신설국도의 시험시공을 통한 표층용 개질 아스팔트 공용성 평가

국내 아스팔트 포장은 중차량 교통량의 증가와 겨울철 및 여름철의 온도차이가 크게나는 환경조건하에서 공용되고 있다. 이러한 요인으로 인하여 포장 조기파손의 대부분인 소성변형의 문제점이 심각하며, 이에 대한 개선책으로 개질 아스팔트의 적용에 대한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 대부분의 개질 아스팔트의 사용이 표층을 절삭하고 택코팅후 시공되고 있으며, 신설도로의 포장이 아닌 유지보수에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 부산지방국토관리청 산하의 신설국도의 도로포장현장에 개질 아스팔트 혼합물이 적용된 기층 위에 표층용 개질 아스팔트인 SBS PMA 혼합물과 PSMA 혼합물에 대하여 2차로로 200m를 시험 시공하였으며. 나머지 구간은 일반밀입도 아스팔트 혼합물로 시공하였으며, 시공에 사용된 재료에 대한 실내시험을 통한 공용성 및 장기 공용성 평가를 실시하고자 하였다. 실내 실험은 마샬안정도시험, 강도시험과 휠트랙킹 시험을 하여 분석하였으며, 현장의 시험 시공시 온도관리 및 평탄성에 대한 평가를 기초로 향후 장기 공용성 평가와 LCC 분석을 실시하여 가장 경제적인 개질 아스팔트를 평가하여 설계에 반영하고자 한다. Asphalt pavements have to perform under the conditions of heavily-loaded vehicles due to the industrialization and large temperature variance between the summer and the winter. Due to these factors, a characteristics change of early permanent deformation becomes a big issue, and to remedy this problem many research to use modified asphalt are being widely conducted. However, most of the modified asphalt is being paved after milling the surface course and applying tackcoating, and it is being used mostly for the repair and maintenance purpose rather than pavement of new national road. The purpose of this investigation is to obtain some fundamental data for the evaluation of the performance and long-term performance of the construction material mixtures by the laboratory test and field experiments. For the field experiment, 200m of two-lanes national road, that is being paved for the new national road under the direction of Pusan Regional Construction Management Office, was paved with SBS PMA and PSMA asphalt mixtures, which are an modified asphalt mixtures used for the surface course, on top of the base course paved with other modified asphalt mixtures. The remaining section of the new national road was paved with dense grade mixture. The laboratory tests assessed and analyzed the mixture characteristics by Marshall's stability test, strength tests and wheel-tracking test. On the basis of the evaluation result of the temperature control and roughness of the newly constructed road at the field experiment site, it is desired to evaluate and identify the most economic modified asphalt mixtures by long-term performance evaluation and LCC(Life Cycle Cost) analysis in order to apply the test result to the design of new road construction in the future.

탄성 밴드 운동이 지적장애인의 체력, 손의 기민성 및 코티졸에 미치는 영향

Men with intellectual disabilities tend not to engage in regular physical activity and relatively less physical fitness than ordinary men. Meanwhile, numerous studies showed the effectiveness of the elastic band exercise, but limited studies examined whether similar positive effects of training occur in men with intellectual disabilities. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the elastic band exercise in men with intellectual disabilities. Fourteen subjects were randomly assigned to either an experimental group(EG, 28.42 ± 5.96 years) or a control group(CG, 30.14 ± 4.98 years), with seven subjects in each group. The EG performed 75 minutes exercise with the elastic bands three times a week for 10 weeks. The band exercise program organized into two sessions depended on the intensity of exercise. During week 1 through 5, participants performed 50-60% of their maximal heart rate, and then increased the intensity to 60-70% by the end of the exercise program. The CG did not engage in a specific exercise program and maintained their daily life. To investigate the effectiveness of the exercise program, physical fitness(cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility, hand grip strength, pinch ability), hand dexterity, cortisol level. The results showed that 10 weeks of the elastic band exercise significantly enhanced physical fitness(cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance : p〈.01, flexibility, hand grip strength, pinch abilit y: p〈.001) and hand dexterity(p〈.001),and the improvements were all significant better than those of the CG(p〈.05). Especially, physical fitness and hand dexterity greatly were more improved as the program progressed. The results showed a more significant improvement in the 6-10 weeks period than over the first 5 weeks. However, the cortisol level slightly increased(pre-test : 9.85 ± 3.12 ug/dl, after 5 weeks : 10.87 ± 3.12 ug/dl, post-test : 10.99 ± 3.79 ug/dl), but had no statistically significant effect(p 〉.05). This study demonstrated that 10 weeks of the elastic band exercise program elicits significant improvements in physical fitness and hand dexterity in men with intellectual disabilities. However, the program was not an effective intervention for cortisol levels.

본 연구는 지금까지 필자가 발표한 ‘-으니-’에 관한 두 편의 논문을 보완하여 ‘-으니-’의 문법 기능을 명확히 밝혀내기 위한 것이다. 15세기 국어의 선어말어미 ‘-으니-’는 그 사용 범위가 광범위하였다. 즉 어떤 사실이나, 행위라도 단정 지어 표현하고자 할 경우 ‘-으니-’를 널리 사용하였다. 그리고 [+상관적] 장면이라는 제약이 없었으며, 손윗사람이거나 권위가 있는 사람의 말이라는 제약도 없었다. 따라서 ‘-으니라’는 보수적인 평서형어미가 아니라, 선어말어미 ‘-으니-’와 평서형어미 ‘-다’가 결합된 형태이며, 물론 이때의 ‘-으니-’는 단정법을 나타내었다. 16 ․ 17세기의 문헌에 사용되어 있는 ‘-으니-’도 그 사용법은 15세기와 달라진 점이 없다. 다만 문헌상의 제약인지 주로 [-상관적] 장면에서 일방적으로 통보하는 경우에 사용되고 있다. In the 15th century Korean language, the prefinal ending ‘-ɨni-’ was widely used in any case of expressing facts or actions with assertive attitude. There was no restriction that it must be used only in a [+correlational] situation, and when we talk to youngers and inferiors. Therefore, ‘-ɨnira’ was a conservative plain ending, but the combined form of the prefinal ending ‘-ɨni-’ with the plain ending ‘-ta’, for expressing an assertion. The same usage of ‘-ɨni-’ is also found in the 16th and 17th century, except that it was used mainly in case of unilateral notification in a [+correlational] situation. This limited usage may be due to insufficiency of literature to examine.
