바이러스의 유전적 다양성에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있다고 보고되고 있다. HBV는 HBsAg의 antigenic determinants에 따라 9개의 서로 다른 subtype으로 나뉜다.

We observed an Ellerman bomb(EB) and its associated surge using the Fast Imaging Solar Spectrograph(FISS) and the broadband TiO filter of the 1.6 meter New Solar Telescope at Big Bear Solar Observatory. As is well-known, the EB appears as a feature that is very bright at the far wings of the H alpha line. The lambdameter method applied to these wings indicates that the EB is blue-shifted up to 6km/s in velocity. In the photospheric level below the EB, we see rapidly growing "granule-like" feature. The transverse velocity of the dark lane at the edge of the "granule" increased with time as reached a peak of 6km/s, at the time of the EB's occurrence. The surge was seen in absorption and varied rapidly both in the H alpha and the Ca II 8542 line. It originated from the Ellerman bomb, and was impulsively accelerated to 20km/s toward us(blueshift). Then the velocity of the surge gradually changed from blueshift of 20km/s to redshift of 40km/s. By adopting the cloud model, we estimated the temperature of the surge material at about 27000K and the non-thermal velocity at about 10km/s. Our results shed light on the conventional idea that an EB results from the magnetic reconnection of an emerging flux tube and pre-existing field line.
高溫下 304 스테인리스鋼의 크리프-疲勞相互作用下의 미소표면균열에 관한 파괴거동

This paper deals with the micro-surface-cracks behavior on the unnotched smooth specimens of Type 304 stainless steel at 593℃ in air under creep and creep-fatigue conditions that have 10 min and 1 min load holding times respectively. The behaviors of the micro-surface-cracks have been visualized by means of surface replica method and optical micro-photography. The quantitative characteristics of initiation, growth and coalescence of micro-surface-cracks have been investigated by observing and measuring the crack growth behaviors.<br/> Some of the important results are as follows:<br/> Main crack initiates at grain boundary in the early stage(10 to 20%) of its life time and grows through coalescence and finally leads to fracture. The distribution of micro-surface-crack length, 2a, can be plotted against the composite Weibull distribution. The growth rate of the main crack can be plotted against the stress intensity factor, crack tip opening displacement and J integral.

Metal fiber burner system for industrial roll heat-up is developed by POSCO in Pohang Works. Rolls had been heated up for 3~4 hours by hot materials whose temperature was about 700℃. The methodology of roll heat-up using hot materials caused several problems; 1. hot materials loss, 2. clogging of dust collector 3. roll0’s thermal stress. The alternative is an application of metal fiber burner system to solve these problems. Initial test that was as similar as operating circumstances of actual industrial roll was carried out to verify the application of metal fiber burner system. According to analysis of heat transfer based on the test, roll heating time and distance between metal fiber burner and roll are determined as 90 minutes and 80㎜ respectively. Four real tests in operating roll with metal fiber burner have been succeeded. POSCO establishes the operating technology for industrial roll heat-up.
