This study was conducted for the purpose of investigation nursing students’ experiences of therapeutic communication in psychiatric nursing practice. This study used a qualitative research approach applying a qualitative case study method. The study subjects included 10 third-year nursing students with practical psychiatric nursing experience at a university located in G metropolitan city. The researcher collected information through in-depth interviews with students, selected 13 topics based on the analyzed content, and classified similar topic into 4 categories. These 4 categories, as explored in the study, include change in perception of mental illness, change in therapeutic relationship, learning about therapeutic communication and therapeutic relationship, and advanced deep reflection on therapeutic communication. Through this study, the following aspects can be confirmed and considered. That is necessary to consider therapeutic communication learning methods in psychiatric nursing theory classes and psychiatric nursing practice, and efforts should be made to provide opportunities to meet, experience, and communicate with various subjects during psychiatric nursing practice. It will be an opportunity for nursing students to effectively learn and practice therapeutic communication, which can be useful in actual psychiatric nursing settings. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to serve as basic data for maximizing the effectiveness of psychiatric nursing practice and improving the quality of psychiatric nursing learning.

본 연구는 간호학생의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 2019년 4월 8일부터 5월 13일까지 G시에 위치한 대학에 재학 중인 간호학생 1, 2학년 334명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호학생의 대학생활적응은 교수-학생 상호작용, 자아존중감, 스트레스 대처와 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈고, 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 스트레스 대처, 교수-학생 상호작용 순이었고, 이들의 설명력은 48.4%였다. 따라서 간호학생의 대학생활적응을 높이기 위해서는 스트레스에 대처할 수 있도록 격려하고 교수-학생 상호작용을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing factors on college adjustment of nursing students. Data were collected using questionnaires from 334 students who were 1st and 2nd years in the nursing college in G city, from April 8 to May 13, 2019. These result were analyzed for significance using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multi regression from the SPSS program. Significant relationships were found among professor-student relationship, self-esteem, stress coping, and college adjustment in nursing students. The results of stepwise multiple regression indicates that stress coping and professor-student relationship predicts 48.4% in college adjustment. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop a program that encourage to cope with stress and improve the interaction between professors and students in order to enhance college life adjustment for nursing students.

최근 국지성 집중호우로 산사태 발생에 의한 인명 및 재산피해가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 산사태 발생시기는 예측하기 어려우며 산사태 발생시 토사재해 제어장치의 대응시점을 결정하는 것 또한 현실적으로 매우 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 산사태 발생시 토사재해 제어장치의 작동 여부를 파악할 수 있는 모니터링 기술이 탑재된 EDO-X SS-200(T-300)을 개발하였다. 개발된 모니터링 장치는 지표경사 및 미세진동을 실시간 관측하여 토석류의 도달시간을 산정할 수 있으므로 대응시설물의 작동시간 등을 실시간 모니터링 할 수 있다. 이에 토석류의 물리적 매개변수를 산정 및 예측하는데 도움을 주어 토사재해로 인한 인명 및 재산피해를 최소화 하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Recent changes in local torrential rainfalls are evident due to frequent occurrences of human life and property damage caused by landslides due to localized heavy rainfall caused by the extreme global weather phenomena. It is difficult to predict when the landslides occurs, and it is actually very difficult to determine the time when the mud-debris disaster defense and control system is applied when the landslides occurs. Therefore, in this research, we developed the EDO-X SS-200 with on-board the monitoring technology that can verify the operation of the mud-debris disaster defense and control system when the landslides occurs. Monitoring Method can be used to calculate the time to reach mud-debris flow and the operation time of mud-debris disaster defense and control system can be monitored in real time and the physical parameters of mud-debris flow can be calculated to help improve the prediction technology. It is expected that it can help to minimize the loss of lives and property caused by disasters.
