오늘날 생태적 위기의 원인은 무엇보다도 ‘인간 중심주의적 자연관’, ‘이분법적 사고방식’, ‘도구적 합리성의 추구’라는 세 가지 요소로부터 비롯된 바 크다. 따라서 오늘날 생태적 위기는 인간의 자연 환경에 대한 잘못된 인식에서 비롯된 것이다. 그러므로 환경에 대한 가치관, 태도, 그리고 생활양식을 근본적으로 바꾸지 않는 한, 인간은 이 위기로부터 벗어날 수가 없다. 환경 문제를 통합적으로 인식하고 이를 환경 윤리 교육적으로 해결하려는 접근 방법은 생태적 위기 해결의 중요한 전제이다. 이러한 점에서 환경 윤리 교육은 인간 중심주의와 이분법적 사고, 도구적 합리성의 추구에 내재된 반 생태주의적 성격을 인식할 수 있게 해야 한다. 그리고 올바른 생태주의적 세계관을 심어주며, 생태공동체의 구성원으로써 올바른 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록 해야 한다. Today we all live in the era of environmental crises. In other words, we are living in the situation of worldwide 'ecological crises'. I present the old paradigm; anthropocentrism, dualism and instrumental rationality as the three main causes for ecological crises. Furthermore any ethical and educational frameworks based on the 'old paradigm' are no longer appropriate for dealing with some of major modern ethical problems. This is the reason why most old-paradigm ethics have failed in dealing with ecological crises. Therefore, environmental theories and educational frameworks based on these elements have inevitable limitations on the analysis of the ecological crises. Today's ecological crises came from human beings' inappropriate views of nature and their lifestyles, which are due to commercialism and materialism. That is to say, the ecological crises of the modern society can be viewed as crises of human mind and education. Thus, when we investigate the causes of the current crises and try to solve these problems, we need a new paradigm for ethics and education. Furthermore, we should recognize the importance of the 'non anthropocentrism', holism and ecological rationality for a new paradigm. To create a new ecological view of nature and education, we should make continuous efforts for the environmental purposes.

현대사회에서 산림의 중요성을 누구나 알고 있는 사실이다. 산림을 체계적으로 유지?관리하기 위해서 임상도와 같은 다양한 산림정보를 한눈에 볼 수 있는 데이터가 구축 중에 있다. 수치임상도 제작 시 전문가의 육안판독에 의존하기 때문에 주관적인 요소가 개입되며, 많은 시간과 노력이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 주목받고 있는 항공 초분광 영상을 이용하여 임상을 분류해 보았으며, 분류된 결과를 1:25,000수치임상도와 비교하여 임상이 어떻게 분포하고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통해 임상을 분류 할 때 항공 초분광 영상이 매우 유용하게 사용될 것이라 판단된다. In modern society the importance of forests is the fact that everybody knows. In order to maintain and manage for forest, A variety of the forest information such as forest map is building the data. when the expert make a forest map, the expert relies on the subjective element and it is required much time and effort. In this study, recently gets the attention, the airborne hyperspectral images were classified forest map. Compared classified hyperspectral images with 1:25,000 digital map, Whether forest map and looked at how the distribution. Through this study, when classified through the airborne hyperspectral imaging will be used to considered very useful.
류마티스 관절염 환자의 활액과 활막조직에서의 IL - 6 의 활성도

Background: Interleukin-6 (IL-6), previously known as B cell stimulatory factor 2 (BSF-2) is a multifunctional cytokine that is produced by a various cells and plays an important role in the host defence mechanism such as regulation of immune response, acute phase reaction and hematopoiesis. Recent investigations have demonstrated that unregulated expression of IL-6 gene and overproducion of lL-6 were involved in the pathogenesis of cardiac myxoma, Castleman's disease, autoimmune disease, proliferative glomerulonephritis and certain lymphoid malignancies, especially plasmacytoma/multiple myelomas. We tried to evaluate the regulatory effect of IL 6 an the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) which is characterized by hyperactivation of 8 cells, presence of various autoantibodies and increase in acute phase proteins and platelets. Methods: The IL-6 activity was measured by bioassay using the murine IL-6 dependent hybridoma cell lines (MH60. BSF2), ELISA method and immunohistochemical analysis. Results: 1) IL-6 activity was significantly elevated m synovial fluid from patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA, n= 25) as compared with osteoarthrits (OA, n=6) and seronegative arthritis (SNA, n=4) (p<0.05). 2) IL-6 activity was also elevated in serum from patients with RA as compared with other disease (P <0.01). 3) High IL-6 activity and destructive changes in affected joints had a tendency to be correlated (r=0.716), And positive correlations between IL-6 activity and C-reactive proteins in serum were observed in patients with RA (r=0.752). 4) Immunohistachemical analysis demonstrated that positive-staining cells were located on the perivascular space. Conclusion: The results suggest that unregulated production of IL-6 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of RA and could explain local as well as generalized symptoms of RA. However, it is not known whether excessive production of IL-6 is a primary event in the disease process, or secondary consequence.

This paper deals with the minimum-cost design problem of reinforced concrete beam. The total cost of the structure includes the cost of concrete, reinforcing steel and formwork. The minimum-cost design of simply supported beam loaded by distributed load subjects to constraints on strength, serviceability, stability, durability, fire resistance. The minimum-cost design problem is formulated as a non-linear programming(NLP) problem whose solution is attempted by two techniques, namely sequential linear programming(SLP) and sequential convex programming(SCP). Also, minimum-cost design using user interactive system can be easily performed and practice designer and apply optimum design to preliminary design.
