消音器의 音響減衰에 關한 硏究

In order to investigate the acoustical attenuation effects from simple expansion chamber type muffler the following experiments were carried out ; the spectrum analyzer which has 25Hz analyzing frequency intervals was devised. The changing of acoustical attenuation frequency intervals was devised. The changing of acoustical attenuation effects were observed by varying the diameter and the length of the muffler. The diffuser was attached to the muffler in order to decrease the sound pressure levels more and then the acoustical attenuation effects were investigated. The phenomena on the sound wave surface was curvatured and visualized by the diffuser was confirmed in photographic developing of the attenuation wave.

In order to investigate the variation [of cervical mucus patterns which were expected to change in the estrous cycle or various estrous stages, cervical mucus was taken front the uterine cervix (external os) of 19 heads of non-pregnant dairy cows. Observations were made on the characteristic patterns in cervical mucus smears which were influenced by estrus and anestrus status in the estrous cycle. The conclusions obtained were as follows : 1. The fern-like crystalization was a characteristic sign in cervical mucus smears in the estrus period. 2. If was observed the fern-like crystallization began to appear at the proestrous stages and it remained clearly until the first 5th day of the estrous cycle. At the 6th day, the larger fern-like crystals changed into small "palm-leaves" like crystals or in some cases they were almost disappeared. The crystallizations were completely lost to view and they were transformed into cloudy form from the 7th to 16th day of the anestrous period. 3. The value of cytology of cervical mucus smears was not particular.

國內飼育 젖소의 疾病에 관한 調査硏究

The studies on the morbidity rate of the dairy cows in Korea from October 31, 1977 to November 30, 1978 were intended. The results obtained were as follows : 1.During the period of one year, 11,060 cases of the disease were shown by the clinical examination. Among them, the surgical disease was 7.70%(morbidity rate : 31.8 per 1.000), the disease of internal medicine was 36.31%(146.4 per 1.000) and obstetrical disease was 55.78%(225.0 per 1.000). 2.Foot rot of 21.88% among 873 cases of 30 kinds in the surgical disease showed the highest rate of morbidity Indigestion(dyspepsia) of 13.99% among 4,016 cases of 22 kinds in the disease of internal medicine was the highest rate of morbidity Endometritis of 25.85% among 6,171 cases of 28 kinds in the disease of obstertics was the highest rate of morbidity. 3.Ten kinds of main disease in dairy cows were endometritis (L4.42%), retained placenta(11.33%), mastitis(9.47%), indigestion (5.8%), milk fever (4.45%), ovarian cyst (4.39%), diarrhea (4.35%), pneumonia (3.36%), ovarian hypofunction (2.97%) and enteritis (2.7%), respectively. 4.The strains of causative organism in 320 cases of clinical mastitis were staphyococcus spp, (25%), streptococcus spp. (40%), other bacteria spp. (9%) and fungi spp.(16%). 5.Fifty-one strains of bactria were isolates from the cases of clinical mastitis : Two strains (3.9%) were Phycomycetes spp., twenty-four strains (47.1%) were Ascomycetes spp. and twenty-five strains (49.0%) were Fungi Imperfecti. 6.The sensitivity rate(%) of the bacteria isolated from the cow milk of the clinical mastitis to 9 kinds of antibacterial drug was 14.1% to penicillin-G, 17.8% to streptomycin, 14.9% to erythromycin,20.0% to chloramphenicol, 55.0% to kanamycin, 66.9% to neomycin, 13.8% to tetracyclin, 10.8% to novobiocin and 66.2% to sulfaisodindin.

『中庸』의 費而隱에 관한 현대적 해석

現代科學의 發達은 宇宙와 自然 및 人間에 대한 기존의 認識과 價値體系를 변화시키고 새로운 體系確立을 요구한다. 人間의 感覺器官으로 이해하지 못했던 形而上學的 觀念도 실현상적으로 증명됨에 따라 儒學의 논의내용도 변화되지 않을 수 없게 되었다. 太極으로부터 이루어지는 道와 理 그리고 陰陽五行의 성질을 가진 氣로 된 萬物의 運行過程도 점점 形而下學的으로 자세하게 설명되어 간다. 道는 理와 氣가 그 안에서 운행되어 가도록 연장된 길이라고 할 수 있다. 理는 氣의 運行時 基準이 되며 정상을 유지하게 하는 中正의 條理가 되고, 氣는 음양의 성질을 가진 微氣들로 離合集散을 하는 形氣와 理의 中正에 相應하도록 相生相剋의 조절을 하는 流行의 運氣로 구성된다. 原子는 中性子와 함께 核이 되는 陽子와 陰電子로 구성되는 것이었으나, 최근에는 양자도 6종의 쿼크로 구성되고, 음전자도 6종의 렙톤으로 구성되었다는 것이 발견되었고, 그들의 기능도 밝혀져 가고 있다. 生物의 發生學에서도 渾然一體로 凝縮된 太極의 元氣로부터 발생된 人極의 生殖細胞가 萬能의 未分化細胞로부터 組織細胞로 分化되어 臟器를 구성하고 그 機能이 밝혀짐에 따라 人性과 心性에 대한 認識과 價値가 달라지고 修養方法도 多樣化되어 간다. 우주와 만물에는 太極으로부터 시작된 하나의 道가 條理로 分枝되어 우주만물에 분포되고 그 안에는 中正을 유지하는 理에 따라 이합집산의 음양과 相生相剋의 五行氣가 관통ㆍ운행 한다. 이러한 도는 하늘에서는 天道를 이루고 物에서는 物道를 이루며 사람에게서는 人道를 이루며, 그 내부의 微細한 道管들은 외부의 道로도 연계되어 관통된다. 하늘과 物 그리고 사람에게서는 미분화의 혼연한 氣로 응축되어 구성된 최초의 기준점이 되는 태극으로부터 시작된 隱微한 理氣가 誠ㆍ性ㆍ心이 되어 道를 통해 우주만물에 널리 분포되어 費를 이루게 되는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 『中庸』의 ‘費而隱’ 章이 현대과학의 실상에 부합되도록 유학의 해석을 시도하였으며, 道로서의 費而隱, 德으로서의 費而隱 및 神으로서의 費而隱으로 구분하여 자세히 살펴보았다. The development of modern science has been changed the old system of idea in the epistemology and axiology on the universe, nature and human being, and has been needed the establishment of a new idea system. The contents of discussion for Confucianism have been changed as proving phenomenally the metaphysical idea what we did not understand with our sensory organs. The details of the movement process in all things and in the universe constituted of ways(道), Principles(理) and Energy(氣) have been explained by the physical science. The Ways are connected with one another, the Principle and Energy in the ways are moving. The Principle tried to keep the standard of impartibility(中正) in the moving process of energy. The Energy constitutes of the formal energy that it separates and unites and the moving energy that it controls to help and destroy mutually. The atom constitutes of the nucleus contains a proton and a neutron and the negative electron. But recently the corpuscles of 6 kinds in the nucleus and the corpuscles of 6 kinds in the electron have been discovered and have been knowing some of their functions. In the embryology of animals, the Great Absolute(太極) has been condensed the energies to a perfect harmony. The Human Pole(人極) has been originated from the Great Absolute and the undifferentiated cells(未分化細胞) have been originated from the Human Pole, and the cells were almighty cells(全能細胞). The cells in the tissues were originated from the almighty cells and then the cells were differentiated. The differentiated cells have formed organs and body. Recently, as the function of brain has been known, the epistemology and axilology of human nature(人性) and disposition(心性) has been changed, and the methods of cultivation of mind has been diversified. In the universe and all things, the way were originated from the Great Absolute were branched into many ways and were distributed. And in the ways, there were the Principles for the standard of impartibility and the energies have been tried to harmonise with the principles. The ways have become sky ways in the universe, material ways in all things and human ways in men. These ways have been connected with the outside or inside ways. The Great Absolute became of wholly energy, it was the first standard point. The secret principle and energy in the Great Absolute became Sung(誠) in the universe, Sung(性) in all things and Mind(心) in human being. They have been passed through in the ways and distributed in the universe, and then became of wide and far(費). In this treatise, I have tried to coincide the analysis of Confucianism with the real situation of modern science, and to explain the wide and far and the secret of way(道), the wide and far and the secret of virtue(德) and the wide and far and the secret of spirit(神).

사료내 곰팡이 발육 억제제의 효과에 관한 연구 - Mold-X의 효과에 관한 연구 -

In the storage of the corn and the corn meal contained $12\%$ moisture, the growth of mold wa 본 연구팀은 1981년 10월 부터 1982년 3월까지 시행한 광범위 곰팡이 발육억제제인 Mold-X의 효과에 관한 시험을 시행한 결과 그 성적을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. $12\%$의 수분함량이 함유된 옥수수와 옥수수가루 저장에 있어서의 250ppm수준의 Mold-X가 곰팡이의 발육을 억제하였다. 2 수분이 많이 함유된 배지에서 곰팡이의 발육을 억제할 수 있는 Mold-X의 함량은 500ppm수준이었다.

音聲의 Spectrum分析 및 이에 따른 電子計算機의 Programming에 關한 硏究

A computer program is developed for the SCC/PDP-15 computer to provide the capability to process time varying waveforms and produce spectrograms, and the speech sound spectrographic system is designed specifically for this purpose. The system permits the pisplay of conventional wide-band and narrow-band bar plots (spectrograms). The spectrographic analysis of selected Korean words are wed to illustrate the capabilities of the system. Samples of selected Korean utterances are digitized and stored on computer disk. The speech signal is time windowed and the time varying spectrum is computed by using the fast Fourier transform. Sreztrographic results ary displayed on the PDP-15 graphic units as bar plots. Display intensity is simulated with a matrix of points instead of the conventional intensity modulation of each point. A permanent record is provided by photographing the display of results, and speech sounds are analyzed in terms of these spectrograms.
