This study is a structure analysis by applying the output torque and tangential force on 47 ton excavator drive motor gear carrier. The finite element analysis for 3D model is performed by ABAQUS/Standard. We made an estimate of safety by evaluating the results of the finite element analysis.

This Study is a structure analysis about twin lift telescopic Spreader that usually loading and unloading a container in harbor. Applied load is assumed by lifting 65tons that is the maximum weight of real container. The finite element analysis for 3D model is performed by ABAQUS/Standard. We made an estimate of safety by evaluating the results of the finite element analysis.

The reliability and safety of MEMS parts are important factors in industrial MEMS applications. Most MEMS parts are made from multigrain polysilicon, an orthotropic material with random material direction. Analyzing the stress and displacement and knowing the effective material constant are important when using MEMS in industrial applications. We developed a computer program to calculate the effective material constant of polysilicon using the boundary element method with the microstructure evolution method. The results obtained using the boundary element method were compared to those obtained using the finite element method to confirm the validity of the program.

This paper describes the development of an ECU(Electronical Control Unit) for FBM(Feed Back Mixer) engine. FBM engine uses LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) and the adventages of LPG are prevention of knock at high temperature. less exhaust gas pollutants and inexpensiveness. The ECU controls air-fuel ratio, spark timing and ISC valve. The CPU used for this ECU is H8-534. which has an internal A/D converter, RAM, ROM. timer and I/O port so suitable for engine ECU. The software was developed using C language on IBM PC and downloaded to extermal RAM on ECU by RS232 serial communication method. PC based IDU(Intelligent Developing Unit) was also developed for debugging, testing and tuning the ECU. It can monitor and save output signals from ECU as well as sensor signals from engine. It can also simulate an engine so ECU can be tested at various conditions. The road and simulation tests of the developed ECU show good results of controlling FBM engine.<br/>

This study is a deformation analysis by transferring heat imposed on a duct as example especially using transient analysis method. The heat transfer analysis is performed in order to obtain the temperature distribution data which were used in thermal analysis. The thermal stress analysis is performed to verify stability of the excavator rotation part body On the other hand the thermal stress analysis is performed to look into the failure and the deformation behavior of structure by thermal expansion. The finite element analysis for 3D model is performed by ABAQUS/Standard and heat transfer analysis is performed by STAR-CD V3.22.

The cold forging process needs surface lubricant coating in order to reduce the friction during the forging process. Currently, most of the lubricant process is the zinc phosphate coating, which needs 11 processes and produce sludge. But the water lubricant process, which in newly developed, needs 3 processes and does not produces sludge. In this study, we present the optimal water lubrication condition for the axle shaft cold forging by an experimental method. Experimental results will be able to predict the optimum water system lubricating condition for a cold forging with minitab.
시중 일반우유와 포름알데히드로 보호 처리된 어유 첨가 사료를 먹인 DHA 강화우유의 안전성 연구

Our objective in this study is to assess the safety of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) fortified milk of dairy cows fed feeds containing protected fish oil treated with formaldehyde by analyzing formaldehyde concentration in commercial milk and DHA fortified milk of dairy cows fed formaldehyde treated feed. There are 3 milk samples in this study: Commercial milk (CM), DHA fortified milk for Kid (DHA-K) and DHA fortified milk for Baby (DHA-B). We confirm the fresh quality of these three samples by physicochemical tests. In fat content result, three groups are significantly different at the p < 0.05 by Duncan's multiple range test, but fat content of group DHA-K is about half the level of the other two groups. Protein content of group DHA-K is 1% higher than other two groups. According to the analysis result of DHA content of DHA fortified milk, DHA content of DHA-B is two-fold higher than DHA-K. Similar pattern was seen in the intake based on age. According to HPLC analysis result of formaldehyde concentration in milk, commercial milk and DHA fortified milk are between 0.013 ppm and 0.057 ppm which is formaldehyde standard level in fresh milk settled in WHO (World Health Organization). Three groups have no significantly differences at the p < 0.05 by Duncan’s multiple range test. For this reason, it can be concluded that there is no transition of formaldehyde from dairy cows fed formaldehyde treated feeds to its produced milk. Safety about formaldehyde of DHA fortified milk of dairy cows fed formaldehyde treated feeds is considered similar to commercial milk.
