최근에 영상 및 음성 데이터의 양은 크게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 경향에 따라 고밀도 자기기록 시스템이 필요하게 되었고 테이프의 트랙은 더욱 더 좁아지게 되었다. 따라서 DVCR(digital video cassette recorder)에서는 재생시에 캡스탄 모터의 속도와 위상을 정밀하게 제어하여, 헤드가 트랙을 따라 정확하게 주행하도록 유지시켜주는 캡스탄 서보시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이를 위하여 DVCR에서는 ATF(Automatic Track Following)방식을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 이산 푸리에 변환(discrete Fourier transform)을 이용한 새로운 DVCR용 ATF 블록의 설계방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 ATF 블록을 ALTERA사의 FPGA에 구현하여 실제 DVCR 시스템에서 그 성능을 시험하였다. 실험을 통하여 본 논문에서 제안한 방식이 기존의 디지털 저역통과필터(lowpass filter)를 사용한 구현법에 비해 비용면에서 더 효과적임을 검증하였다. 또한 로직게이트 수가 기존의 방법에 비하여 약 20% 감소함을 확인하였다. Recently, the amount of image and audio data has been increasing dramatically for high performance. According to this trend, a high-density magnetic recording system is necessitated and the tracks of magnetic tapes are getting narrower. This, in turn, requires the capstan servo system of the magnetic recording system such as DVCR to control precisely the speed and position of the capstan motor. Especially, in case of play-back, the capstan servo system should be able to position and maintain the head on the desired place of the track. To meet this requirement, digital camcorders use ATF (Automatic Track Following). In this paper, a new ATF block using discrete Fourier transform is proposed. The proposed ATF block was designed and implemented in ALTERA FPGA chips and fully tested in a real DVCR system. It is shown through experiments that the new ATF block is more cost-effective than other existing ATF blocks using digital lowpass filters. In particular, the number of logic gates can be reduced by 20% in average, compared to the existing ATF's.

수동 소나 시스템에서 음원 깊이를 구분하는 연구는 수 십 년 동안 진행되어 왔다. 그 이유는 음원 깊이 구분을 통해 표적이 수상함인지 잠수함인지 식별할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 논문은 표적으로부터 수신된 소음 (또는 신호)의 채널 임펄스 응답을 이용하여 음원 깊이를 구분하였다. 송신신호에 대한 정보가 없는 상황에서 채널 임펄스 응답을 추정하기 위해 음선 기반 블라인드 디컨벌루션 기법이 사용되었다. 추정된 채널 임펄스 응답의 패턴에서 교차점은 음선의 상대적 도달 시간에 의하여 결정되며, 이는 표적 깊이 구분에 이용된다. 제안된 알고리즘은 시뮬레이션과 실험 데이터를 통하여 검증하였다. Passive source depth discrimination has been studied for decades since the source depth can be used for discriminating whether the target is near the surface or submerged. In this thesis, an algorithm for source depth discrimination is proposed based on CIR (Channel Impulse Response) from target-radiated noise (or signal). In order to extract CIR without a known source signal, Ray-based blind deconvolution is used. Subsequently, intersections of CIR pattern, which is characterized by ray arrival time difference, is utilized for discriminating source depth. The proposed algorithm is demonstrated through numerical simulation in ocean waveguide, and verified via the experimental data.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 국민들의 고령화에 따른 중요한 사회 문제로 대두된 노인들의 안전사고 및 손상을 예방하기 위하여 노인 손상 현황과 실태를 분석하고 문제점을 규명하여 노인 안전증진을 통한 손상예방 정책수립과 중재방안의 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도되었다. 노인들의 주요 손상발생 현황을 파악하기 위하여 통계청 사망원인 통계연보, 소방안전본부 119 구급활동일지, 부산지방경찰청 교통사고통계, 부산지방경찰청 변사 통계연보 및 4개의 응급의료센터 의무기록지 등 5개 기관의 손상자료를 토대로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 부산광역시 노인의 손상사망률은 인구 10만 명당 152.3명으로 다른 연령층에 비해 매우 높았으며, 주요 손상사망의 원인은 자살, 교통사고, 낙상 순 이었다. 노인의 자살사망률은 2004년(88.1명) 이후, 점차 감소되는 추세이며, 자살의 주요원인은 육체적 질병문제, 정신적ㆍ정신과적 문제, 경제적 문제 순으로 나타났다. 노인의 교통사고 사망률은 2011년 20.6명이었으며, 보행 중 교통사고 비율이 승차 중 비율보다 더 높았다. 낙상사망률은 지속적으로 감소추세이나 부상률은 여전히 높았다. 노인들의 주요 손상발생장소는 가정, 도로, 공공장소였으며, 다른 연령층에 비하여 손상 후 사망(2.0%)하거나 입원(35.9%)하는 비율이 매우 높았다. 노인 손상은 심각한 신체적, 사회적 문제를 야기하여 사회경제적 부담을 가중시킬 수 있다. 이에 정부와 유관기관은 본 연구결과에서 도출된 노인 손상의 현황과 특성을 고려하여 근거기반의 접근 전략을 모색하고 통합적 안전증진사업의 개발과 보급을 위하여 노력해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data for strategies to prevent injuries for the elderly and its policy making by establishing the problems and analyzing the incidences and the actual conditions of the injuries of the elderly, all in order to prevent injuries and negligent accidents of the elderly which were on the rise as important social problems through the overall aging of the country's population. The injury mortality rate of the elderly of Busan Metropolitan is 152.3 persons per 100,000 people in the population, which is much higher in comparison with the other age groups. The main causes of injury deaths were suicide, traffic accidents and falls. The suicide mortality rate is on a decreasing trend after 2004(88.1 persons), and the main causes of suicide were found to be somatic disease, psychological disease and economical problems. The traffic fatality rate was 20.6 persons in 2011, and within it, the number of traffic accidents was higher while walking than while driving. Although the falls mortality rate is continuously decreasing, the morbidity is still high. The main places of injury incidences for the elderly are at home, on the road and in public places. As well, there is a higher rate of death(2.0%) and hospitalization(35.9%) in comparison to other age groups. Conclusion: The injury of the elderly may increase the socioeconomic burden because it brings about serious physical and social problems. Therefore the government and related organizations should put the prevention of the injury of the elderly at the highest concentration and try to provide and develop a multilateral safety promotion program that can produce actual results.
초등학교 교사의 인지발달 수준 및 직무헌신도와 장학유형 선호도와의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Supervision in relation to elementary teachers`` developmental levels and job commitment. This study will give some implications in order to increase the efffectiveness of supervision in elementary schools. The results of this study would be summarized as follows : 1. There was statistically significant difference in teachers`` job commitmen and teachers`` cognitive developmental levels. 2. There was statistically significant difference in teachers`` preferred supervisory styles by their job commitment. The better he achieved cognitive development, the more he preferred a non-directive supervisory style, cooperative supervisory styles.
학교단위 교원연수 요구와 방향 탐색 -서울과 경기지역 초등교원을 중심으로-

This study examined a direction and needs of school-based staff development at elementary school level in Seoul and Kyungki province. Using a modified instrument, Korean School-based Staff Development Needs Assessment Survey(KSSDNAS), adapted from the Teacher Needs Assessment Survey(TNAS) developed by Gary M. Ingersoll and others and Kee-Un Chung``s modified version, Korean Teacher Needs Assessment Survey(KTNAS). the study analyzed 323 teachers and 15 school administrators respondents. In order to the study analysis. factor Analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were computed. The study results indicated: 1. There were significant differences between male and female teachers`` perceptions of school teachers`` school-based staff development needs. Female teachers perceived their "Comprehensive learning guide role(Area I)" school-based staff development need as more important than did male teachers and male teachers perceived their "school-oriented knowledge role(Area V)" school-based staff development need as more important than did female teachers. 2, There were significant differences between status and teachers`` perceptions of school teachers`` school-based staff development needs. School administrators perceived their "interpersonal relation role(Area III)". "school- oriented knowledge role (Area V)" , "effective learning motivation role {Area VI)", and "total" school-based staff development needs as more important than did teachers. 3. There were significant differences between school size and teachers`` perceptions of school teachers`` school-based staff development need, "instruction plan and implementation role{Area II)". 4. There were significant differences between school location and teachers`` perceptions of school teachers I school-based staff development needs, "instruction plan and implementation role(Area II)" and I``student diagnosis and identification role(Area VII}". 5. There were significant differences between years of teaching experience and teachers`` perceptions of school teachers`` school-based staff development need, If ˝effective learning motivation role (Area VI)˝.
