        수입된 호주산 야생 산양의 혈액상에 관한 연구

        The hematologic values were measured from 64 healthy goats imported from Australia to obtain data about the hematologic values of Australian wild goat. In paper 32 goats imported in March called group 1, 32 goats imported in April called group 2. The result obtained are summarized as follows;, 1 Mean$\pm$SD values and ranges of red blood cell(RBC) were $17.8$\pm$3.0{\times}10^6/${mu}ell$ and 9.9-24.3{\times}10^6/${mu}ell$,$ of hemoglobin(Hb) content 13.8$\pm$1.3 g/㎗ and 10.0-16.1 g/㎗, of packed cell volume(PCV) 37.0$\pm$4.1% and 28.0-47.0%, of mean corpuscular volume(MCV) 21.3$\pm$3.3 fl and 16.4-37.2 fl, of mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH) 7.9$\pm$1.1 pg and 6.0-13.3 pg, of mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) 37. Of 1.9% and 34.0-41.9%, of white blood cell(WBC) $28.6$\pm$9.4{times}10^3/${mu}ell$ and 11.6-49.8{times}10^3/${mu}ell$,$ of neutrophil 38.0$\pm$8.2% and 23.0-61.0%, of lymphocyte 54.0$\pm$8.4% and 32.0-73.0%, monocyte 3.1$\pm$1.3% and 1.0-7.0%, of eosinophil 4.0$\pm$1.9% and 1.0-10.0%, of basophil 0.1$\pm$0.2% and 0-1.0% respectively. 2. There was no significant differences between Group l and Group 2, respectively. 3. There was no significant differences between sexes. 4. Comparing with the values of Korean domestic goat, e values of Australian wild goat were disserent from the values of Korean domestic goat. 5. These hematologic values might be accepted as the hematologic values of Australian wild goat.

        지방자치단체의 전자적 업무처리에서의 저해요인과 활성화요인의 영향정도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this article is to investigate on the significant factors of electronic management process focused on electronic approval and electronic document exchange in especially Local Government. The major factors facing when local government officials handled document electronically can be divided into four perspectives as follows; legal-constitutional, technological, cultural and individual perspective. The results showed that technological perspectives such as security, infrastructure and usage factor are the most barriers to the electronic management process. In the enabler factors, individual perspectives such as official ranking, human relation and computer literacy are the most important factors. Therefore, the following policy suggestions are recommended. First, security concept should be implemented by the local government. Second, the legal guidelines should be redefined. Third, our local government badly needs to improve its EDMS performance. Therefore, local government have adopted business process reengineering. Fourth, it is requested that information literacy training courses should be prepared in the local government.

        Population viability analysis to estimate the needed number of capture-and-remove wild boars for control of African swine fever in the Republic of Korea

        Since the first detection of the African swine fever (ASF) virus in the Republic of Korea in 2019, the Korean government has applied interventions, including fencing, increasing the biosecurity level at domestic pig farms, and the capture-and-removal of wild boars. In particular, wild boars are an important risk factor for ASF control because they can spread disease among susceptible animals, such as wild boars or domestic pigs. A capture-and-removal method aims to reduce the likelihood of ASF transmission from wild boars to domestic boars or among wild boars by decreasing the number of susceptible wild boars. This study estimated the required number of wild boars captured and removed for ASF control using population viability analysis. Population factors, such as a life span, sex ratio, or an inbreeding depression with different capture-and-removal proportions of wild boars, were included in the analysis. Ten scenarios with different capture-and-removal proportions of wild boars and different periods of culling were considered. According to the results, a method in which 75% of wild boars are captured-and-removed for at least three years showed long-term effectiveness for more than ten years. The current ASF control method, in which 33% of wild boars are captured-and-removed, decreased the number of wild boars for three years, after which the wild boar population increased to more than its initial number. Given the limited human and material resources for controlling ASF in the Republic of Korea, it is recommended that resources be prioritized to increase the capture-and-removal proportion of wild boars to take full advantage of the ASF-control effectiveness.
