Although many local governments are supporting the environment-friendly regional agriculture(hereafter EFRA), the EFRA is not wildly extended since the marketing and consumption of the environment-friendly agricultural products are still limited. This study aims at finding out the new development source of Korean agriculture and strategies for establishing regional agriculture. For these purposes, Sunchon-si cases of EFAP development are introduced and the functions and roles of bodies in charge of regional agriculture are looked over. In order to establish the EFRA, production, processing and consumption needs to be intimately linked all together. As preconditions for developing the EFRA, four points should be satisfied. Firstly, production organizations need to be built and stabilized for developing the EFRA and consumers" organizations and partnership are to be formed. Secondly, the government should support for building consumers" organization. Thirdly, social consensus for developing the EFRA needs to be formed. And finally with the appropriate local and central governmental support the partnership among producers, consumers, and government should be formed.

사회적 기업의 의사결정 논리와 경제적 성과에 관한 연구: 기업생애주기의 조절효과

In the case of social enterprises, it is difficult to understand economic performance without considering the decision making structure of them. This is because as a social enterprise, autonomy in pursuing economic interests must be guaranteed and economic performance can be guaranteed only when economic risks can be taken. The decision making structure of social enterprises refers to the decision making form in which various stakeholders participate, and means a decision making logic in terms of content. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the economic performance of social enterprises varies according to the decision making logic. In particular, it is to investigate how these relationships between decision making logic and economic performance vary depending on the life cycle of social enterprises. To achieve this purpose, this study conducted a survey of 287 social enterprises in Gyeongsangnam-do. Analyzing the data through two way ANOVA, social decision making logic increased economic performance, but economic decision making logic was not relevant to it. On the other hand, the enterprise life cycle had moderating effects on the relationship between economic decision making logic and economic performance. Specifically, economic decision making logic increased economic performance of growing and mature social enterprises. 다양한 이해관계자가 지배구조를 구성하고 있는 사회적 기업의 경우는 기업의 의사결정 구조와 경제적 성과를 분리해서 이야기하기 어렵다. 왜냐하면 사회적 기업으로서 경제적 이익추구의자율성이 보장되어야 하고, 경제적인 위험을 감수할 수 있어야 경제적 성과를 담보할 수 있기 때문이다. 여기서 사회적 기업의 의사결정 구조는 형태상으로는 다양한 이해관계자가 의사결정에참여하는 형태를 의미하고, 내용상으로는 의사결정의 논리구조를 의미한다. 본 연구의 목적은의사결정 논리구조에 따라 기업의 경제적 성과가 어떻게 달라지는지를 규명하는 것이다. 특히, 사회적 기업의 생애주기에 따라 이러한 영향관계가 어떻게 달라지는지를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 경상남도 소재 마을기업, 사회적 기업, 자활기업, 협동조합 287개를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이원배치 분산분석을 통해 분석한 결과, 사회적 기업에서 사회적 의사결정 논리는 경제적 성과를 증대시켰지만 경제적 의사결정 논리는 경제적 성과와 직접적인 관련이 없었다. 하지만 기업생애주기를 고려하였을 때, 사회적 의사결정 논리는 생애주기에 따라 그 효과가 차이가 없었지만 경제적 의사결정 논리는 기업이 성장하고 성숙하면서 경제적 성과를 증대시키는 역할을 하였다.

The Reinforced concrete structure is deteriorated rapidly by the salt damage, carbonation, frost action, alkali-silica reaction, chemical attack and etc. Since numerous physical and chemical causes of deterioration are simultaneously and complexly at work, so, it is the most important to cut off the mechanisms of deterioration in order to prevent serious deterioration in reinforced concrete structure. But in case of chemical attack, they appear not to occur frequently. So there is not so much investigation about chemical attack and repair system. Therefore, it is the aim of this study to suggest elementary data for the reinforced concrete structure deteriorated by the chemical attack.
