This study was aimed to analyze the influences of urban expansion by developing a new large scale residential district on changes of whole urban spatial structure. For the analysis, time serial analysis was conducted on the Daejeon Metropolitan City by using the space syntax method. The results of the study are as follows ; First, an expansion of urban area led to lower both of the local and global integration levels, second, the spatial occupation ratio of upper 10% in the whole integration showed that old city center was separated, and moved to the Dunsan District, third, the results also showed that an integration of the old city center region maintained a high level in spite of a movement of city center and its local integration still had highest level so that the old city center will take one of the two city center roles together with Dunsan District.

Purpose: To report surgical outcome in three patients with abnormal head tilting position induced by nystagmus. Case summary: (Case 1) A 7-year-old female patient diagnosed with Down s syndrome visited our clinic for right head tilting, chin up and nystagmus. Abnormal ocular deviation was not found. Bilateral inferior rectus recession and superior rectus resection, right superior oblique anterior half tenectomy, left inferior oblique recession were performed. Abnormal head position was improved after surgery. (Case 2) A 7-year-old female patient presenting nystagmus with left head tilting, esotropia and right hypertropia visited our clinic. Right medial rectus recession and right inferior oblique recession, left superior oblique muscle anterior half tenotomy were performed. While head tilting was improved immediately after surgery, right head tilt and left hypertropia were observed after 2 years. Left superior rectus central mini-tenotomy and superior oblique re-attachment of primarily cut-out fiber were performed. After surgery, right head tilting and left hypertropia has decreased. (Case 3) A 3-year-old boy was presented with right face turn and left head tilting with nystagmus. Right medial rectus recession and inferior oblique recession, left lateral rectus recession and superior oblique anterior partial tenectomy were performed. Postoperative head position was improved and strabismus was not found. Conclusions: Abnormal head position was improved after surgery in three patients who have nystagmus causing abnormal head tilting. Oblique muscle surgery for nystagmus may have good result for correcting abnormal head position.

This study was conducted to evaluate the antioxidant activity, whitening, and wrinkle improvement effects of the Alnus sibirica Fisch. Ex Turcz root as a functional cosmetic material. The root of the Alnus sibirica Fisch. Ex Turcz was extracted using 60% edible alcohol. Next, an experiment was conducted using this root extract. First, in the antioxidant activity experiment, this extract increased its activity concentration-dependent. Second, as a result of culturing B16 melanoma cells and conducting an experiment using this extract, the effect of inhibiting melanogenesis showed concentration-dependent. Third, this extract has an excellent effect of inhibiting production of MMP-1 that affects wrinkle increase. Therefore, Alnus sibirica Fisch. Ex Turcz root extract is expected to be highly likely as a raw material for natural functional cosmetics.
탄도탄 요격미사일 시험을 위한 플러그인 아키텍처 기반 계측데이터 모의 소프트웨어 설계

가상 환경 기반의 시험 수요가 군사 무기체계 분야에서 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 가상 환경 기반기술의 중가 이유는 시험 및 평가에서 낮은 비용과 높은 효율을 달성할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 교전환경을 Modeling & Simulation기법으로 가상환경을 만들어 비용을 최소화하고 공간적 제약도 해결할 수 있다. 계측데이터 모의 소프트웨어는 플러그인 아키텍처에 기반을 두어 실 탄도탄 정보를 모의해 탄도탄 요격미사일 시험에 적합한 환경을 구성하도록 설계되었다. 각 기능을 컴포넌트 별로 분리하여 개발해 특정 모델을 Third party 형태로 개발할 때 유용한 구조임을 설명한다.
