In this paper, doubly-fed induction-type wind power generation system simulation model for grid connection is developed. The simulation model is based on PSCAD/EMTDC and consists of rotor-blade, blade controller, generator power converter and generator controller Blade controller controls the blade pitch angle for starting, peak power limiting and emergency condition. Generator controller controls the generator output power to maximize the system efficiency. Simulation results are shown for the variable wind speed conditions. The simulation model can be utilized for study of actual interaction between wind turbine and grid for reliable operation and protection of power system.

최근 일본 내의 태양광 관련 보급 사업 확장으로 인하여 태양광 발전 시스템 시장이 확대되고 있다. 이에 자사에서는 그동안 자국 내 주택 100만호 사업의 참여 등으로 축적된 기술과 Know-how등을 이용하여 일본 내의 태양광 발전 관련 사업의 수요를 충족하고 가격적으로도 장점을 갖는 인버터를 개발하여 이에 대한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

본 실험적 연구에서는 동적신호분석기를 사용하여 고강도 콘크리트 재료의 1차 공명진동수, 동탄성계수, 동전단탄성계수, 감쇠비 및 동포아송비등의 재료의 동적물성값을 실험적으로 규명하였다. 선정된 배합비에 따라 제작된 고강도 콘크리트 시험체의 압축강도 실험후 lst Natural Frequency, 동탄성계수, 동전단탄성계수, 동포아송비와 같은 역학적 성질들을 공명주기법을 이용한 비파괴 실험을 실시하여 그 결과로부터 동탄성계수 및 동전단탄성계수, 재료적 감쇠비를 파악하기 위하여 공명진동실험을 수행하였다. 또한 구조적 감쇠비와 고유주파수 등을 규명하기 위하여 각 배합별로 $15{\times}10{\times}240cm$의 RC보시험체를 제작하여 자유진동시험를 실시하여 주파수 영역에서 Half-Power Bandwidth방법으로 측정하였다. 그리고 정적하중으로 RC보시험체에 균열을 발생시킨 후 하중단계별 고유진동수, 감쇠비등을 조사하여 손상정도에 따른 변화를 비교, 분석하였다. 실험결과 동적실험, 즉 공명진동실험으로 고강도 콘크리트와 제진재 혼입콘크리트의 재료적 동적물성을 측정하였고 강도증가에 따라 재료적 감쇠비 감소현상을 확인할 수 있었다. RC보시험체는 하중단계에 따라, 즉 손상정도에 따라 고유진동수는 감소하고 구조적 감소비는 증가하는 경향이 나타났다. In these days, construction activities have caused civil petitions associated with vibration-induced damages or nuisances. Therefore, it is strongly needed to develop a remedial technique to mitigate unfavorable effects. The objective of this experimental research is to investigate material and structural dynamic characteristics of vibration-controlled concretes which have been proportionally mixed with various vibration reducing material, such as latex, rubber powder, plastic resin, polystyrofoams and etc. Normal and high strength concrete specimens are also prepared for corresponding comparison. As part of the recycling research for obsolete rubber and plastic materials, 32 concrete cylinders and 10 concrete flexural beams have been made for material and structural dynamic properties, respectively. In accordance with the resonance test on concrete cylinders, it can be concluded that concrete with vibration-reducing material have relatively larger material damping ration than normal or high strength concrete. Styrofoam is determined to be very effective vibration-reducing mixtures. From the vibration test on 10 concrete flexural beams, meamwhile, of importance observations was that material damping ratio is very smaller than structural damping ratio of corresponding specimen. But further vibration test on more flexural beams should be strongly needed by varying support conditions.
단단한 화경 핑크색 절화용 거베라 신품종 ‘옥샘’ 육성

경남농업기술원 화훼시험장에서 ’98년부터 교배조합 육성을 위하여 국내의 재배농가와 종묘업체로부터 품종을 수집한 후, ’99년과 ’00년에 걸쳐 교배 및 계통선발을 한후 ’01년과 ’02년에 걸쳐 3회의 특성검정을 거쳐서 거베라 신품종 ‘옥샘’을 개발하였다. ‘옥샘’은 화색이 선명하고 핑크색의 복색의 절화용으로 수량이 많고 화형이 안정된 반겹꽃의 대륜화로서 기호성 품종이다. 본당 평균 수량은 48.5개이며, 평균 절화수명은 11.8일로 비교적 긴 절화수명을 가졌다. A new bright pink gerbera (Gerbera hybrida Hort.) cultivar ‘Oksem’ was developed from a cross. Picasso, and ‘Rava’ followed by seedling and line selections at the Flower Breeding Research Institute, Gyeongnam Agricultural Research and Extention Services (ARES) in 1999. Characteristics trials were conducted three times from 2001 to 2002. Newly Bred ‘Oksem’ showed pink color (RHS 23-D), green center, semi-double type and large flower. It also was in good harmony in ray floret color and flower center color with stable flower shape, and vase life was 12.2 days. The average yield of ‘Oksem’ was 48.9 flowers per plant in the greenhouse yield trails carried out from 2001 to 2002. This cultivar registered as commercialization in 2003. ‘Oksem’ would be cultured under greenhouse condition in Korea.

Considering on the crisis and dilemma of monumentality in Modern architecture, this study analyse the historic reason of decay and new possibility of monumentality within the context of contemporary socio-cultural context. Historically monumentality has been considered as a main substance of High architecture in e tradition of Western Architecture. Difference between building and architecture mainly lies in monumentality which brings about esthetic quality. Usually architects take it granted that the physical and formal characteristics automatically cause the monumentality, But since the modem period the decline of communicative and representative function of architecture made this belief questionable. As Monumentality itself faced the dilemma with the modernity, ironically architects has to response to the task to handle the increasing social demands of monumental building. This study firstly shows the dilemma of monumentality in depth in case of the holocaust museum. Then we analyse the concept of monumentality itself by means of theoretical view of A. Loos and A Riegl We also analyse the change of role which monumental building played in history. Cultural and social change of context, and fundamental change of architecture old way of building a monument impossible. In conclusion this study proposes the new concept and searches new horizon of monumentality with a finding of the otherness of monumentality. Conventional monumental building language has to give way to new approaches. With some examples we already can find a new possibility.
