        국제 음악축제의 지역 애착도, 사전지식, 관여도가 지역 이미지, 축제에 대한 태도 및 지지도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Purpose - This study examined the relationship between local attachment, prior knowledge and involvement in the festival, and local image, attitudes toward and support for the festival among people who have visited the Incheon Pentaport Music Festival, the largest music festival in Korea. Design/methodology/approach - A total of 250 samples were used for the final analysis, and SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used to analyze the data. The structural equation model analysis was conducted to test the hypotheses of this study. Findings - As a result of the analysis, first, only local attachment was found to have a positive and significant effect on local image. On the other hand, prior knowledge or involvement in the Incheon Pentaport Music Festival was found to be unrelated to local image. Second, local attachment and involvement were found to have a significant effect on attitude, but prior knowledge was not significant. Last, this paper examined the influence of festival area image and attitude toward the festival on festival support, and found that both have a positive and significant effect on support. Research implications or Originality - This study expands the scope of research on music festivals and is expected to contribute to tourist attraction and marketing strategies for the revitalization of music festivals in the future.

        인천 펜타포트 음악축제의 서비스품질이 지역애착도, 태도 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향: 사전지식과 관여도의 조절효과를 중심으로

        Purpose - This study aims to investigate the interrelationship between service quality of music festival, attitude, regional attachment, and revisit intention toward the Incheon Pentaport Music Festival. Design, data, methodology - The survey was conducted with a total of 250 festival visitors. Factor, correlation and SEM analysis were conducted using SPSS and AMOS programs. Result – Food and beverage had a positive effect on the regional attachment. Information and program had a significant effect on attitude toward the festival. Facility & service and cleanness had positive effects on the revisit intention. In addition, regional attachment had a significant impact on attitude and revisit intention, and attitude toward the festival had a positive impact on revisit intention. Conclusions - Theoretical and managerial implications, as well as, suggestions for future research are discussed.

        도시 브랜드 개성에 대한 이미지, 관광 만족도가 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향: 대전광역시를 중심으로

        Purpose - This study aims to verify the relationship between city brand personality, image, tourism satisfaction, and revisit intention in the Daejeon Metropolitan City. Design, data, methodology - The survey was conducted among 272 visitors who visited the Daejeon Metropolitan City within 2 years. The data underwent factor and correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis utilizing SPSS and AMOS. Results – First, dynamics brand personality had a significant effect only on geographic images and had no effect on social and emotional images. Second, playfulness did not exert a statistically significant influence on emotional images, while it was explained that it had a significant negative effect on social and geographic images. Third, entertainment had a significant effect on social and emotional images and did not affect geographic images. Fourth, only sophistication affects all images. Fifth, in terms of the image of Daejeon Metropolitan City on tourism satisfaction, it was verified that the relationship with tourism satisfaction was established in all images, and finally, tourism satisfaction had a positive significant effect on revisit intention. Conclusions – The theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

        성적 먼지차별(Gender Microaggression)을 경험한 직장여성의 분노반추, 정서 표현 양가성과 반생산적 업무행동

        본 연구는 서비스 산업 내 성적 먼지차별로 인한 반생산적 업무 행동의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 반생산적 업무 행위에 대한 이론을 조직 내 성적 먼지차별에 노출된 여성 직원을 대상으로 확장해 적용하였고 ‘성적 먼지차별’, ‘분노 반추’, ‘장기방어적 양가성’, ‘관계관여적 양가성’, 그리고 ‘반생산적 업무행동’ 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 본조사는 비대면 방식으로 2023년 1월 2일부터 22일까지 약 20일간 온라인에 게시되어 조사를 시행하였고, 서비스 산업에 근무하는 직장여성을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 220부 중 불성실하거나 모호한 응답을 포함한 설문을 제외한 최종 203부를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과는 5개 인과관계 모두 통계적으로 유의한 값으로 검증되었다. 본 연구는 직장인들의 성평등에 필요한 기초정보를 제공해 여성인력들의 심리적 안정감을 고취하기 위한 직무환경 개선에 관한 시사점을 제공한다. This study was to examine the relationships among female employee’s anger rumination, ambivalence over emotional expression, and counterproductive work behaviors, based on gender microaggressions in the service sectors. The theory of counterproductive work behavior by Spector(2011) in this study was applied to female employees experienced to gender microaggression. The online survey was performed between from January 2 to 22, 2023. Total 203 were valid for the data analysis. The study’s findings provided that the hypothesized paths were accepted, and a good model fit was obtained. Based on the results, theoretical implications and practical implications were discussed, and limitations of this study and future study directions were suggested.

        인천 펜타포트 음악축제 서비스품질이 지역이미지, 축제지지도, 재방문의도에 미치는 영향: 성별과 방문경험의 조절효과

        The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of the service quality of the music festival, regional image, and festival support on the revisit intention toward the Incheon Pantaport Music Festival. It also identified the moderating effects of gender and visit experience on relationships. The research employed an online survey of 250 Incheon Pentaport Music Festival visitors in 2022 to test the proposed hypotheses using structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, four factors in the service quality, information/program, food/beverage, and hygiene/cleanliness positively affected the regional image. Information/program and hygiene/cleanliness positively affected the festival support. Information/program, facilities/service, and hygiene/cleanliness positively affected the revisit intention. In addition, the regional image had a significant impact on festival support and revisit intention, and festival support had a positive impact on revisit intention. It was also found that gender and visit experience significantly moderated the interrelationships between these factors. The results explain that festival planning should focus on diversification and differentiation of contents and ensure that physical environmental factors such as hygiene and cleanliness are well managed and maintained. This study is expected to provide information on the policies and directions of revitalizing popular music festivals with differentiated approaches, as the festival is held in various themes. Since the Incheon Pentaport Music Festival is a music festival representing Korea with a solid position, this study has significant implications in that it has endless potential for future growth.

        표준평가모델 구축을 통한 서울시 호텔산업의 자치구별 잠재시장규모 추정에 관한 연구

        Developing a hotel or investing in the hotel markets requires a lot of initial capital. If developers or investors do not have a clear blueprint with regard to the dynamic and complex environments that can foster the potential market size, those capitals will not generate profits in time and proper returns as planned. This study tried to identify which environmental variables affect the size of the hotel industry market in Seoul, Korea, and present a standardized investment evaluation model accordingly. In order to identify valid environmental variables affecting the market size of the hotel industry, two-equation models have been established. Based on standardized models, differences in market size are defined by administrative districts in Seoul in terms of surplus or shortage for market potential.

        서울특별시 주민의 정서적 연대가 지각된 혜택과 비용, 관광개발 지지에 미치는 영향 분석: 관광정책신뢰의 조절효과 중심으로

        Purpose - This study analyzed the structural relationships between emotional solidarity, perceived benefits and costs, and tourism development support among Seoul city residents. Also, the moderating effect of tourism policy trust on the relationship between perceived benefits and costs of tourism development and development support was identified. Design, data, methodology - The survey was carried out among 330 residents of Seoul. The data underwent factor and correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. Result – Emotional closeness has a no effect on perceived benefits, but a negative effect on perceived costs. Welcoming nature, on the other hand, has a positive effect on both perceived benefits and costs. Emotional closeness has no significant effect on tourism development support, but welcoming nature has a positive effect on tourism development support. For emotional closeness, there is no effect for policy trust, but welcoming nature has a positive effect for high trust groups and no effect for low trust groups. Conclusions – This study has some theoretical and practical implications. The study aslo delves into the suggestions for future research.

        관광개발 영향인식, 지역애착, 주민관여, 주민지지 및 친환경 행동의도 간의 영향관계: 제주도민을 대상으로

        Purpose - This study examined the influence relationships between the impacts of tourism development, local attachment, and resident involvement and local residents' support and pro-environmental behavior intentions in Jeju Island. Design/methodology/approach - A questionnaire was distributed to the Jeju Island residents and 373 samples were used for the analysis. Findings - The results showed that the perceived positive impact of tourism development has a positive effect on local residents' support, while the negative impact has a negative effect. Local attachment has no significant effect on local residents' support, while local involvement positively affects local residents' support. The positive impact of tourism development has a negative effect on pro-environmental behavior intention, while the perceived negative impact has a positive effect. Finally, when analyzing the relationship between local attachment, local involvement, and local support for eco-friendly behavior intention, it was found that they all have a positive effect. Research implications or Originality - Theoretical and managerial implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.

        하얼빈 국제빙설제의 사례로 본 겨울축제의 방문동기 및 시장 세분화 연구

        Purpose - The purpose of this study is to derive sub-group of Chinese residents to Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival through market segmentation and to identify their characteristics of each group. Design/methodology/approach - The survey was conducted with a total of 405 Chinese residents, and empirical analysis was conducted using SPSS program. Findings - As a result of the analysis, four factors were derived. Based on the factors, four sub-markets were derived by conducting cluster analysis for market segmentation. Market strategies for each sub-group were discussed based on significant differences between clusters according to demographic characteristics. Research implications or Originality - The results of this study contribute to find out potential target market of Chinese residents, and to provide data for better positing of Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival.

        Dimensioning and Revealing Perceived Travel Experiences of International Residents in Korea by Using Semi-Structured Interviews

        This study presents the empirical findings of exploratory qualitative study which was undertaken to investigate the perceived holiday experiences international residents in Korea. Data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews with international residents who live in Korea for a long time and analyzed using CAQDAS NVivo 2. This study revealed that the people and places play an important part in shaping the travel experiences. In other words, the complex nature of travel experiences can be explained by their proximity to people: the human interactive dimension (festival & event and social experiences) and places: the spatial dimension (environment, adventure, heritage, and romantic experiences). Also there are some kinds of experiences that are more or less equally inclined to people and places- the cultural experience (urban, religious, knowledge experiences). This article, therefore, contributes to tourism market in Korea for international residents by classifying the travel experience typologies. It could extend in developing marketing strategies of creating and promoting Korean travel products not only for international residents, but also for tourists in general who visit Korea in details.
