        최저임금 인상에 따른 사회복지 업무내 종사자에 대한 과제와 논의

        본 연구의 목적은 최저인금인상에 따른 사회복지 업무 내 종사자에 대한 과제와 논의에 대해 살펴보고자 함이다. 최저임금은 노동자들이 노동의 대가로 인간다운 최소한의 생활을 보장하기 위하여 도입된 정책이지만 다른 측면에서 가장 낮은 임금의 기준이 되어버렸다. 즉, 최저임금만으로는 인간다운 생활을 할 수 없기에 생활임금의 도입에 대한 필요성에 대한 논의까지 이어지고 있는 상황이다. 근로자라면 누구든지 노동을 통해 빈곤에서 벗어날 수 있을 뿐 아니라 성실히 일하면 인간다운 삶을 영위할 수 있다는 인식은 사회통합을 위해서도 중요하다. 이러한 최저임금의 인상으로 사회복지 분야 중 열악한 근로현장으로 인정되었던 요양보호사와 장애인활동보조인의 경우 도움이 될 것으로 예상되지만, 민간의 기관들에는 타격이 예상되기 때문에 충분한 고려가 필요하다. 또한 장애인근로자는 비장애 근로자에 비해 노동생산성이 낮아 최저임금을 적용하면 고용기회가 줄어들 수 있기에 대부분의 장애인 작업장은 고용노동부 장관의 인가를 받아 최저임금 적용 제외 인가를 받아 운영하고 있으나 이번 정책에서는 이들에 대한 고려가 없는 만큼 시행에 있어 사회복지기관 종사자 및 운영자에 대해서 다각도로 살펴보아야 한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the problems and discussions of the workers in the social welfare service due to the minimum wage increase. The minimum wage is a policy introduced by workers to guarantee a minimum human livelihood at the expense of labor, but in other respects it has become the standard of the lowest wage. In other words, the minimum wage alone is not enough for humans to live, and the need for the introduction of living wages is continuing. Anyone who is a worker is not only able to escape from poverty through labor, but also recognizes that if he works faithfully, he can lead a human life. These minimum wage increases are expected to be helpful for the caregivers and disabled assistants who have been recognized as poor working places in the social welfare field, but civilian institutions are expected to be hit, so consideration is needed. In addition, since disabled workers have lower labor productivity than non-disabled workers, employment opportunities can be reduced if the minimum wage is applied. Therefore, most disabled workplaces are operated under the approval of Minister of Employment and Labor, As there is no consideration of social welfare institutions, there are various aspects of social welfare institution workers and operators.

        대학생의 자기효능감과 주관적 삶의 질 관계 연구 -학교생활만족도와 관계만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of subjective quality of life. In particular, this study focused on the self-efficacy, school life satisfactions, and relationship satisfactions of university student as important predictors of subjective quality of life and examined the dynamics of the relations among the variables. The participants in this research were 697 university students: 314 males and 383 females. All respondents submitted their answers on a self-report questionnaire. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and Pearson`s correlations that used PASW 18.0, and AMOS 18.0, a statistical program for structural equation modeling(SEM), to estimate the hypothesized structural equation model. The major results of this study were as follow: (1) School life satisfactions mediated the relations between self-efficacy and subjective quality of life. (2) Relationship satisfactions mediated the relations between self-efficacy and subjective quality of life. These results indicates that self-efficacy, school life satisfactions, and relationship satisfactions were effective in improving subjective quality of life.

        요양보호사 전문직업 정체성 형성과정에 관한 질적 연구

        This study was to explore and describe the experiences of caregivers` identification building process as elderly care professionals. Data were collected through in-depth interviews of 16 caregivers and analyzed using qualitative study. As a result of open coding, 6 areas, 14 categories, 36 lower categories, and 203 concepts were extracted. To sum the study results up succinctly, the phases were ``Finding a job``, ``The access is easy``, ``Caregiving is good task``, ``Finding a worthwhile job``, ``Thinking future`` and the entity of the participants` experiences was ``Enduring hard working condition while doing their best``. As various conditions that effect on the phases and entity, the obstacle was ``Uncomfortable to open the job publicly`` and the resource was ``Considering me admirable``. In addition, the strategies were ``Endeavour to be recovered`` and ``Being good as job worker``. Finally, the results were as follows: ``Burn-out``, ``Job that someone should do``, ``The job needs profession`` and ``The job is rewarding``. (PDFP), through analyzing the overall concepts and contents and their logical interrelationship presented the 2011 China`s Peaceful Development Road. This study is especially focused on China`s foreign policy from the late Second Generation to the Fourth Generation leadership. The PDFP is the highest-leveled official document of China`s foreign policy, intensively conversed with various related concepts and strategies. This document is, however, composed of diverse confusing terms, with peaceful development, such as peace-elevating society and harmonious world, which signify economic development and more comprehensive society including both domestic and foreign strategies, respectively. As a result, the document shows its own logical confusions and most of readers are expected to present their own diverse interpretations or reasoning results. Accordingly, this study suggests a significant linkage interpretations of correlated concepts and contents and their reciprocally practical presentations. Some more concretely analyzed objects include other core terms relating peaceful development, diverse aspects of peaceful development, foreign policy guidelines, necessity of historical selection and global significance, defensive defense policy, independent peaceful foreign policy, national core interests.

        사회복지전공 졸업예정자들의 진로 및 취업 준비에 대한 경험

        본 연구는 사회복지전공 졸업예정자들의 진로 및 취업 준비에 대한 경험을 알아보고 이들에 대한 지원 요구를 구체적으로 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 10명의 사회복지전공 졸업예정자들을 심층 면담한 후 질적 분석을 진행하였다. 사회복지전공졸업예정자들의 진로 및 취업 경험은 4개의 상위범주와 9개의 하위범주로 구분되었다. 참여자들은 사회복지 현장에 대해 근무환경의 열악성과 낮은 임금 등으로 취업 선택을 어렵게 느끼며, 실습과 봉사가 참여자들의 진로에 큰 영향을 미친다. 또한, 참여자들은 코로나19 상황에서 진로 및 취업 준비에 많은 어려움이 있었는데 이후 발생할 수 있는 팬데믹 상황에서도 사회복지전공 졸업예정자들의 진로 및 취업을 지원하기 위해서는 다양한 온라인 교육체계 구축이 필요하며, 현장 맞춤형 실질적인 교육이 학교 교육과 실습 교육에서 필요하다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 사회복지사 양성 제도가 다양해진 상황에서 사회복지 전공 졸업예정자들의 진로 및 취업 준비에 대한 경험을 파악하고 이들에 대한 지원계획의 근거자료를 구축했다는 의의가 있다. 그러나 본 연구는 충남지역의 대학생들만을 대상으로 하였을 뿐 아니라 코로나19가 한참이던 2022년도에 진행되었기 때문에 참여자들의 진로 및 취업 준비에 대한 경험을 일반화하기에는 한계가 있다. This study sought to find out the experience of career and employment preparation of prospective social welfare major graduates and to specifically identify their support needs. For this purpose, qualitative analysis was conducted after in-depth interviews with 10 prospective social welfare major graduates. The career and employment experiences of prospective social welfare major graduates were divided into four upper categories and nine lower categories. Participants find it difficult to choose employment in social welfare fields due to the poor working environment and low wages, and practice and volunteer work have a significant impact on participants' career paths. In addition, the participants had many difficulties in preparing for careers and employment in the COVID-19 situation. In order to support the careers and employment of prospective social welfare major graduates even in a pandemic situation that may occur in the future, it is necessary to establish a variety of online education systems, and provide practical training tailored to the field. Education is needed in school education and practical training. Lastly, this study is meaningful in that it identified the experiences of prospective social welfare major graduates regarding their career and employment preparation in a situation where social worker training systems have diversified, and established the basis for support plans for them. However, because this study not only targeted college students in the Chungcheongnam-do region and was conducted in 2022, when COVID-19 was well underway, there are limitations in generalizing the participants' experiences of career and employment preparation.

        초임사회복지사의 감정노동 경험연구

        본 연구는 초임사회복지사들의 감정노동에 대한 경험을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충청남도 시·군에 근무하는 3년 이내의 초임사회복지사 8명을 심층 면담한 후 질적 분석을 진행하였다. 초임사회복지사들의 감정노동의 실체는 14개의 하위 구성요소와, 6개의 중심의미로 추출되었다. 참여자들은 전문가로서 근무하지만 이들이 근무하는 환경은 생각했던 것과 다른 상황이다. 사회복지사의 업무는 때로는 문제가 있는 클라이언트로부터의 다양한 폭력 상황에 높이게도 되고, 한 사람의 인생에 개입한다는 것에 두려움도 갖는다. 또한 관료제의 상하관계에 대한 요구로 갑갑함을 느낀다. 진정 원해서 선택한 길이지만 다른 길로 가야 할지 고민도 하지만 다시 사회복지사로서 자신의 소명을 찾으려 한다. 또한 더욱 전문가로서 성장하기 위한 노력을 하며, 사회복지사들이 지속적으로 일할 수 있도록 감정노동을 예방할 수 있도록 기대하고 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 초임사회복지사의 감정노동의 실체를 파악하여 정책적·실천적 근거자료를 구축했다는 의의가 있다. 그러나 본 연구는 충청남도 지역의 시·군지역의 이용시설의 초임사회복지사만을 대상으로 했다는 점에서 일반화의 한계를 가진다. This study aimed to explore the experiences of emotional labor among novice social workers. For this purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight novice social workers, within their first three years of employment, working in cities and counties in Chungcheongnam-do, followed by qualitative analysis. The essence of the emotional labor of novice social workers was extracted into 14 sub-components and 6 core meanings. Participants work as professionals, but the environments they work in are different from what they expected. Social workers' duties sometimes escalate into various violent situations from problematic clients, and they also experience fear of intervening in someone's life. They feel stifled by the demands of the bureaucratic hierarchy. Despite choosing this path willingly, they contemplate whether to pursue a different career but seek to rediscover their calling as social workers. They strive to grow as professionals and hope for measures to prevent emotional labor so that social workers can continue working sustainably. Lastly, this study is significant in that it identifies the reality of emotional labor among novice social workers, providing policy and practical evidence. However, the study is limited in its generalizability as it only involves novice social workers in municipal facilities in the Chungcheongnam region.

        성폭력 가해자의 수강명령과정에 대한 근거이론 접근

        The purpose of this study is to identify the attendance center order`s experience of sexual offenders. This qualitative research was conducted by in-depth 10 interviews with sexual offenders. As for data analysis on this qualitative study, the grounded theory suggested by Strauss and Corbin(1998) was used. The raw data collected from in-depth interviews with the participants were analyzed by the open coding, combined with theoretically sensitive and constant comparisons method. As a result, a total of 12 categories, 25 subcategories and 144 concepts were generated. In summary, the causal condition that caused the core phenomenon was `It is no use crying over spit milk.` The core phenomenon that sexual offenders experience during the process of attendance center order was `seek for a way in a dense fog.` The contextual condition that affected the outcome was `hold a person accountable for,` `It differs with the circumstances,` and `get face with difficult.` The intervening conditions that promote or restrain action/ interaction on core phenomenon were `chewing over the forgotten time,` `recognition for a victim` and `raising the gender recognition.` As a result, two concepts such as `hope for get over` and `It was like being born again` were assumed.

        NTIS 국가연구개발사업 정보를 활용한 치유농업 국가 R&D 동향 분석

        As the paradigm of green has been expended as the core of sustainable development in Korea, agro-healing projects increasingly have been a priority at the national policy and investment area. But little is known about the current overview of national research and development(R&D) related to agro-healing. The aim of this study was generally to investigate the research trends of national R&D related to agro-healing over the past five years. Dataset were gathered from provided by National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS), word cloud techniques were applied. The main results showed that amounts of number and funding related to agro-healing projects have been increasing. In particular, the Rural Development Administration had the highest number of research, and it was found that the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy have spended a lot of money on agro-healing. As a results, it is necessary to expand the scope of the field of agro-healing projects, especially at the multisectoral and intersectoral level for improving health, well-being and a sustainable future.

        장애인 활동보조인의 활동보조 경험에 대한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 장애인 활동보조인의 활동보조 경험을 이해함으로서, 장애인 자립생활을 위해 종사하는 활동보조인에 대한 사회복지적 개입을 통해 장애인 자립생활 정착에 기여코자 함이다. 본 연구를 위해 장애인 활동보조인으로 1년 이상 경력이 있는 활동보조인 12명을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였고, 질적 연구 방법으로 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 참여자들과의 심층면담을 통해 얻은 원 자료를 이론적 민감성을 가지고 지속적으로 개방 코딩한 결과 총 5개의 주제범주와 22개의 개념범주, 134개의 의미범주가 추출되었다. 분석결과, '일을 찾음', '활동보조인의 현실', '어렵지만 견뎌내기', '머무르는 이유', '장애인 돌봄 전문가로 섬'의 주제범주로 구분되었다. 연구결과를 기반으로 실천적 함의를 제시하고, 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구과제를 논의했다. The purpose of this study is to understand about personal assistant for the disabled person based on subjective point of view and experience to an understanding. And disabled self-support process is to lead social work intervention. The data collected from in-depth interviews with the participants, they works more than a year. As for data analysis on this qualitative study was used. The raw data analyzed by the open coding, combined with theoretically sensitive and constant comparisons method. As a result, a total of 11 categories, 22 subcategories and 135 concepts were generated. In summary, the core phenomenon was. The core phenomenon that personal assistant for the disabled person experience during the process of attendance center order was 'look for work', 'barely stand up to', 'grounds for remain', and 'standing in as the expert care for people with disabilities'. Based on the findings, we suggested policy and practice guidelines for the improvement of social security that supports the adaptation of the disability assistance activities of the process.
