        TPE를 적용한 자동차 윈도우 모터커버의 개발

        It was attempted to develop an auto part by over molding injection mold that produces precision products in high productivity with use of an eco-friendly TPE substitute material for NBR. NBR is currently used in motor gear cover, one of the key parts in motor module for auto doors. Gear cover is composed of plastics and rubber mostly today, which requires a two (2) step process for production using two presses of different types. A hot press is used at this time for forming the rubber, which has drawback of requiring a rather long forming time of 400 seconds for one forming process. Even though this difficulty is overcome by reducing production time through employment of multi-cavity molds, time for forming process must be shortened for improvement of the productivity eventually, and the existing method of insert injection for products that have been formed with plastic material must be outgrown. In this point of view, over molding injection using TPE has a big advantage. Forming time is shortened to 54 seconds, and working the two (2) processes in series by one (1) press could solve the durability problem caused by deflection of the plastics, not to mention shortening the process time. Enhancement of productivity by almost 80% and improvement in the accuracy of the product could thus be achieved.

        플랜지 플렉시블 우레탄카 커플링 개발

        The study was aimed at developing a power transmission coupling that is possible to transfer power without any trouble even if the two rotating shafts are making minute misalignment. The coupling that has been developed is Flange Flexible Urethane-key Coupling that connects two shafts by flanges with Urethane-key. A model coupling for use in transmitting power of 10hp was made and undergone performance evaluation and tests. Property and usefulness was proved through the test. The performance evaluation has demonstrated a property of $11.25Kgf{\cdot}m$ of allowable torque and 28.25hp of power at 1,80Orpm, which was found to be superior compared to the performance of similar couplings. Based on the performance test, study was made also for improving the shape of the Urethane-key and was successful to make the flange in smaller outside diameter. Further application test at site has proved that the product is easy to install and maintain, and has property of absorbing minute misalignment between two shafts and vibration caused there from.

        주민제안형 도시설계 운영 및 평가: 뉴타운시민대학을 중심으로

        본 연구는 경기 뉴타운 시민대학 프로그램으로 진행된 안양 만안뉴타운 도시설계안을 대상으로 프로그램 운영평가와 결과물 분석을 통해 향후 주민제안형 도시설계의 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 뉴타운 시민대학은 기존 강의 위주의 방식에서 벗어나 주민이 직접 참여하여 분석하고, 설계안을 작성 제안하는 스튜디오 방식으로 진행되었다. 본 연구의 대상인 안양 만안팀의 계획안 '자연, 문화, 역사, 사람이 공존하는 Eco-Cycle 만안'은 2010년 시민대학의 대상을 수상한 주민제안형 도시설계안이다. 만안팀은 지역분석과 대안설정을 통해 문화, 여가, 자연이 공존하는 공간으로 대상지역을 계획하였으며, 주민설계안이 실제 뉴타운의 재정비촉진지구 계획에 반영되었다. 본 연구를 통해 주민들이 직접 참여하고 디자인한 뉴타운 시민대학의 도시설계 작성과정과 프로그램을 살펴보고 공공디자인으로서 주민제안형 도시설계의 가능성과 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. This is a study regarding the efforts of the Gyong-gi Newtown Citizen Academy in Anyang Man-an Newtown and their role in shaping the urban design of their living environment. Our goal is to gauge how citizen participation may factor into the design process, from the early stages to the end result. The Newtown Academy diverged from the existing methods of a lecture centered approach to one that encouraged direct participation from the local citizens. We analyze the process and manner in which they drew up the plans. Our research focused on the winning proposal from the 2010 Citizen Academy Design competition, entitled 'Coexistence with Nature, Culture, History, Human - Eco-Cycle Man-an'. The Man-an team conducted regional analyses to come up with their own alternatives that would allow culture, leisure and nature to coexist in the space of their targeted area. The Newtown redevelopment promotion district reflected the actual implementation of the Man-an team's design. This study examines an urban design process in which citizens become directly involved, which presents the possibilities and directions of an urban design that is public and resident-oriented, in nature.

        대규모 신도시 및 주변지역 거주환경 비교분석 연구

        1990년대 초반 분당, 일산 등 5개의 수도권 1기 신도시가 개발되었다. 이들 신도시는 체계적인 도시계획과 쾌적한 주거환경으로 선호도가 높아 살고 싶은 도시로 인식되고 있다. 이들 신도시 인근에는 중소규모의 택지개발이 많이 진행되었으며, 동일 생활권을 형성하기도 하는데 이들 지역은 '신개발 밀집지역'이라 불릴 수 있다. 수도권에서 이처럼 신개발이 집적된 대표적인 지역이 경부고속도로축에 입지한 분당과 용인서북부 지역이다. 이 지역은 2005년 현재 거주인구가 100만을 상회하는 대규모 생활권을 형성하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 분당-용인서북부 지역의 거주환경 비교분석을 통해 연속적인 중소규모 택지개발의 문제점을 파악하고 향후 신도시개발 및 주변지역 도시관리의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. During the 1990's, five new towns were constructed around Seoul such as Bun-Dang and Il-San. These new towns are very popular since they were created based on systemic urban planning and they provide various residential amenities. Many people consider them livable cities. Taking such advantages, other small-scale new public and private developments continued around those new towns and consequently created 'agglomerated region with new development'. The most representative area is Bun-Dang and north-western Yong-In area which are formed along the Seoul-Busan expressway. This area is a mega-community having more than one million residents in 2005.Judging from recent development trends in the Seoul metropolitan area, it is expected that the formation of other 'agglomerated region with new development' would be continued for the time being. This study is aimed to analyze the residential environment of Bun-Dang and north-western Yong-In and find implications to the management of 'agglomerated region with new development'. The relevant existing studies have their limits, only focusing on analyzing current conditions and pointing out current problems. This study could be differentiated from the existing analyses in that it conducted comprehensive analyses on various factors that constitute urban residential environment. The conclusion of this study was derived from diverse analyses of current development condition, residential sites, regional transportation, awareness of residents, and oversee cases.

        오우크쇼트의 미학: 삶의 모형으로서의 시

        According to Michael Oakeshott, the relation between two modes of experience ― for example between science and practical activities, or between science and history ― must be understood as a kind of conversation. Modes of experience, in spite of each having its own voice, sustain harmony and order among them, listening to each other’s voice, without the intervention or help of the third party. So, their relations are conversational relations. But to sustain harmony and order among them, that is, to sustain conversational relations among them, language(voice) and literature(utterances) in each modes must not be separated. Today, this condition is not being fulfilled and so, modern world suffers from imperialism of practical activities and imperialism of science. Especially voices of poetry have seldom been heard of. Poetry(arts in general) must be recognized as an independent mode of experience, and must be accepted as a special gifted kind of mode. Because in poetry, language(voice) and literature(utterances) cannot be distingushed. Or in poetry, contents and forms cannot be distinguished. Poetry is a mode and at the same time conversation itself, paradoxically. Every modes of experience including science and practical activities have poetic characters, which means, every modes of experience are conversable, according to poetic model of life. Poetic model of life and metapractical mode of discourse are very similar in ways of thinking. They express same meanings in different styles. 오우크쇼트는 과학, 실제적 활동 등의 양상적 경험들 사이의 관계를 대화로 파악한다. 양상적 경험들은, 각자 독자적인 목소리를 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 서로 상대의 목소리를 경청해주는 등, 조화와 질서의 관계를 유지하되, 제 3자의 개입 없이도 그러한 관계를 유지한다는 것이다. 여기에는, 양상적 경험들에서 언어(목소리)와 문헌(발언 내용)이 분리되지 않는다는 점이 조건으로 요청되는데, 오늘날의 현실에서는 이 조건이 충분히 충족되지 않아, 실제적 활동과 과학이 독판을 치는 일이 일어나고 있다. 그로 인해 오늘날 특히 시의 목소리는 잘 들리지 않게 되었다. 시(예술)는, 우선, 존중받아야 할 하나의 떳떳한 양상이며, 나아가서, 특별히 존중받아야 할 특이한 양상이다. 시에서는 언어와 문헌이, 혹은 형식과 내용이 아예 구분되지 않기 때문이다. 시는 양상 아닌 양상으로, 하나의 양상이되 대화 그 자체이다. ‘예술성’은 ‘대화성’(그리고 ‘유희성’)과 거의 바뀌어 사용될 수 있다. 모든 인간 활동(과학, 실제적 활동 등)은 시적 성격을 가지고 있으며, 곧 대화적 성격을 지니고 있다. 인간 활동을 이렇게 파악하는 것을 시적 삶의 모형이라고 부를 수 있다. 시적 삶의 모형과 메타프락시스적 담론 형식 사이에는, 최소한, 모형(담론 형식)으로서의 동일성이 발견된다. 오우크쇼트와 메타프락시스적 담론 형식은 같은 말을 다른 문체로 내어놓는다.

        노후 영구임대주택 주거복지기능 강화를 위한 재구조화 방안 연구

        The permanent rental housing mainly provided in early 1990’s are up to 190,000 households and are contributed to supply the appropriate housing to vulnerable class. However, there is a limitation to take a role of residential welfare due to the aging of facilities and the concentration of vulnerable tenants. This study aims to seek the necessities and improvement direction of permanents rental housing’s restructuring. For this goal, this study analyzed the physical and social characteristics of housing and investigated legal and institutional changes and tenant’s needs. ’Welfare-Housing’ means the additional building that residential function combined with welfare functions and legally based on the ’The Act to Support for Improving the Quality of Tenant’s Life in Long-term Public Housing(2009)’. In conclusion, this study suggest the Welfare-Housing as the methods of restructuring housing for strengthening of residential welfare. With utilizing of Welfare-Housing, it seems possible that both aging permanent rental housing and quality of tenant’s life would be improved.

        롤러 가압 임프린트 공정에서 잔류막 두께 예측에 관한 연구

        In order to apply nano imprint technology in large area process, roller pressing is promising because of its low cost and high productivity. When pressing mold by roller, liquid resin is locally squeezed between mold and substrate. In this study, the main focus is to understand which process parameter affects residual layer. To do this, a simple analytical model was introduced. Especially, we consider the aspect ratio of patterns as essential cause of variation of the thickness in the equation. As a result, when the aspect ratio of pattern in the mold increases, the thickness of residual layer also increases. In conclusion, we show that the uniformity of residual layer could be accomplished by the control of velocity and pressing force in roller pressing imprint process.

        엔지니어링 플라스틱의 LED조명 방열판 적용

        As an advance study for the development of a heat sink for special purpose high power illumination, an investigation was made to find feasibility for the application of copper plated EP to a heat sink of small LED light of less than 10W installed in commercial product. In this study, the plated heat sink with EP copper was fabricated for the conventional LED light. It was used actually for finding heat radiation property and effectiveness of the heat sink accompanied with measurement of luminous intensity. The heat is radiated by transfer and dissipation only through the copper plated surface due to extremely low heat conductivity of EP in case of EP heat sink; however the total area of the plate plays the function of heat transfer as well as heat radiation in case of the aluminum heat sink. It seems that the volume difference of heat radiating material is so big that the temperature P₁ is 9.0~12.3% higher in 3W and 42.7~54.0% higher in case of 6W volume difference of heat radiating material is so big that the temperature P₁ is 9.0~12.3% higher in 3W and 42.7~54.0% higher in case of 6W even though heat transfer rate of copper is approximately 1.9 times higher than that of aluminum. It was thought that this is useful to utilize for heat sink for low power LED light with the low heating rate. Also, the illumination could be greatly influenced by the surrounding temperature of the place where it is installed. Therefore, it seems that the illumination installation environment must be taken into consideration when selecting illumination. Further study was expected on order to aims at development of an exterior surface itself made into heat radiation plate by application of this technology in future.

        프로폴리스 유효성분의 고성능 추출기 개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop an extractor to improve the effective ingredient of propolis. In order to improve the performance of conventional alcohol extraction at room temperature, a striking-type extractor used with a sprayed mist (alcohols, 95% alcohol) was developed for use at 40 °C. Extraction of the effective ingredient of propolis was tested, and the resulting material was analyzed using a device. The extraction test of the mist spraying method indicated that the level of flavonoid was 1.56%, which is 1.5 times the 1.04% shown in existing data from a conventional stirred extractor. In addition, the extraction time can be reduced by half and the cost reduced by about 12.7% per year. It is confirmed that the extractor developed with a sprayed mist (alcohols, 95% alcohol) appears effective at the low temperature.
