XML을 이용한 JAVA 기반 메뉴 자동 생성 시스템

본 논문은 JAVA언어로 프로젝트를 개발 하는 경우 중요한 요소인 메뉴 시스템의 자동 생성에 관해 기술한다. 이를 위해 최근 인터넷 상에서 문서교환의 수단으로 사용을 하는 XML의 특성 중 정형(well-formed) 문서의 특성을 이용하여 JAVA에서 지원하는 메뉴 관련 GUI부분을 자동으로 생성 한다. 이를 위해 메뉴 관련 자원(Resource)부분을 XML로 처리 하기위해 DTD(Document Type Definition)를 정의 하였다. JAVA로 프로젝트를 수행 중에 있어서 빈번히 추가 삭제 가능한 부분을 XML로 처리를 함으로써 쉽게 메뉴 시스템을 변경, 조작 할 수 있으므로 프로젝트 개발에 많은 시간을 줄일 수 있다.

신생아에서 세균성과 무균성 수막염의 비교

Purpose : This study was aimed to evaluate the clinical features of bacterial and aseptic meningitis in neonates. Methods : Seventy seven neonates who diagnosed with meningitis at Inha University Hospital from June 1996 to August 2010 were enrolled in this study. The subjects were classified into either bacterial or aseptic meningitis and their medical records were retrospectively analyzed. Results : Among the 77 cases, 18 cases were bacterial and 59 cases were aseptic. The main symptoms of both groups were fever, moaning in order. In bacterial meningitis, Group B streptococci (GBS) was the most common causative organism (12/18. 75%). In peripheral blood exam, patients with bacterial meningitis were more likely to show leukocytosis (WBC >20,000/㎣) and leukopenia (WBC <5,000/㎣) than those with aseptic meningitis. CRP was also significantly increased in the group of bacterial meningitis. In CSF analysis, 61.2% revealed pleocytosis more than 1,000/㎣ in bacterial meningitis and 8.5% did in aseptic meningitis. CSF glucose were <40 ㎎/㎗ in 72.2% of the group of bacterial meningitis and 35.6% of the group of aseptic meningitis. Mean CSF protein was 289.6±221.2 ㎎/㎗ in bacterial meningitis and 107.6±73.9 ㎎/㎗ in aseptic meningitis. Abnormal radiologic findings were found in 44.4% of bacterial meningitis and 8.4% of aseptic meningitis. The treatments were empirically initiated with ampicillin and cefotaxime in 60 cases, ampicillin and aminoglycosides in 12 cases. Conclusion : Although the clinical features of bacterial and aseptic meningitis are similar, peripheral blood and CSF exams revealed significant differences. Based on these differences, appropriate antibiotic treatment can be selected before the identification of causative agents. 목적 : 신생아 수막염을 세균성과 무균성으로 나누어 임상 양상을 확인하고자 하였다. 방법 : 1996년 6월부터 2010년 8월까지 인하대병원 신생아 집중치료실에서 수막염으로 진단된 생후 4주 미만의 환아 77명을 대상으로 하였다. 혈액 및 뇌척수액 검사 결과에 따라 세균성과 무균성으로 나누어 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 결과 : 대상 환아 77명 중 세균성은 18명, 무균성은 59명이었으며, 발병 시 증상은 두 군에서 모두발열, 끙끙거림 순으로 나타났다. 세균성의 원인균으로는 GBS가 12례(75%)로 가장 많았고, coagulase 음성 포도상 구균, E. coli, H. influenzae, K. pneumoniae가 각각 1례(6%)씩 나타났다. 말초혈액검사에서는 세균성에서 백혈구감소증과 백혈구증가증이 무균성보다 많았으며 CRP는 세균성에서 유의하게 높았다. 뇌척수액검사에서는 백혈구수 1,000/㎣ 이상이 세균성에선 61.2% 무균성에선 8.5%였고, 당 40 ㎎/㎗ 이하가 세균성에서는 72.2%, 무균성에서는 35.6%를 보였으며 단백질은 세균성에선 평균 289.6±221.2 ㎎/㎗, 무균성에선 평균 107.6±73.9 ㎎/㎗로 나타났다. 투여한 항생제는 ampicillin과 cefotaxime이 60례, ampicillin과 aminoglycoside가 12례에서 확인되었다. 뇌 영상학적 검사에서 이상소견은 세균성은 44.4%, 무균성은 8.4%에서 나타났다. 결론 : 세균성 수막염과 무균성 수막염은 증상은 비슷하였으나, CBC, CRP 등의 혈액검사와 뇌척수액 검사 에서 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었고, 이를 근거로 균동정이 확인되기 전까지 적절한 항생제 투여여부를 결정할 수 있다.

In March, the USTR reports the “President’s Trade Policy Agenda” to Congress. Especially the report of the second year is more important as there is a midterm election. This paper examines the key contents of the TPA of four recent administrations over the past 20 years in their second year. In 2002, the US economy grew by 1.0%. Bush administration emphasized “Congress”, “WTO”, and “agreements”. The Trade Promotion Authority was needed for new agreement. The DDA negotiations and Chinas WTO accession was meaningful issue. The keywords for Obama administration were “jobs”, “exports”, and “agreements”. Although 2 million jobs were not created, the unemployment rate fell from 9.8% to 5.3%. It also emphasized progress of TPP negotiations. Trump’s trade policy reiterated “security”, “agreement”, and “WTO”. The trade policy agenda emphasized the disadvantages and the problems of the existing trade system rather than goals. President Biden’s keywords were “worker”, “partner”, and “fair”. As administration emphasized the cooperation with allies against China, the IPEF encompassing labor, climate change, digital, and transparency would be important task. Keywords of Trade Policy Agenda explains reasoning and circumstances of that year. However it is necessary to consider the political and economic situation as well as foreign policy.

비특이 면역증강제 BARODON^ⓡ의 항원성시험

The antigenicity of nonspecific immunostimulator BARODON$^{(R)}$, a newly developed drug, was investigated by tests for passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) and active systemic anaphylaxis (ASA) in mice and guinea pigs. In ASA test using guinea pigs, there were no significant clinical symptoms in all individuals of low(0.3%) and high(3%) dose of both groups treated with only BARODON$^{(R)}$ and cotreated with BARODON$^{(R)}$ and adjuvant group. In PCA test, blue spots of Evan's were observed from $2^6$ to $2^{10}$ in homologous group and from $2^2{\sim}2^5$ dilution rate in heterologous group of BSA treated positive control group. However, intradermal sensitization with antiserum obtained from low (0.3%) and high (3%) dose of BARODON$^{(R)}$ only treatment group and treated-with-adjuvant group, followed by intravenous injection of respective antigen and Evan's blue mixture (1:1) showed no blue spot observed. In conclusion, BARODON$^{(R)}$, as showed in ASA and PCA test, did not cause anaphylatic shock when treated 3 and 10 times higher than clinically intended dose, nor induce IgE, so that might not have antigenic properties in mice and guinea pigs.

Intracranial dermoid cyst is a rare congenital disease originating in the embryo. Intracranial dermoid cysts are usually detected before five years of age; however, asymptomatic cysts have been discovered after the third decade of life through various complications. Sometimes, there are neurologic symptoms caused by a cys- tic mass effect and if there is a dermoid sinus, purulent infections can occur. Early diagnosis is important and as such, CT or MR imaging for recognition of the loca- tion, size, and characteristics of the cysts are recommended before surgical resec- tion. Extradural dermoid cysts with an intact occipital dermoid sinus are a rare event. We report a case of intracranial dermoid cyst associated with scalp abscess. In this case, a three-year-old boy was presented with scalp abscess and we per- formed MR imaging, which revealed a cystic region. The prognosis after resection operation was good without any complication.

JPEG 2000 Hard-wired Encoder를 위한 칼라 2-D DWT Processor의 구현

본 논문에서는 차세대 정지영상 압축 표준 JPEG2000 CODEC의 Wavelet 변환부와 양자화기의 하드웨어 구조를 제안하고 선계하였다. 본 논문의 칼라 2-D DWT 프로세서는 JPEG 2000 Hard-wired Encoder에 적용하기 위해 제안하였다. JPEG 2000DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transform)에서는 Daubechies 9/7 filter를 사용하였고 2-B DWT의 변환과 복원과정에서의 오차가 ${\pm}1$LSB 이내로 들어갈 수 있게 설계하였다. 기존에 설계되었던 filter의 하드웨어 구조에서 하드웨어 복잡도를 높이는 곱셈기를 사용하지 않고 shift-and-adder 구조를 사용하였다. 이것은 DWT 변환에서 가장 많은 연산을 차지하는 filter의 동작 속도를 향상시킬 수 있으며 하드웨어 복잡도도 낮출 수 있다. 본 시스템은 표준화된 하드웨어 설계 언어인 Verilog-HDL을 사용하여 설계하였고, Synopsys사의 Design Analyzer와 TSMC $0.25{\mu}m$ ASIC Library를 사용하여 검증하였다. In this paper, we propose the hardware architecture of two-dimensional discrete wavelet transform (2D DWT) and quantization for using JPEG2000. Color 2-D DWT processor is proposed that is to apply to JPEG 2000 Hard-wired Encoder. JPEG 2000 DWT processor uses the Daubechies' (9,7) bi-orthogonal filter, and we design by minimizing error of the DWT transformer by ${\pm}1$ LSB during compression and decompression. We designed the DWT filters that using by using shift and adder structure instead of multiplier structure which raise the hardware complexity. It is improve the operation speed of filters and reduce the hardware complexity. The proposed system is designed by the hardware description language Verilog-HDL and verified by Synopsys Design Analyzer using TSMC 0.25${\mu}m$ ASIC library.

JPEG 2000을 위한 Tiling 시스템의 구현

본 논문은 JPEG 2000에 사용되는 전처리 과정 기능인 타일링 시스템의 구현에 관한 것이다. 설계된 시스템은 JPEG 2000의 표준에 명시되어 있으며, 이미지의 크기 파악, 영역 확장 그리고 이미지 분할 기능을 수행한다. Progressive한 입력을 타일 단위로 분할 및 전송하기 위해서, 입력 이미지를 Frame Memory에 저장한다. 그래서 Verilog-HDL를 사용하여 FSM 방식으로 설계되었으며 최대 5M 이미지를 처리할 수 있다. 또한, 영역 확장을 위한 이미지 크기를 파악하기 위해서 나머지(rem) 연산을 기반으로 한 수식을 만들었다. 이를 이용해서 입력 이미지의 크기 패턴을 파악하는 진리표를 제안한다. TSMC 0.25um ASIC library 환경에서 합성된 gate counts는 18,725로 되었으며 maximum data arrival time은 18.94[ns]를 가진다. This paper presents the implementation of a Tiling System about Preprocessing functions of JPEG 2000. The system covers the JPEG 2000 standard and is designed to determine the size of the image, to expand the image area and to split input image into several tiles. In order to split the input image with the progressive transmission into several tiles and transmit a tile of this image to others, this system store this image into Frame Memory. Therefore, this is designed as the Finite State Machine (FSM) to sequence through specific patterns of states in a predetermined sequential manner by using Verilog-HDL and be designed to handle a maximum 5M image. Moreover, for identifying image size for expansion, we propose several formula which are based on remainder after division (rem). we propose the true table which determines the size of the image input patterns by using results of these formula. Under the condition of TSMC 0.25um ASIC library, gate count is 18,725 and maximum data arrival time is 18.94 [ns].

랫드와 비글에서 GC-100X 세정제의 독성에 대한 연구

Because cleaning products are part of our everyday lives, it is essential that they should not present significant risks to health. However, many petrochemicals in most soaps and detergents can be absorbed through the scalp and skin and, over time, accumulate in the organs and tissues. This accumulation may result in brain, nerve, and liver damage. Therefore, it is interested in developing non-harmful detergent. According to Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology, GC-100X may be non-harmful and non-corrosive alkaline ionic water (pH 12). It is composed of hydroxyl radicals and supplemented with xylitol. To evaluate influence of GC-100X on rats and beagles, GC-100X was diluted with distilled water (25%, 50%, and 100% solution respectively). Each of diluted GC-100X was daily treated per oral. In body weight analysis, urinary analysis, ophthalmological test and autopsy, we did not find any significance, but in serum biochemical analysis and hematological analysis, we found some significances in middle dose group compared with control group. These significances in serum biochemical analysis and hematological analysis may be not induced by GC-100X, because it was not found to be significant from control group in histopathological examination. Thus, it is concluded that NOEL(No Observed Effect Level) of GC-100X may be higher than all treatment doses used in this study, and GC-100X may be a non-toxic detergent.
