Porous concrete is used of various parts by advantage of porous. Example of growing of plant is possible, and dwelling of creature, and filter functions of various contaminant, and decrease of noise, and so on.This research is for porous concretes that were used by four aggregate rubble, refreshing aggregate, expanded clay, orchid stone. This research estimate that physical and mechanical characteristics of fresh concrete and hardened concrete.The purpose of this research is to make environment-friendly porous concrete. This research's conclusion is as following :1. Porous Concrete's slump was measured 12~14cm with rubble, 12~16cm with refreshing aggregate, 11~13cm with expanded clay, 11~13cm with orchid stone. Weight of aggregate was bigger, slump price appeared by bigger thing. Because placed Porous Concrete is low viscosity and small resistance between aggregate, it estimated that have high workability.2. Porous Concrete's unit weight was measured 1.71~1.75t/m3 with rubble, 1.58~1.62t/m3 with refreshing aggregate, 1.19~1.20t/m3 with expanded clay, 0.98~1.06t/m3 with orchid stone. Showed aspect such as weight of aggregate.3. Porous Concrete's compressive strength was measured 76~102kgf/cm2 with rubble, 51~60kgf/cm2 with refreshing aggregate, 30~40kgf/cm2 with expanded clay, 13~16kgf/cm2 with orchid stone.4. Tendency of tensile strength and bending strength showed generally similarly with compressive strength, but showed low value fewer than 15kgf/cm2.Therefore, wire mesh, reinforcing rod, such as establishment of frame is considered to need in reinforcement about tensility or flexure in case receive tensility or produce product of thin absence form.It concludes by speculating on the consequences of extrapolating the results of study to remodelling the office building being already existence.

급성 심근경색증 환자에서 경정맥 urokinase 치료효과

Coronary thrombosis plays a key role in the development of acute transmural myocardial infarction. The early thrombolytic procedure can restore the patency of infarct related artery and improve myocardial performance. We reviewed the records of the 17 patients who were admitted to Minjoong hospital from Sep. 1987 to Dec. 1991 under the diagnosis of acute transmural myocardial infarction. The intravenous coronary thrombolysis with urokinase(IV UK) was performed in 9 patients(Group 1) and the other 8 patients were treated by conventional methods(Group 2). The age, sex distribution, serum cholesterol, site of myocardial infarction and peak CK level were not significantly different between two group. The interval between symptom onset to peak CK level was significantly decreased in group 1(15.1±5.2 vs 29.8±12.2). The result of coronary thrombolysis was evaluated by non invasive methods and was effective in 5 cases of group 1. The complication of IV UK was minimal in this study. In conclusion, the intravenous coronary thrombolysis with urokinase was safe and effective method in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.

통계분석에 의한 현장 타설 콘크리트의 품질 특성에 관한 연구

현장에서의 레디믹스트 콘크리트(이하 레미콘) 품질에 대한 신뢰도의 정량적 평가를 위해 동일 규격 레미콘에 대하여 타설시기에 따른 슬럼프값, 공기량, 염분함유량 및 재령에 따른 압축강도의 품질 특성값의 변동정도를 비교하고 각각의 시험값들을 통계적인 분석도구를 이용하여 그 품질변동 요인 및 품질값을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 통해 7일강도와 28일강도 사이의 상관식과 공기량 및 슬럼프의 품질 신뢰도를 파악하였으며 이에 대한 결과 고찰 및 콘크리트 품질 확보를 위한 관리방안을 모색하고자 하였다. The quality of ready-mixed concrete(henceforth abbreviated remicon) is influenced by various factors such as ingredient of material, difference of property, mixing ratio, mixing time, mixing error, conditioning of construction, method of curing and temperature, humidity time in transportation. These factors make it hard to confirm the quality of remicon till placing in site. As the quality control in field is very important to ensure the quality of building. Moreover in modern building production, the more important the inquiry of performance improvement, the more important the manufacture and the quality control of remicon. In this study, to examine and analyze the quality of remicon we used slump, air content and compressive strength in 7, 28 days as to remicon which placed during on year. As a result, we found that the slump and air content were satisfied with reference code and the compressive strength was more than the design standard strength so we concluded that the quality control of remicon was to be agreeable.

Captopril과 Nifedipine 병합요법의 강압효과에 관한 임상적 연구

Background: The hypotensive effect of captopril(angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor) and nifedipine(calcium channel blocker) was studied. Method: Captopril(75mg) and nifedipine(30mg) were administered in 30 hypertensive adults during twelve weeks after a week observation for washout with stepwise increments of the dose according to the patient's blood pressure in every two weeks. Result: The supine blood pressure were decreased from 169.5±22.3/104.0±20.3 mmHg to 130.4±21.3/82.4±19.5mmHg at the end of twelve weeks during therapy.(p<0.05) The standing blood pressure were also decreased conferrably and to the some lower level. Hematologic examination and blood chemistry revealed no discernible abnormal findings before and after the treatment. During the period of the study a few probably drug-related symptom such as cough and headache, gastrointestinal disturbance developed but not troublesome enough to administering. Conclusion: Captopril and nifedipine regimen is well tolerated and effective in the treatment of hypertensive patients.
