      • CFRTP 부품제조를 위한 금형 및 성형 기술에 대한 연구

        The production of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastics(CFRTP) parts using an injection/compression molding process that differs from the conventionally used fabrication methods was investigated Before the application of composite molding in the injection/compression molding process, a simple compression molding experiment was performed using a hydraulic press machine to determine the characteristics of resin impregnation and to obtain a basic physical property data for the CFRTP. Based on these results, injection/compression molded specimens were manufactured and an additional insert/over molding process was applied to improve the impregnation rate of the molded specimens. The results demonstrated that the tensile strength of the molded parts using the faster injection/compression process was similar to that of a hydraulic press molded product.

        문장 차원에서의 한국어 -고 있-과 중국어 在, 着의 대조 연구

        This paper aims to make a comparative analysis between Korean and Chines imperfective aspect with particular reference to situation types theory. Previous studies on aspectual meanings of ‘-고 있-’ and ‘在’, ‘着’ have focused on the lexical meaning of verbs. But complements of a verb and adjuncts can also affect the aspectual meaning of verbs. This paper studies aspectual meanings of ‘-고 있-’ and ‘在’, ‘着’ by focusing these non-verb constituents of sentences. By doing so, more differences between two languages can be shown. I hope the research results of this paper could give a favor for Chinese learners who learning Korean. (Kyungpook National University)

        COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF TOILETRIES DESIGN IN KOREA, CHINA, AND JAPAN - FROM LATE 17TH TO 19TH CENTURY -

        This research describes the design characteristics in Korea, China, and Japan by investigating makeup culture and toiletries. To find unique design characteristics, the toiletries of upper class women from the late 17th to 19th centuries were compared. The research methods included both reviewing previous publications and field studies. The three countries developed their own forms, proportions, materials and surfaces. Korean toiletries could be diverse and stable in forms and proportions, because they had various shapes and lower centroid. Korean women thought the symbolic meanings significant for their daily necessities, and preferred planar painting and engraving to decorate the patterns. The materials and surfaces of Korean toiletries were practical, soft, and gave less artificial process to reveal their natural material texture. Chinese toiletries had complex forms and were tall. For the patterns, symbolic meanings were significant as Korea. The patterns were carved in three-dimensional forms. Chinese women preferred rare materials. Japanese toiletries had simple lines and were easily stackable. Japanese women often used patterns for decorative purposes instead of symbolic meanings, and the patterns were mostly decorated with planar paintings. For the materials and surfaces, the Japanese preferred wood with lacquers and luxurious materials such as gold. In summary, the design characteristics of Korean toiletries had diverse forms, flexible proportions, painted patterns with symbolic meanings, practical materials and soft surface, while those of China had a complicated structure and carved patterns. Japan had simple forms, sharp edges, and layered structure with colorful lacquers.

        트렌드 분석을 바탕으로 신제품 CMF 디자인 전략 수립을 위한 방법 제안 - 냉장고 디자인을 중심으로

        The design of a product can give pleasure to and impress its users, and nowadays has even come to express the style of consumers. This change has been reflected in the design of many household appliances. Home appliances, such as refrigerators, are recognized as one of the key elements leading household culture and the life style of consumers. For example, consumers consider refrigerators as one of the most important interior elements in their kitchens, especially in Korea. Because of the resulting demand for new refrigerator design, a greater emphasis is now put on the exterior design of refrigerators. For other appliances, their outer appearance is intended as a decoration or fashion item that can express a user`s unique style. In other words, designing a new product requires the appropriate reflection of current trends, which can greatly influence the success and failure of the design in the market. This study was conducted to reveal how concepts of refrigerators can be formed based on the foundation of understandings on design trends and to propose framework to establish design strategies for a new product design focusing on the surface design of refrigerators, namely CMF (Color, Material, & Finishing) design. The Design Concept Model was proposed to understand the mechanism of design trends and concepts of product design. First, the Design Concept Model for old products was established through surveys on the design trends of 2005-2008 that focused on interior and fashion design. By using this model as a reference, the Design Concept Model for new products for the next year was composed, and then the design strategies were finally suggested. This is the main procedure of the framework on how new design strategies can be proposed reflecting current design trends. Although the study was conducted using a case of LG ArtDIOS, the framework suggested in this study can be applicable to other product designs as well.

        한국과 미국의 사용자 조사를 통한 식기세척기 랙 디자인 가이드라인 제안

        현대인의 라이프스타일이 변화되면서 다양해진 식생활문화로 인해 신개념 가전제품들이 속속 출시되고 있고, 그중 식기세척기도 한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 하지만 현재 출시되어 판매되고 있는 식기세척기의 랙 구조는 식생활문화 변화로 인해 사용되어지는 다양한 형태의 식기류를 안정적으로 수용하기에는 적합하지 않는 구조로 디자인 되어있는 부분들이 많다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 소비자 의견 및 다양한 식기세척기 제품 분석과 설문조사 및 사용자 심층 인터뷰를 통해 사용자들의 디자인 요구사항과 필수적으로 필요한 요소들을 분석하여, 상단랙, 하단랙, 서드랙 별 식기세척기 랙 디자인 가이드라인을 제시하였다. Due to the diversified dietary life and changes in the life style of modern people, the new concepts of dish washers are in the markets one after another. However, as people come to use various table wares because of the changes in dietary life, most of the current dishwashers rack structures of have not been designed appropriately for changes. Thus, to solve this problem, this design guideline for dishwasher is suggested for each upper, lower, and third rack. It is based on users` requests, questionnaires and in-depth interviews, also by researching the features and structures of dishwashers.

        매듭(Knot)과 링크(Link) 이론에 기반한 3D프린터로 생산할 수 있는 조형물의 원형디자인 모델 제안

        디자인은 산업혁명과 함께 일상의 물건들을 대량생산하면서 발전하였다. 최근 4차 산업혁명과 함께 이야기되는 3D프린팅은 이전에는 어려웠던 형태의 대량생산 가능성을 열고 있다. 금형에서 생산 가능한 조형에 한정되어 있었던 제품 형태에서 벗어나 디자이너는 자유로운 상상을 할 수 있게 된 것이다. 본 연구는 기하학에 기반한 디자인 조형연구를 통하여 3D프린팅으로 생산 가능한 다양한 형태를 상상할 수 있는 원형디자인 모델 제안을 목적으로 한다. 새로운 형태 가능성을 탐색하기 위해 면과 선에 기반한 유클리드기하학과 선과 차원에 기반한 위상기하학을 바탕으로, 디자인 조형을 도형과 차원의 관점으로 구분하여 연구를 진행하였다. 그리고, 디자인 창작 활동의 원리의 하나를, 균형감, 조화감, 리듬감을 표현하기 위해 조형을 끊임없이 변형시키는 활동으로 해석하여, 도형과 차원의 변형 원리를 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 위상기하학의 한 분야인 매듭과 링크의 선에 의해 형성되는 차원에서 파생될 수 있는 다양한 형태의 가능성을 실험할 수 있는 하나의 원형모델을 제안하였다. 이 원형모델은 라이노의 그래스호퍼를 활용한 파라메트릭기반으로 디자인하여, 면을 중심으로 디자인 조형을 생각하던 관점에서 벗어나, 선으로 형성되는 차원에 생성되는 다양한 디자인 조형 가능성을 실험할 수 있게 제작하였다. 이 연구는 3D프린팅 기반 생산 환경에서 디자이너의 조형 상상력을 넓히는데 기여할 것으로 생각한다. Since the Industrial Revolution, design has evolved through mass production of everyday objects. 3D printing, one of the core technology in recent 4th industrial revolution, opens up the possibility of mass production in new forms that was previously difficult. It is possible for designers to imagine free from the product form which was limited to the molding technology. The purpose of this study is to propose an archetype of forms that can be produced by 3D printing technology through the geometric based form study. In order to explore new form possibility, this study was conducted with two perspectives: shapes structured with plane and dimension formed from line based on Euclidean geometry and topology. Then, the principle of transformation of shapes and dimensions was investigated because this study interpreted one of the principles of design creative activity as a continuous transformation of a form to express balance, harmony and rhythm. Based on this, this study proposes an archetype design model that can simulate possibilities of various forms generated from the dimension formed with line(s) of knot and link theory which are one area of topology. This archetype design model was designed based on parametric 3D modeling using Grasshopper on Rhinoceros to simulate various design formations generated in the dimension formed by the line, away from the approach of structuring forms with planes and faces. This study will contribute to widening the formative imagination of designers in 3D printing based production environment.

        치과 의료인의 권고를 통한 금연 갬페인 부석

        이 논문은 치과의료인의 권고를 통한 금연캠페인의 진행과정과 효과에 대한 치과의료인의 인식과 평가를 분석했다. 흡연은 치아건강과 밀접하게 관련되지만 치과 의료인들은 치료 목적 이외에 금연메시지 전파에 적극적이지 않았다. 전반적으로 의학적 전문지식을 가진 의료인이 금연 등 건강메시지를 치료의 맥락에서 전파할 때 더 효과적임에도 그러한 노력은 많지 않았다. 이 연구는 2007년 실시된 치과의료인을 활용한 금연권고 캠페인에 참여한 서울 서초구 치과병의원 일 곱 군데를 연구자가 직접 방문해 심층인터뷰를 실시함으로써 이루어졌다. 문화 간 접근 모델(Intercultural campaign approach)을 바탕으로 금연권고 캠페인의 진행 과정 및 결과에 대한 인식을 탐색적으로 알아보았다. 연구결과에 따르면 치과 의사 등 치과 의료인들은 의료인을 통한 금연권고가 효과가 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 또한, 금연권고 캠페인의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 다양한 금연 커뮤니케이션 도구의 사용과 연령 및 성별 특성을 고려한 문화적으로 민감한 금연 메시지 개발과 전파가 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 캠페인에 참여한 치과의료인들의 캠페인에 대한 평가와 인식을 바탕으로 향후 보다 효과적인 의료인을 활용한 금연권고 캠페인 기법의 개발이 필요할 것이다. This research analyzed the dentists' perceptions and evaluations of anti-smoking campaign processes through dentists' advice(including dental nurses' advice) and the campaign's effects. Although smoking is closely related to dental health, dentists are not active to communicate anti-smoking messages. That is, despite the fact that medical professionals equipped with rich medical knowledge can effectively disseminate health messages, including anti-smoking messages, this kind of effort was not made very often. This study is based on in-depth interviews of dentists and dental nurses in seven dental clinics in Chocho Gu, Seoul, who participated in the anti-smoking advice campaign in 2007. Grounded in an intercultural campaign approach in health communication, this work explored how the dentists and dental nurses perceived the campaign's processes and effects. Following research findings, the dentists and dental nurses perceive that the anti-smoking advice campaign through medical professionals is effective. Also, they recognize that anti-smoking advice using various anti-smoking communication tools is more effective and that the development and dissemination of culturally sensitive anti-smoking messages considering age and gender characteristics is needed. Based on the dentists' and dental nurses' evaluations and perceptions of the anti-smoking campaign, it is essential to develop much more effective anti-smoking campaign tools using medical professionals.

        유방암,자궁경부암에 관한 커뮤니케이션 채널과 검진의도에 대한 연구

        이 연구는 유방암과 자궁경부암 예방과 검진의 중요성을 감안해 암 검진의도와 미디어 채널, 사회적 지지원 및 사회인구학적 변인의 관계를 조사했다. 연구결과에 따르면 유방암 및 자궁경부암 검진의도에 미치는 미디어 채널의 영향력은 인터넷, 포스터, 옥외광고의 순서로 컸고 신문, 텔레비전, 라디오(유방암), 텔레비전, 신문, 라디오(자궁경부암) 순서로 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유방암 및 자궁경부암 검진의도에 미치는 사회적 지지원의 영향력은 관련기관의 교육, 동료의 권유, 의료인의 권유, 입소문, 가족의 권유의 순서로 나타났다. 이는 성적으로 두드러진 여성암에 대한 공개적 커뮤니케이션이 억압되어있기 때문에 개인화된 미디어 채널인 인터넷, 포스터, 옥외광고에 대한 노출도가 높고 이는 검진의도에도 큰 영향을 줌을 보여준다. 또한 사회적 지지를 제공하는 대인 채널 중에서는 관련기관의 교육의 영향이 가장 컸는데 이는 여성암이라는 주제가 가지는 높은 불확실성과 전문성으로 인해 공식적 기관의 교육이 가장 많은 신뢰와 지지를 받고 있음을 암시한다. This research examines the relationship between cancer screening intention on the one hand and media channels, social support sources and sociodemographic variables on the other, focusing on the importance of breast and cervical cancer prevention and screening. Findings suggest that the Internet, poster, and outdoor advertisement are influential in order on the breast and cervical cancer screening intention followed by newspaper, television, and radio(breast cancer)/television, newspaper, and radio(cervical cancer). Regarding social support sources, education by relevant institutions is the most powerful social support source compared to advice from peers in work places, healthcare providers, word-of-mouth, and family members. This result indicates that more private or individualized media channels, such as the Internet and poster, are more influential than traditional mass media channels, due to the suppression of health communication in media channels about sexually salient cancers. Also, education is the most influential source of social support in that the topics of breast and cervical cancers involve a high level of uncertainty and expertise so that people tend to prefer expert`s advice, such as education by government institutions, public health center, and hospital.
