      • SoC 플랫폼에서 시스템 버스의 모델링 및 해석

        SoC(systnn-on-a-chip) requires high bandwidth system bus for performing multiple functions. Performance of the system is affected by bandwidth of the system bus. In this paper, for efficient management of the bus resource on a SoC platform, we present a latency model of the shared bus organized by multiple layers. Using the latency model, we can analyze latencies of the shared bus on a SoC. Moreover we evaluate a throughput of the bus and compare with needed throughput of the SoC platform including IPs such as MPEG or USB 2.0. And we can use the results as a criteria to find out an optimal bus architecture for the specific SoC design. For verifying accuracy of the proposed model, we compared the latencies with the simulation result from MaxSim tools. As the result of simulation, the accuracy of the IS model for a single layer and multiple layer are over $96\%\;and\;85\%$ respectively. SoC 설계 기술의 발달로 하나의 칩 내에 집적되는 시스템이 다양한 기능을 수행함에 따라 높은 버스 대역폭이 요구되고 있으며, 시스템 버스의 성능이 전체 시스템의 성능에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 논문은 다중 마스터를 갖는 SoC용 플랫폼의 효율적인 버스 자원 관리를 위해 다층 구조를 갖는 공유 버스의 레이턴시 모델을 제시하였다. 제안된 모델을 이용하여 시스템의 특성과 레이어 및 마스터 수의 증가에 따른 버스의 레이턴시를 분석하였다. 레이턴시 모델을 통해 유도된 버스 처리량과 MPEG, USB2.0과 같은 IP를 포함하는 SoC플랫폼이 필요로 하는 처리량과의 비교를 통해 IP 수에 적합한 버스 레이어를 정량화하여 특정 SoC플랫폼에 최적인 멀티레이어 구조를 도출하였다. 끝으로 제안된 모델의 레이턴시와 MaxSim을 이용한 버스의 레이턴시를 비교하였을 때, 싱글레이어와 멀티레이어에서 각각 $96\%$와 $85\%$ 이상의 정확도를 보였다.

        DGEBA - MDA - Nitrile System 의 금속 계면에서의 전기현상

        DGEBA(diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A)-MDA(4,4`-methylene dianiline)에서 SN(succinonitrile) 첨가에 따른 침전극 계면에서의 전기적 현상을 고찰하였다. 국부적 고전계하에 발생한 고온으로 변색된 영역은 트리(tree)개시의 선결조건이며, 이 지역에서는 미반응된 작용기가 재배열되고 경화반응이 더 진척되었다. 또한 반응성 첨가제 SN의 함량이 증가함에 따라 절연파괴전압은 감소하다가 25㎸로 포화되었으며, 관찰된 트리는 dendrite상이었다. The electrical phenomena at the interface of cured DGEBA(diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A)-MDA(4,4`-methylene dianiline)-SN(succinonitrile) system and needle electrode were investigated. At the discolored region around the needle, which should be formed before the tree initiation, unreacted functional group was rearranged and curing reaction was proceeded under the regional high electric field. As SN contents were increased, the dielectric breakdown voltage was decreased and saturated at 25㎸. The shape of the tree in this system was a dendrite type.

        교류 고전계하에서 DGEBA - MDA - SN 계의 흡수열화에 따른 절연파괴 특성

        DGEBA-MDA-SN 계의 흡수열화에 따른 교류 단시간 절연파괴 메카니즘에 대한 해석을 시도하였다. 흡수열화가 진행됨에 따라 재료 내부에 크랙이 발생, 성장하였으며 침전극과 수지계 계면에서는 박리현상이 관찰되었다. 그리고 유리 전이온도는 감소하다가 강제흡수주기가 3 이상에서는 다시 증가하였으며 절연 파괴강도의 감소와는 일치되지 않는 결과를 나타내었다. 흡수열화에 따른 전기적 성질의 열화는 주로 물리적 성질의 변화에 크게 영향을 받으며 화학적 조성변화, 기계적 성질변화 등 다양한 제반성질의 변화에 대한 관찰을 통하여 해석이 가능하다. The deterioration mechanisms by water absorbing in DGEBA-MDA-SN system at AC high electric field were studied. Microscopic observations indicated the internal crack growth in the resin system and delamination around the needle electrode during forced water absorbing deterioration. The crack growth mainly depended upon the number of heat cycle in water bath. The changes in the glass transition temperature of the materials showed less correlation with the decreases in electrical properties and it was difficult to find out the changes of the chemical structures with FT-IR spectrum analysis. The results showed the physical structure changes such as the crack growth in DGEBA-MDA-SN system deteriorated the electrical properties of the materials.

        Al/Pd 박막의 수소 흡수 특성

        Al film(135.5 nm thick) with Pd film(39.6 nm thick) on the top of it was made by thermal evaporation method. Hydrogen absorption of Al/Pd film was measured by quartz crystal microbalance(QCM) method at room temperature. The sample was activated by hydrogen absorption and desorption cycling at room temperature. Hydrogen was introduced into the film by increasing hydrogen gas pressure step by step up to 640 torr at room temperature. Hydrogen concentration reached up to 25% at $5{\sim}10$ torr. But at high pressure the concentration decreased. This strange tendency was not understood yet. Further study is needed to find out the mechanism of hydrogen absorption in Al in Al/Pd film.

        Electrical Treeing Deterioration and Dielectric Breakdown Phenomena in Polymeric Insulator

        폴리에틸렌과 에폭시 수지계 고분자 정연재료에서 발생하는 전기트리 열화 및 절연파괴 현상에 대해 연구하였다. 침-평판 전극구조를 갖는 블럭상 시편에 전기적 응력을 가하고 침 선단에서 발생하는 전기트리를 관찰하였다. 저밀도 폴리에틸렌에서 발생하는 전기트리 형상은 밀도가 매우 높은 부시상이었으며, 가교 풀려에틸렌에서는 가지형 전기트리가 관찰되었다. 에폭시 수지 에서는 첨가제 SN의 함량과 온도가 증가함에 따라 절연파괴 강도는 감소하였으며 전기트리는 더욱 복잡해졌다. 가교밀도가 높아 딱딱한 DGEBA/MDA 에폭시 수지계에서는 전도성 트리 경로 주위에 일련의 부채꼴 크랙이 관찰되었다. Studies on the electrical treeing deterioration and dielectric breakdown phenomena in the polymeric insulator of polyethylene and epoxy resin were carried out. Block type samples with needle-plane electrode geometry were electrically stressed and the tree pattern from the needle tip was observed. In LDPE the density of electrical tree was very high and its pattern was bush type. For the case of XLPE, branched tree was observed. As temperature and SN content increased, the dielectric breakdown voltage decreased and the treeing phenomena became more complicated. Fan type cracks were observed around the conducting tree path in the brittle DGEBA/MDA system.

        중환자실 간호 인수인계 프로토콜의 개발 및 평가

        Purpose: This study aimed to develop a nursing handoff protocol for intensive care units and test its relevance. Methods: This is a methodological research to develop a protocol. A preliminary protocol was developed by composing items and testing content validity through literature review and experts' review. We revised and complemented the preliminary protocol following practical relevance assessment of 38 intensive care unit nurses at a university hospital to test content validity and to assess practical relevance of the final protocol. Results: On the basis of the content validity test for the final protocol, 40 items were adopted. The scores for the practical relevance of the final protocol increased significantly for items such as accuracy of handoff, reduction of handoff-related errors, convenience in using the protocol, reduction in handoff time, and simplification of handoff. Conclusions: The nursing handoff protocol for intensive care units in this study is expected to improve nursing performance with a standardized handoff in intensive care units, promote patient safety, and improve communication among the medical staff.

        집중치료 경험이 중환자실 생존자의 집중치료 후 증후군에 미치는 영향: PLS-구조모형 적용

        Purpose : Post-intensive care syndrome (PICS) is characterized by a constellation of mental health, physical, and cognitive impairments, and is recognized as a long-term sequela among survivors of intensive care units (ICUs). The objective of this study was to explore the impact of intensive care experience (ICE) on the development of PICS in individuals surviving critical care. Methods : This secondary analysis utilized data derived from a prospective, multicenter cohort study of ICU survivors. The cohort comprised 143 survivors who were enrolled between July and August 2019. The original study's participants completed the Korean version of the ICE questionnaire (K-ICEQ) within one week following discharge from the ICU. Of these, 82 individuals completed the PICS questionnaire (PICSQ) three months subsequent to discharge from hospital. The influence of ICE on the manifestation of PICS was examined through Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Result : The R<sup>2</sup> values of the final model ranged from 0.35 to 0.51, while the Q<sup>2</sup> values were all greater than 0, indicating adequacy for prediction of PICS. Notable pathways in the relationship between the four ICE dimensions and the three PICS domains included significant associations from 'ICE-awareness of surroundings' to 'PICS-cognitive', from 'ICE-recall of experience' to 'PICS-cognitive', and from 'ICE-frightening experiences' to 'PICS-mental health'. Analysis found no significant moderating effects of age or disease severity on these relationships. Additionally, gender differences were identified in the significant pathways within the model. Conclusion : Adverse ICU experiences may detrimentally impact the cognitive and mental health domains of PICS following discharge. In order to improve long-term outcomes of individuals who survive critical care, it is imperative to develop nursing interventions aimed at enhancing the ICU experience for patients.
