        대규모 신도시 및 주변지역 거주환경 비교분석 연구

        1990년대 초반 분당, 일산 등 5개의 수도권 1기 신도시가 개발되었다. 이들 신도시는 체계적인 도시계획과 쾌적한 주거환경으로 선호도가 높아 살고 싶은 도시로 인식되고 있다. 이들 신도시 인근에는 중소규모의 택지개발이 많이 진행되었으며, 동일 생활권을 형성하기도 하는데 이들 지역은 '신개발 밀집지역'이라 불릴 수 있다. 수도권에서 이처럼 신개발이 집적된 대표적인 지역이 경부고속도로축에 입지한 분당과 용인서북부 지역이다. 이 지역은 2005년 현재 거주인구가 100만을 상회하는 대규모 생활권을 형성하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 분당-용인서북부 지역의 거주환경 비교분석을 통해 연속적인 중소규모 택지개발의 문제점을 파악하고 향후 신도시개발 및 주변지역 도시관리의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. During the 1990's, five new towns were constructed around Seoul such as Bun-Dang and Il-San. These new towns are very popular since they were created based on systemic urban planning and they provide various residential amenities. Many people consider them livable cities. Taking such advantages, other small-scale new public and private developments continued around those new towns and consequently created 'agglomerated region with new development'. The most representative area is Bun-Dang and north-western Yong-In area which are formed along the Seoul-Busan expressway. This area is a mega-community having more than one million residents in 2005.Judging from recent development trends in the Seoul metropolitan area, it is expected that the formation of other 'agglomerated region with new development' would be continued for the time being. This study is aimed to analyze the residential environment of Bun-Dang and north-western Yong-In and find implications to the management of 'agglomerated region with new development'. The relevant existing studies have their limits, only focusing on analyzing current conditions and pointing out current problems. This study could be differentiated from the existing analyses in that it conducted comprehensive analyses on various factors that constitute urban residential environment. The conclusion of this study was derived from diverse analyses of current development condition, residential sites, regional transportation, awareness of residents, and oversee cases.

        주민제안형 도시설계 운영 및 평가: 뉴타운시민대학을 중심으로

        본 연구는 경기 뉴타운 시민대학 프로그램으로 진행된 안양 만안뉴타운 도시설계안을 대상으로 프로그램 운영평가와 결과물 분석을 통해 향후 주민제안형 도시설계의 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 뉴타운 시민대학은 기존 강의 위주의 방식에서 벗어나 주민이 직접 참여하여 분석하고, 설계안을 작성 제안하는 스튜디오 방식으로 진행되었다. 본 연구의 대상인 안양 만안팀의 계획안 '자연, 문화, 역사, 사람이 공존하는 Eco-Cycle 만안'은 2010년 시민대학의 대상을 수상한 주민제안형 도시설계안이다. 만안팀은 지역분석과 대안설정을 통해 문화, 여가, 자연이 공존하는 공간으로 대상지역을 계획하였으며, 주민설계안이 실제 뉴타운의 재정비촉진지구 계획에 반영되었다. 본 연구를 통해 주민들이 직접 참여하고 디자인한 뉴타운 시민대학의 도시설계 작성과정과 프로그램을 살펴보고 공공디자인으로서 주민제안형 도시설계의 가능성과 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. This is a study regarding the efforts of the Gyong-gi Newtown Citizen Academy in Anyang Man-an Newtown and their role in shaping the urban design of their living environment. Our goal is to gauge how citizen participation may factor into the design process, from the early stages to the end result. The Newtown Academy diverged from the existing methods of a lecture centered approach to one that encouraged direct participation from the local citizens. We analyze the process and manner in which they drew up the plans. Our research focused on the winning proposal from the 2010 Citizen Academy Design competition, entitled 'Coexistence with Nature, Culture, History, Human - Eco-Cycle Man-an'. The Man-an team conducted regional analyses to come up with their own alternatives that would allow culture, leisure and nature to coexist in the space of their targeted area. The Newtown redevelopment promotion district reflected the actual implementation of the Man-an team's design. This study examines an urban design process in which citizens become directly involved, which presents the possibilities and directions of an urban design that is public and resident-oriented, in nature.

        TPE를 적용한 자동차 윈도우 모터커버의 개발

        It was attempted to develop an auto part by over molding injection mold that produces precision products in high productivity with use of an eco-friendly TPE substitute material for NBR. NBR is currently used in motor gear cover, one of the key parts in motor module for auto doors. Gear cover is composed of plastics and rubber mostly today, which requires a two (2) step process for production using two presses of different types. A hot press is used at this time for forming the rubber, which has drawback of requiring a rather long forming time of 400 seconds for one forming process. Even though this difficulty is overcome by reducing production time through employment of multi-cavity molds, time for forming process must be shortened for improvement of the productivity eventually, and the existing method of insert injection for products that have been formed with plastic material must be outgrown. In this point of view, over molding injection using TPE has a big advantage. Forming time is shortened to 54 seconds, and working the two (2) processes in series by one (1) press could solve the durability problem caused by deflection of the plastics, not to mention shortening the process time. Enhancement of productivity by almost 80% and improvement in the accuracy of the product could thus be achieved.

        플랜지 플렉시블 우레탄카 커플링 개발

        The study was aimed at developing a power transmission coupling that is possible to transfer power without any trouble even if the two rotating shafts are making minute misalignment. The coupling that has been developed is Flange Flexible Urethane-key Coupling that connects two shafts by flanges with Urethane-key. A model coupling for use in transmitting power of 10hp was made and undergone performance evaluation and tests. Property and usefulness was proved through the test. The performance evaluation has demonstrated a property of $11.25Kgf{\cdot}m$ of allowable torque and 28.25hp of power at 1,80Orpm, which was found to be superior compared to the performance of similar couplings. Based on the performance test, study was made also for improving the shape of the Urethane-key and was successful to make the flange in smaller outside diameter. Further application test at site has proved that the product is easy to install and maintain, and has property of absorbing minute misalignment between two shafts and vibration caused there from.

      • 불균질복합재료의 강화재 파괴 및 진행에 따른 하중부하능력

        This paper deals with elastic stress distributions and load carrying capacity of intact, broken and 5%-extended matrix crack proportional to broken ellipsoidal inhomogeneities. Finite element analysis has been carried out on intact, broken and crack extended to matrix broken ellipsoidal inhomogeneities in an infinite body under uniaxial tension. For the intact inhomogeneity, as well known as Eshelby's solution, the stress distribution is uniform in the inhomogeneity and non-uniform in the surrounding matrix. On the other hand, for the broken and crack extended to matrix broken inhomogeneity, the stress in the region near crack surface is considerably released and the stress distribution becomes more complex. Average stress in the inhomogeneity represents its load carrying capacity, and the difference of average stresses between the intact and broken inhomogeneities indicates the loss of load carrying capacity due to cracking damage. It is found that the broken ellipsoidal inhomogeneity with higher aspect ratio still maintains higher load carrying capacity.

        녹색성장 생생도시 정책의 모니터링과 평가에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 공공정책의 시행에 따른 사후 모니터링 및 평가에 관한 연구로서, 생생도시 정책이 기초지자체의 녹색성장에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 평가지표를 통한 정량적인 실증분석과 공무원 설문을 통한 정성분석을 실시하였다. 기초지자체를 생생도시와 기타 도시로 분류하고, 생생도시로 선정된 44개 기초지자체의 녹색성장성과를 객관적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 1단계 실증분석에서는 기초지자체의 정책성과를 정량적으로 파악하기 위해 녹색성장을 평가할 수 있는 7개 대표 지표를 설정하고, 공식 통계자료 수집을 통해 이를 시계열로 분석하였다. 계량분석을 보완하기 위한 정성분석에서는 녹색성장을 담당하는 전국의 기초지자체 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 정량적, 정성적 성과분석을 통해 생생도시 추진에 따른 기초지자체의 정책효과를 살펴본 결과 객관적으로 그 성과가 확인되었으며, 향후 지속적인 정책추진이 필요함을 도출할 수 있었다. This study aims to analyze the impact of ECORICH policy on green growth of local government. For this analysis, quantitative empirical analysis and qualitative study through survey with public official were executed. Local governments are classified as ECORICH city and others and the result of green growth on the 44 ECORICH cities are objectively investigated. On the first empirical analysis, 7 representative indexes are established in order to scrutinize the result of local government’s policies quantitatively and the results of them are analyzed with official statistical data. For complementing quantitative analysis, the qualitative analysis is performed with the survey of local government’s officials taking charge of green growth. In conclusion, the impacts of ECORICH policy is objectively confirmed with the investigation of the result that local governments did implement ECORICH policy according to quantitative and qualitative analysis and the necessity of continuous implementation is derived from the result of investigation.

        노후 영구임대주택 특성을 고려한 단지유형별 자산관리 방안

        The permanent rental housing was supplied 190 thousand households from 1989 and have used for rental during 18~21 years. The residents require to improve the aged facilities and the cost of maintenance is being increased. A temporal and occasional facility management doesn’t cope with the cost of maintenance and the needs of resident for high performance. However, previous studies have been concerned with introduction of asset management and management system. Therefore this study aim to suggest the asset management by consideration and classification of permanent rental housing(LH, 140 thousand households). This study is consist of 1)the status of permanent rental housing and residents, 2)a theoretical study of asset management, 3)classification of permanent rental housing, 4)asset management for each type. As the results of this study, the characteristics in demand and supply is deducted and 126 housing is classified 4 types. Each housing is recommended asset management(FM, PM, AM, Advanced AM) individually. The results of this study are expected to be a guide to establish the action plan for the asset management and the improving of facilities.
