원룸형 주택의 불편사항 및 하자 분석 - 대학교 인근 청년층 거주자를 대상으로 -

본 연구에서는 대학교 인근 거주자를 대상으로 원룸형 주택의 하자와 불편사항을 조사하여 향 후 주택설계에 적합한 형태의 원룸형 주택이 설계될 수 있도록 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 설문조사는 2018년 5월 1일부터 5월 14일까지 14일간 실시하였으며, 대학교 인근 1인 가구 거주자를 대상으로 하였다. 74부 중 50부를 자료 집계에 활용하였으며, 설문조사 결과 하자가 있는 세대는 30% 이며, 그중 마감재 하자의 비중이 가장 많았고, 균열의 사례가 가장 적게 나타났다. 불편사항이 있는 세대는 56%로, 그 중 안전성의 불편함을 호소하는 거주자가 가장 많았다. 다음으로는 세대 간 소음의 불편사항이었고, 환기의 불편함이 가장 적은 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to analysis the defects and inconvenience of one-room that investigated for residents near universities, and data are provided so that one-room in a form suitable for better housing design can be designed in the future. The survey was conducted for 14 days from May 1 to May 14, 2018, targeting single-person households around the university. 50 of the 74 parts were used to compile the data, and according to the survey, 30% of the generation had defects, the most specific of the defects in the finishing material and the least number of cracks were found, that has inconvenience was 56%. Among them, the most discomfort of crime prevention was the most. It was found that the sound was in the next ranking and the discomfort of conversion was leastest.

Background: Optimal head and neck positioning and clinical experience are important factors for successful endotrachealintubation in patients with a difficult airway. This study aimed to investigate the rate of successful endotrachealintubation between the sniffing and ramped positions in patients with an expected difficult intubation. Methods: The study included 204 patients with an expected difficult intubation (airway difficulty score ≥ 8) based on thepreoperative airway assessment. The patients were randomized into the following groups: group S was placed in the sniffingposition, and group R was placed in the ramped position during direct laryngoscopy. The primary outcome was successfulendotracheal intubation and the secondary measure was laryngeal view in the ramped or sniffing position whenthe operating table was placed at two different heights. Results: Group R showed a higher rate of successful endotracheal intubation and better laryngeal view than group S (P <0.05). The rate of successful endotracheal intubation was higher in group R than in group S at both heights of the operatingtable; but, it was not different within each group. Laryngeal view was not different between the two groups and withineach group when the two heights of the operating table were used. Fully trained and experienced attending anesthesiologistsachieved a higher rate of successful endotracheal intubation than less experienced residents in group R (P < 0.05)but not in group S. Conclusions: Ramped position and clinical experience can be important factors for laryngeal view and success rate ofendotracheal intubation in patients with an expected difficult intubation.

전자전 상황에서 수신기의 수집 변수를 토대로 RF 위협체를 역추적함으로서 효율적인 전자공격을 수행하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양하고 구체적인 전자전 상황에서 위협체 역추적 알고리즘의 성능을 검증할 수있도록 하기 위하여, 전자파 수집 변수를 바탕으로 레이더 위협체, 전자전 수신기, 전자파 전송환경과 같은 전자전구성 단위들의 기능을 모델링하여 전자전 송수신 시뮬레이터를 구축한다. 시뮬레이터의 실험 결과는 수 m 정도의거리 추적 오차와 소수점 이하 크기의 각도 추적 오차를 보이며, 모노펄스 빔폭과 편각의 변화에 따른 각도 추적 오차의 변화가 이론적인 모델링의 결과와 동일한 양상을 보임으로써 레이더 위협체의 거리 및 각도 추적의 동작 원리가 시뮬레이터에 적절하게 반영되었음을 확인할 수 있다. 구축한 전자전 송수신 시뮬레이터는 전자전 수집 시스템에서 추출된 위협체의 특성 변수가 실제 위협체의 특성 변수에서 어떻게 변형되었는지를 관찰하고, 다양한 전자전 상황에서 수집된 변수를 토대로 구성한 위협체 역추적 시스템의 성능을 평가하는 데에 활용될 수 있다. Research for the inverse estimation of RF threats and the efficient electronic attack based on the parameters of the electronic information has been active in the electronic warfare (EW) situations. In this paper, an EW transmission simulator is constructed from the modeling of radar threats, EW receivers, and propagation environments with the collected electronic information in order to verify the performance of the inverse estimation algorithm in various and practical EW situations. In simulation results, we show that the range tracking error and angle tracking error are produced within ten meters and one degree, respectively. And also, we show that the changing relations between the angle tracking error and the parameters of the monopulse angle tracking radar such as the beamwidth and squint angle in simulation results correspond with those in the theoretical modeling. Accordingly, the constructed EW simulator can be used to observe the modifying characteristics of the electronic information in transmission environments, and then, to evaluate the performance of the inverse estimation system in various EW situations.
