According to accuracy of the produced result, estimation is classified into detailed estimate which is exactly calculated by the basis on drawings and specifications and approximated estimate which is computed at the outline reckoning by the foundation on accumulated statistics or experiences. Recently, although the study of the method difficulties in the practice, because of the scarce materials of the historical date for cost and the limits of the systems. Cost estimation is partly carried out in the each step of life cycle of construction - all phases are subdivided into the planning phase, Pre-design Phase, design phase, the bid and award phase, the construction phase, and the completion phase by the estimated period. Especially, cost needed in the planning and conceptual design make the owner appropriate optimum cast in advance, and provide designer information to forecast the required cost by the used material and method. So that can reduce the effort of the changing plan and estimation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present the fundamental data of construction management and rationalization of cost management with the item ratios of direct cost.

We have measured the Hall conductivity (${\sigma}_{xy}$) of c-axis-oriented $MgB_2$ thin films as functions of temperatures and magnetic fields. We found that the Hall conductivity (${\sigma}_{xy}$) is expressed by the sum of two terms, ${\sigma}_{xy}=C_l/H+C_3H$, where the coefficient $C_1\;and\;C_3$ are independent of the magnetic fields and have positive values. The coefficient $C_1$ is strongly dependent on the temperature, while the $C_3$ is weakly dependent on the temperature. We have obtained that the $C_1$ is proportional to $(1- T/T_c)^n$ with n = 4.2, which is consistent with the data observed in $La_{2-x}Sr_xCuO_4$ superconductors with low anisotropy ratio.

The estimated price is a primal cost that mattes it possible for the public service officer it charge of contract to make contracts of purchase, construction or service. Its codes had been greatly amended in 19, and its systems also have been changed by cost accounting. The method amended to estimate rate raised another problem, so I established the gnats of my study, such a method to account more reasonable rates, standard or proportion. This thesis will be studied cm the basis of the large category by the analyses of cost items in complete works so as to solve the problems of indirect labor cost rate. In this situation, an attempt is made in this paper to arrange a guideline on indirect labor cost rate usage by reviewing the data corrected with indirect labor cost. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is evaluated by applying to five sample projects. It is expected that the information provided by this paper will be useful for the estimation of Indirect of labor cost.

We have investigated the critical current density for MgB2 films having various crystal orientations prepared by using a hybrid physical-chemical vapor deposition system. An enhancement of the critical current density is clearly presented in MgB2 films with an a-axis or a b-axis orientation rather than a caxis orientation. X-ray diffraction patterns reveal a suppression of c-axis orientations while a (100) orientation becomes dominant, and the surface morphology of the a-axis-oriented film shows that the orientation of the c-axis-oriented MgB2 grains parallel to the plane of the substrate. As the a-axis orientation becomes more dominant in the MgB2 films, the field performance of the critical current density clearly becomes better. These results suggest that the synthesis of MgB2 with high ab-plane orientations is one of the keys to enhancing the critical current density in MgB2.
Effect of thermal annealing on low-energy C-ion irradiated MgB2 thin films

We investigate the effect of thermal annealing on MgB2 thin films with thicknesses of 400 and 800 nm, irradiated by 350 keV C-ions with a dose of 1 ´ 1015 atoms/cm2. Irradiation by low-energy C-ions produces atomic lattice displacement in MgB2 thin films, improving magnetic field performance of critical current density (Jc) while reducing the superconducting transition temperature (Tc). Interestingly, the lattice displacement and the Tc are gradually restored to the original values with increasing thermal annealing temperature. In addition, the magnetic field dependence of Jc also returns to that of the pristine state together with the restoration of Tc. Because Jc(H) is sensitive to the type and density of the disorder, i.e. vortex pinning, the recovery of Jc(H) in irradiated MgB2 thin films by thermal annealing indicates that low-energy C-ion irradiation on MgB2 thin films primarily causes lattice displacement. These results provide new insights into the application of low-energy irradiation in strategically engineering critical properties of superconductors.
Effects of surface damage on critical current density in MgB2 thin films

We investigated the influence of surface damage on the critical current density (Jc) of MgB2 thin films via 140- keV Co-ion irradiation. The Jc(H) of the surface-damaged MgB2 films was remarkably improved in comparison with that of pristine films. The strong enhancement of Jc(H) caused by a surface damage in MgB2 films can be ascribed to additional point defects along with an atomic lattice displacement introduced through low-energy Coion irradiation, which is consistent with the change in the pinning mechanism, from weak collective pinning to strong plastic pinning. The irreversible magnetic field (Hirr) at 5 K for surface-damaged MgB2 films with a thickness of 850 and 1300 nm was increased by a factor of approximately 2 compared with that of a pristine film. These results show that the surface damage produced by low energy ion irradiation can serve as an effective pinning source to improve Jc(H) in a MgB2 superconductor.
PLD법을 이용한 다양한 온도에서의 FeSe_χ 초전도 박막 성장

We have fabricated FeSex superconducting thin films at much different substrate temperatures of 430 and 610 oC on Al2O3(0001) substrates by using a pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique. Superconducting transitions for both films were shown around 10 K, but their transition width and growth directions of grains were different. We found that superconducting tetragonal FeSe phases and non-superconducting hexagonal FeSe phases were coexisted in the sample grown at the low temperature of 430 oC, whereas the hexagonal FeSe phase was decreased with increasing fabrication temperatures.
