This study includes an analytical investigation of a composite beam consisted of cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, structural steel and pre-stressed steel. To analyze the behavior of composite beam, depending on application of pre-stressing, a comparative analysis with composite beam which was not applied pre-stressing was conducted. In the comparison, it was found that, when composite beam and steel-reinforced concrete composite beam displayed the similar behavior, the cross-section of the composite beam was more cost-effective to the application of pre-stressing.

Trends to build higher and lighter buildings have resulted in intensive studies on composite beam. This research aims to locate the neutral axis of pre-stressed composite beam by Strain Compatibility Analysis and analyze it in comparison with changes in the neutral axis of composite beam found in experiment. The analysis has found that Strain Compatibility Analysis predicts neural axis with high proximity in each limit state.
냉동 가공 식품에 대한 소비자 인식도 및 수산 냉동식품의 오염 상태 조사 연구

In this study, we assessed consumers’ recognition of frozen foods via a survey study, and monitored the contamination levels of total aerobic bacteria and Escherichia coli in imported and domestic frozen seafoods obtained from five whole sale markets in Seoul. A questionnaire used to assess the perception of frozen food safety and the attitude towards frozen food usage was developed and distributed to 350 adults. A total of 324 questionnaires were subjected to frequency analysis and a chi-square test, using SPSS for Windows. The results of our survey study demonstrated that 44.6% of the respondent consumed frozen processed foods two to three times per month, with dumplings being the most frequently purchased. 70.5% of the respondents selected convenient cooking as the principal reason for their frozen food purchases. 58% of the respondents believed that frozen processed food is not safe to eat as the result of food additives and changes in quality during the shelf life period. Consumers most profoundly preferred frozen seafood originating from America, and preferred that from China least profoundly (81.2%). Microbiological analyses demonstrated that the aerobic plate counts of frozen seafood, regardless of origin, fulfill the standard requirements except for one frozen clam (6.6 Log CFU/g), which was a heated-frozen domestic product. In addition, E. coli was isolated from frozen cooked mussels, frozen raw clams and squids, thus indicating that more strict hygienic regulation for frozen seafoods will be necessary to protect the consumer in both domestic and foreign markets.

본 연구는 추자도의 관속식물상을 밝히고 주요 식물을 조사하였다. 2013년 4월부터 9월까지 총 3회에 걸쳐 수행되었다. 그 결과 관속식물은 90과 272속 386종 2아종 54변종 7품종 449분류군이 확인되었다. 한국 특산식물은 솔비나무 1분류군이 확인되었다. 산림청지정 희귀식물은 10분류군으로 눈향나무, 시호, 백량금, 덩굴민백미꽃 등이 조사되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물종은 V등급, VI등급이 각각 2분류군, III등급 9분류군, II등급 3분류군, I등급 29분류군 등 45분류군이 발견되었다. 귀화식물은 애기수영, 서양금혼초, 방울새풀, 냄새냉이 등 57분류군으로 확인되었으며, 귀화율은 13%로 나타났다. This study was carried out to investigate the flora of Chujado. The vascular plants were collected 3 times, and were identified as 449 taxa; 90 families, 272 genera, 386 species, 2 subspecies, 54 varieties and 7 forms. Korean endemic plants of this area were 12 taxa; Maackia fauriei. Rare plants of this area were 10 taxa; Juniperus chinensis var. sargentii, Bupleurum falcatum, Ardisia crenata, Cynanchum japonicum, etc. The floristic regional indicator plants found in this area were 80 taxa: 2 taxa of grade V, 6 taxa of grade IV, 25 taxa of grade III, 2 taxa of grade II and 45 taxa of grade I. The naturalized plants were identified as 57 taxa and the percent of naturalized index (NI) was 13% of total 595 taxa vascular plants; Rumex acetosella, Hypochaeris radicata, Briza minor, Coronopus didymus, etc.
전시공간의 관람객 분포 예측을 위한 공간분석이론 적용에 관한 연구

The Spatial structure of exhibition spaces as museums can be characterized by its visual flexibility and open plan configuration. Space Syntax method is frequently adopted in recent exhibition space-related studies, but it seems to have difficulties in drawing out the characteristics of it by single means of analyzing only spatial structure, as exhibition spaces include the aforementioned complicated mechanism and are sensitively influenced by visual perceptional changes. In this study space analysis method on the basis of existing analysis models as VGA, Visibility ERAM, VAE, and ESA, which take into account the visual perceptional properties of space. In examining the comparative analysis with previous researches and the application of it were done, and the visual perceptional properties of exhibition spaces were drawn out based on visitor`s locational distributions and movement routes. Thus it is expected that the these models will able to be effectively utilized in the planning of exhibition spaces applied before or after the design process.

에폭시화 천연고무(ENR)와 솔루션-스디렌-부다디엔 고무(SSBR)를 150:50로 혼합한 고무 블렌드를 실리카 및 카본블랙을 충전제로 보강하였다. 제조된 고무 복합체의 물성은 고무 가공 분석기로 측정되었고, 형태학적 구조는 SEM으로 확인되었다. 열무게 분석, 인장강도, 경도, 마찰계수 및 발반탄성은 ENR/SSBR 블렌드의 물성을 확인하기 위하여 조사되었다. 모든 실험 결과에서, 복합체의 내열성, 경도, 인장강도 및 충전제의 분산성은 실리카 함량이 증가함에 따라 향상되었음을 알 수 있었다. 그 원인은 실리카와 ENR부분 사이에 수소 결합이라는 더 나은 결합의 형성이었다. 또한 블렌드의 마찰계수과 발반탄성은 카본블랙 함량이 증가함에 따라 향상되었다. 그 원인은 카본블랙과 블렌드의 결합효과(coupling effect) 및 윤활성이 개선됨에 기인함을 알았다. Epoxidized natural rubber (ENR) and solution styrene butadiene rubber were blended with a ratio of 150:50, which filled with silica and carbon black as reinforcement fillers. The curing properties of the rubber composites were tested by rubber processing analyzer and the morphological structure was characterized by SEM. The thermal decomposition behavior, tensile strength, hardness value, friction coefficient and resilience property were investigated to verify the property improvement of the SSBR/ENR composites. From the results of all the tests, it can be found that the heat resistance, hardness value, tensile strength and filler dispersion state of composites increased with increasing content of silica. The possible reason may be due to the fact that the silica could provide the better combination with ENR part due to the formation of hydrogen bond formation from O-Si-O. And with the increasing content of carbon black, the friction coefficient and resilience property were improved due to the lubrication and coupling effect of carbon black and blends.
