Korea, China and Japan are neighbors in geography and have similar language and culture. They have strong complementarity in economic structure and are dependent on each other. It is possible and inevitable to establish good economic cooperation relationship among them and to promote their economic development This paper analyzed the structure of KCJ and calculated and interpreted the competitive advantage and the patterns of intra-industry trade of each member country, in which we make use of some empirical methods such as RCA index, TC index, ESI and GL index. We found that there is a very strong complementarity in economics among KCJ, in which Japan is a developed country with outstanding advantage in capital and technology, Korea is an new industrialized economy with a certain of advantage in capital and technology, and China is a big developing country with advantage in labor and market They are dependent on each other in economic development.

The trend toward regional integrated economic has been growing day by day since the 1990'. A trilateral FTA between China, japan and Korea(CJK) was raised as a possibility after the Asian financial crisis. CJK three contries are holding over a scale of 90% in East Asia's economic. Therefore it is necessary to set up a regional arrangement and systems among the three countries. Based on the relative theory and empirical analysis, first this research introduces the current progress of CJK FTA, then analyses the feasibility of CJK FTA basing on the realistic condition and expected economic effect. The significance of a CJK FTA will be highlighted not only in terms of Korea's national interests, but also in terms of regional integration. First, the FTA will bring about massive economic benefits to the three countries in terms of production, trade and economic welfare. Moreover, the establishment of CJK FTA will also contribute to introducing suitable arrangements that will accelerate trade and investment in the region. It is analyzed that a trilateral FTA will be much more beneficial to all the three contries in the region than any bilateral FTA among those countries.

최근 모바일 인터넷을 위한 각종 단말 기기와 함께 관련 인프라의 구축이 매우 빠른 속도로 진행되고 있다. 이에 따라 모바일 인터넷 상의 여러 가지 서비스 모델이 등장하고 있으며 기존의 방대한 유선 웹 컨텐츠 자원을 무선 웹에서 재사용할 수 있는 방법들이 다양한 각도로 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재까지 발표된 각종 관련 기술들을 정리하여 각각의 장단점을 비교해 본다. 이를 위해 컨텐츠 저작 시점, 저작 장소 및 컨텐츠 가공 정도에 따라서 기술을 분류해 보고 그 중에서도 컨텐츠 자동 재작성 기술에 초점을 두어 자세히 살펴본다. 또한 본 논문에서는 기존의 컨텐츠 자동 재작성 기술을 보완하여 선택정보 압축 기능을 추가한 새로운 컨텐츠 재작성 방법을 제안한다. Recently, construction of infrastructure for mobile internet has been progressed very rapidly including various mobile terminals. Therefore, many service models on mobile internet have been appeared and the methods to reuse the existing huge wired web contents have been studied with many-sided ways. In this paper we classify the related technologies published up to now and make a comparison among their strengths and weaknesses. For this purpose, technologies are classified according to authoring time, authoring place, and processing level of contents. The automatic contents re-authoring technology is examined in particular and we propose a new contents re-authoring method in which the function of compressing selected information is added in order to complement the existing contents re-authoring methods.

The electrolytic reduction of spent oxide fuel involves the liberation of oxygen in a molten LiCl electrolyte, which results in a chemically aggressive environment that is too corrosive for typical structural materials. It is essential to choose the optimum material for the process equipment handling molten salt. IN713LC is one of the candidate materials proposed for application in electrolytic reduction process. In this study, yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) top coat was applied to a surface of IN713LC with an aluminized metallic bond coat by an optimized plasma spray process, and were investigated the corrosion behavior at 675℃ for 216 hours in the molten salt LiCl-Li2O under an oxidizing atmosphere. The as-coated and tested specimens were examined by OM, SEM/EDS and XRD, respectively. The bare superalloy reveals obvious weight loss, and the corrosion layer formed on the surface of the bare superalloy was spalled due to the rapid scale growth and thermal stress. The top coatings showed a much better hot-corrosion resistance in the presence of LiCl-Li2O molten salt when compared to those of the uncoated superalloy and the aluminized bond coatings. These coatings have been found to be beneficial for increasing to the hot-corrosion resistance of the structural materials for handling high temperature lithium molten salts.
안과병원으로 내원한 굴절부등약시 환자의 굴절이상 분포와 임상양상 분석

Purpose: To investigate clinical characteristics and visual prognosis of anisometropic amblyopia patients in a secondary referral eye hospital in Seoul, South Korea. Methods: Medical records of 561 patients with anisometropic amblyopia between 3 and 12 years of age were retrospectively reviewed and 450 patients who followed up ≥ 2 times were included for comprehensive analysis. Amblyopia was defined as best corrected visual acuity difference of ≥ 0.2 logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution (logMAR) between the sound and amblyopic eyes. Anisometropia was defined by ≥ 1 diopter (D) difference in spherical equivalents (SE), or ≥ 1.5 D difference of cylindrical error in any meridian between the eyes. Baseline clinical characteristics, best corrected visual acuity and cycloplegic refraction of both eyes at the first visit were collected. According to the SE of amblyopic eyes, patients were categorized into hyperopia (SE ≥ 1 D), emmetropia (-1 < SE < +1) and myopia groups (SE ≤ -1 D). Treatment success was defined as achieving interocular logMAR visual acuity difference < 0.2. Treatment success rates and time to reach treatment success were compared among the SE groups. Results: Median age of patients was 5.0 years. Median follow-up period was 25.8 months. The proportions of hyperopia, emmetropia and myopia groups were 68.9%, 14.4%, and 16.7%, respectively. Emmetropia group showed anisometropia mostly due to cylindrical error difference between the eyes, rather than SE difference. Treatment success rates were the highest in emmetropia group (95.4%), followed by hyperopia group (85.8%) and then myopia group (77.3%, p = 0.010). Among the patients who fulfilled the success criteria, median time to reach treatment success was the shortest in emmetropia group (3.0 months) followed by hyperopia group (3.6 months) and then myopia group (4.0 months, p < 0.001). Conclusions: Hyperopia was the most common refractive error of the amblyopic eyes in anisometropic amblyopia patients who presented to an eye hospital in Seoul. Treatment success rate was the best in emmetropia group, followed by hyperopia group, and then by myopia group. Time to reach treatment success was the shortest in emmetropia group.

In this paper, we introduce a development of a visual analysis tool for LOTOS specifications. The tool has two major functions, which are visual simulation and visual expansion of LOTOS specifications. Providing visual anayzing function is very important to extend the formal methods in industry where the practically applied cases are rarely found. Nevertheless, there are few tools that concern the visual analyzing functions. The developed tool supports that a LOTOS specifier is able to use visual transition trees in order to analysis the LOTOS specification more intuitively and comfortably.
