Systemic lupus erythematosus is a connective tissue disease with multiple organ involvement due to atypical creation of an antibody to an intracellular component. Although it can directly invade respiratory organs, such as the pleura, pulmonary parenchyma, trachea, pulmonary vessels, and pulmonary muscle, pulmonary involvement is mostly secondary to infection after immunosuppressant use, and pulmonary parenchyma invasion due to an immune response is relatively rare. This is a case report of acute lupus pneumonitis in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus who was successfully treated with steroid therapy. (Korean J Med 2014;87:642-646)

The purpose of study is a development of the high reliance electric driven water-pump that fuction is forcing the movement of water using basic design, proto sample and test at the cooling system. It was important to supply a coolant quickly and accurately for the requirement of flow rate at the system when we carried out the designs for BLDC Moter, Controller and water pump(Impeller, Volute Casing, Sealing Device) First, we attained ours purpose that the target efficiency for water pump was over 40% and then we are doing the optimum design for Brushless Motor and Controller that its target is over 55% of efficiency.

소화기 질환 동물모델에서 평위산(平胃散)의 염증 완화 효과

Objectives : Pyeongwi-san is widely used in Korean medicine for acute indigestion or gastrodynia. As a therapeutic agent for digestive diseases of modern people, in order to confirm the mechanism of Pyeongwi-san on digestive tract disease and the difference of therapeutic efficacy between its formulation, a comparative efficacy test was conducted on digestive tract disease animal model. Methods : For LPS enteritis animal model, male SD rats were intraorally treated with different formulation types of Pyeongwi-san, and then intraperitoneally administered LPS one hour later to induce enteritis. After 5 hours, blood was collected and TNFα, IL-1β, IL-6 and PGE2 were confirmed by ELISA. For acute gastritis animal model, male SD rats were intraorally treated with different formulation types of Pyeongwi-san according to the prescribed concentration, and then intraorally administered 60% ethanol and 150 mM HCl one hour later to induce acute gastritis. After 5 hours, blood was collected and TNFα ,IL-6 were confirmed by ELISA. Results : In the LPS-administered enteritis animal model, Pyeongwi-san decreased TNFα, IL-1β, PGE2 and especially IL-6. Pyeongwi-san also decreased IL-6 in acute gastritis animal model. In addition, there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two formulations when compared with inflammatory markers. Conclusions : The efficacy of Pyeongwi-san was confirmed in the inflammatory markers related to digestive inflammatory diseases, and the efficay between two formulations of Pyeongwi-san was relatively similar. Further studies are needed to investigate the new applicability of Pyeongwi-san on different inflammatory diseases that have similar inflammation markers identified in this experiment.
대학생을 위한 창의적 문제해결 기반 학습컨설팅 모형 개발 및 적용효과

본 연구의 목적은 창의적 문제해결(CPS) 기반으로 대학생을 위한 학습컨설팅 모형을 개발하고 나아가 이의 실증적 효과를 검증하는 것이었다. 창의적 문제해결 기반 학습컨설팅 모형은 ADDIE 모형에 근거하여 개발하였다. 분석과정에서 컨설팅 과정과 내용 영역을 확인하여 구성요소를 추출하고, 설계과정에서는 모형의 목적에 적합한 컨설팅 과정과 세부내용을 구체화하였다. 개발과정에서는 구체화된 내용으로 창의적 문제해결 기반 학습컨설팅 주요과정과 세부과정 및 주요활동을 구조화하였다. 그리고 실행과정에서는 개발된 모형을 대학생 15명에게 적용하여 모형의 효과성을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 평가과정에서는 학습컨설팅전문가 4명을 포커스 그룹으로 구성하여 인터뷰 한 다음 모형타당도 검증을 거쳐 최종모형을 개발하였다. 그리고 최종모형을 대학생 20명에게 적용한 결과 자기주도학습능력과 창의적 문제해결능력이 통제집단에 비해 향상되었음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 창의적 문제해결 기반 학습컨설팅 모형 개발 및 활용에 대한 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였다. The proposes of this study were to develop the learning consulting model based on creative problem solving and to verify the effects of its implementation. The model was developed based on ADDIE program developing model. In the analysis stage, literature review and needs survey were conducted for data collection on learning consulting at universities including the literature in related fields. Specific areas needed in the learning consulting model were selected from the results of this collected data. During the design and development stage, the learning consulting processes were established. These constituted the learning consulting model developed and it had been based on the Creative Problem Solving. To verify the validity of the learning consulting model based on the creative problem solving, a pilot study was implemented. The model was completed content a validity verification process performed by experts through focus group interviews. The aim this final model is to improve the self-directed learning ability and creative problem solving capacity of the university students. The study results showed that mean scores on self-directed learning ability of the experimental group increased significantly compared to the control group. Based on these findings, the learning consulting model seemed very effective in improving the university students" self-directed learning ability, as well as their creative problem solving capacity. Based on the results of this study, implications and limitations of the final model and its implementation were discussed.
