어머니의 자녀성숙행동기대와 유아의 자아탄력성이 유아의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 만 3세~만 5세 유아를 둔 어머니의 자녀성숙행동기대와 유아의 자아탄력성이 유아의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향을 규명해 보고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 경상북도 G시에 위치한 D유치원과, 경기도 P시에 위치한 S유치원의 만 3세~만5세까지의 유아와 그 어머니 219쌍이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여, 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석이 실시되었다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 주요 변수들의 평균 값은 모두 `보통이다` 이상의 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주요변수 간의 상관관계는 모두 유의한 정적 상관성을 나타냈다. 셋째, 어머니의 자녀성숙행동기대와 유아의 자아탄력성이 유아의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 유아의 자아탄력성 중 `자기통제력`, `주도성`, 순으로 영향력이 유의미하였고, 이들 변수가 유아의 친사회적 행동을 44.2% 설명하였다. 결론적으로 유아의 친사회적 행동을 발달시키기 위해서는 유아의 자아탄력성 중 주도성과 자기 통제력 발달이 효과적이므로, 유아기 자아탄력성 발달 지원 프로그램을 개발하여 가정 및 교육현장에 널리 보급할 필요가 있을 것이다. The purpose of this research was to examine effects of mothers` demands for their children`s mature behaviors and their young children`s ego-resilience on their pro-social behaviors. The subjects of this study were 3-5 years of age, 219 young children and their mothers of the private kindergartens in the city of G and P. The collected data was analized using SPSS 21.0 frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The major result of this study were as follows. First, mean of demanding for the child`s mature behavior, pro-social behavior of young children and ego-resilience of young children were shown higher level than `average` respectively. Second, there were significant relationships among main variables. Third, there were effects of `self-control` and `initiative` which were sub-scale of ego-resilience of young children on the pro-social behaviors of children.
암모니아수를 이용한 N-doped TiO 2 제조 및 부식산의 광촉매 분해

To advance luminance efficiency of Titania at visible range, N-doped TiO 2 was prepared by using ammonium hydroxide as a source of nitrogen. The photoactivities of the synthesized TiO 2 were evaluated on the basis of degradation of humic acid in aqueous solutions with different light sources, UV-C, UV-A and fluorescent lamp. As a result, at UV-C is high efficiency UV 254 decrease and TOC removal. In this study, the best synthetic conditions of N-doped TiO 2 were 5.0 M of ammonium hydroxide concentration and calcination temperature of 550℃. The degradation rate of humic acid as an evaluation of photoactivities of the catalysts were conducted with pH variation, decrease rate of molecular absorption, removal rate of total organic carbon and fluorescece evolution for humic acid solution. XRD and SEM were applied for analysis of surface analysis of the catalysts.

건축을 인간과 그 주변 공간 사이의 사실적이고 구체적인 관계를 정하고 형태를 만드는 행위라고 정의 내린다면, 이런 건축세계는 공간의 요소. 즉 경계, 위계, 접근성에 의해 구현된다. 또한 가시적인 한정이 없는 공간에서는 ‘공간’ 자체가 인식될 수 없듯이 이러한 공간의 요소에 의해서 비로소 인지된다. 그리고 그 안에서 물리적인 요소에 의해 실질적인 체험적 공간이 만들어지기도 하고, 심리적인 요소에 의해 정신적 체험의 공간이 만들어지기도 한다. 그러므로 중요한 것은 이러한 공간의 요소에 의해 만들어지는 ‘공간’이라는 것이다. 그리고 이렇게 만들어진 공간은 ‘공유’라는 공간의 특성과 밀접한 관련을 갖는다. 따라서 본 연구는 공간을 구현하는데 필요한 공간의 요소에 대하여 연구하고, 이를 ‘자발적 공유오피스’와 연결시켜 긍정적 방향을 이끌어내는 것을 목표로 한다. If architecture is defined as the act of establishing a realistic and concrete relationship between man and its surrounding space and creating form, this architectural world is embodied by the elements of space: boundary, hierarchy and accessibility. In addition, in spaces without visible limits, 'space' itself is not recognized until such elements of space are recognized. In addition, physical factors can create a real experience space, and psychological elements can create a mental experience space. Therefore, what is important is that 'space' is created by the elements of these spaces. And this created space is closely related to the nature of the space 'shared'. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study the elements of space required to implement space, and to connect it with a 'voluntary shared office' to elicit a positive direction..

Secondary involvement of the gallbladder by systemic lymphoma is exceedingly rare and relapsed diffuse large B cell lymphoma of the gallbladder has not been reported. A 78-year-old man was admitted to the hospital due to epigastric pain and jaundice. His past medical history was remarkable for diagnosis with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the ileum 5 years ago. He underwent right hemicolectomy and three cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy and had complete remission. Abdominal computed tomography showed choledocholithiasis and focal thickening at fundus of the gallbladder. The patient underwent open cholecystectomy. Pathologic examination revealed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. We report a case of solitary, relapsed diffuse large Bcell lymphoma of the gallbladder with literature review.
중학교 1학년 영어 수준별 쓰기활동에 대한 교과서 분석과 학생들의 인식조사

Linguistic Research 27(1), 41-63. This study has a twofold purpose. First, it analyzes writing activities of middle school 1st grade English textbooks and activity books which were developed under the revised 7th national curriculum. Second, it investigates the perceptions of the middle school students on leveled English writing activities. The findings show that the most frequent writing activities for the textbooks are controlled writing, guided writing, and free writing, respectively. For the workbooks, the frequency order is controlled writing, free writing, and guided writing. For the higher-level-workbooks, the frequency of free writing was very high while that of free writing was almost zero for the lower level. Lastly, the middle school students` perceptions on and evaluations of leveled writing activities were explored. The respondents on different levels showed different perceptions and evaluations on the writing activities in the textbooks and workbooks, which will provide valuable information for English teachers in planning, designing, revising writing activities in leveled classes. The aim of this study is to develop a method to separate and purify the Staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB). The method was based on fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC) along with gel filtration (GF) after cation exchange chromatography (CIEX) treatment. Various columns such as CM sepharose HP, Cellufine C-500, WorkBeads 40S for CIEX, and GF on Sephacryl S-100 for GF were compared in terms of separation efficiency. Consequently, Work- Beads 40S along with Sephacryl S-100 produced best separation performance. Separated SEB with developed method was verified with ELISA assay. Purified SEB with the method can be used to manufacture rapid detection kit or antibodies.

Image matching and detection is fundamental work in computer vision. Because almost people are using internet and computer they easily share digital image. In addition, people want to have good quality images through image modification. In this paper, we propose identifier that is robust to non-geometric image modification using fast simple matching. In experimental result, we show over average 88% detection rate of original image and modified versions of original in large data.

In the face of global environment problems, the mitigation or sequestration of greenhouse gases have been extensively studied. In particular, biochar has garnered much attention as a means to reduce carbon dioxide through carbon sequestration. Therefore, the present study sought to improve plant growth and enhance economic feasibility in terms of the price of carbon credits due to carbon sequestration by converting agro-byproducts to biochar and applying it as a fertilizer. Pepper stem, perilla stem, and chaff were selected as the agro-byproducts. Pepper and perilla stems were pelletized and converted to biochar. Unamended culture soil was used as the negative control and culture soil supplemented with commercial biochar as the positive control. Cherry tomato was cultivated. Each type of biochar was applied by mixing with culture soil at 0.5% (w/w) or 1% (w/w). More cherry tomatoes were produced in biochar-amended soils, although the differences between the biochar-treated and negative control groups were not significant. Plant height significantly differed between the biochar-treated and negative control groups, except in the pepper stem biochar-treated group. Total carbon sequestered was respectively 13.26% and 15.27%-26.44% in the negative control and biochar-treated groups. In terms of carbon credits, a profit of ₩3,976,906-40,130,253 ha-1 was estimated with biochar amendment. Although there was no significant difference in the number of cherry tomatoes using culture soil, a significant difference may appear if field soil is used. Moreover, profits from carbon credits due to carbon sequestration are expected to fluctuate.
