Objective : We used herbal medicine to treat various disease and also to keep good general condition of children. We aimed to evaluate the effect of herbal medicine on the growth of children treated with herbal medicine. Method: We studied 187 children who visited the department of Pediatrics, KyungHee Oriental Medical Hospital from March 2004 to August 2004. They meet condition as follows; they were treated for more than 6 months and they visited our clinic more than 3 times. Whenever patients visited our hospital, we measured their height, body weight and obesity degree using DS-102(dszenix, Seoul). We measured height percentile of first time visit, and that of last time visit. And we compared them using the Growth Statistics Curve made by the Korean Association of Pediatrics, 1998. Results : The mean growth of total children showed 4.04 percentile upwardly; the growth- up percentile of boys was 4.52 and that of girls was 3.26. Analysis according to disease resulted as follows; children with respiratory disease showed 10.29 percentile growth-up, digestive disease 4.21percentile, urinary disease 4 percentile, allergic disease 2.65 percentile, weak children 2.52 percentile and other disease 3.19 percentile. Conclusion : Herbal medical treatment helped growth not only in children who took medicine for growth retardation problem but children with various disease. Moreover herbal medical treatment applied to keep good general condition of children also gave positive effect on the growth of children.

Objectives: We recently experienced one case of Transverse Myelitis. We would introduce the clinical report it Methods: In the point of Differentiation of Syndrome, these subjects were diagnosed as Wejeung(Weizheng;?證). We treated here with acupuncture. moxa, physical theraphy and herbal medication Results & Conclusions: Symptoms of the patient of this report were improved after above treatment. So it is suggested that oriental medical treatment is effective in Transverse Myelitis
석회보르도액 살포가 거봉포도의 노균병 발생에 미치는 영향

Bordeaux mixture made with each grade of lime and copper sulfate was tested general property and disease control value. Bordeaux mixture was made by composition of each grade of lime (95%, 80%) with each grade of copper sulfate(98.5%, 95%). Phytotoxicity was evaluated to Bordeaux mixture made with each grade of lime and copper sulfate, and then low grade copper sulfate (95%) was more severely in the grapevine leaf. Bordeaux mixture, made with each grade lime and copper sulfate, were tried to evaluate control effects of downy mildew in field. As a result, Bordeaux mixture (95% of lime and 98.5% of copper sulfate, 6-6) applied 5 times at late in June was showed more effective disease control value than any other trials of Bordeaux mixture. There was no difference in nutrient status of petiole each treatment. But fruit characteristics were shown more slightly improved quality.

현재 센서 네트워크기반에 다양한 적용으로 인하여 데이터 통신에 량이 많아지고 있다. 기존에 환경모니터링 등과 같이 조도, 온도, 습도를 다루는 것에서 ECG, EKG, GPS등과 같은 비교적 센서 네트워크 환경에서 대용량 데이터를 다루어지고 있다. 이러한 점은 희박한 자원을 바탕하는 USN환경에서 문제가 된다. 이 문제는 기존 연구 방향에서 데이터를 더 적게 전송하여 더 많은 정보를 주는 것에 포커스가 되었다. 하지만 이는 근본적으로 해결될 수 없다. 본 제안된 알고리즘은 데이터를 효율적으로 압축함으로서 이를 해결하였다.
비만클리닉 방문 소아청소년의 신체활동 참여시간, 체력수준 및 건강상태 분석 연구

본 연구의 목적은 비만 소아청소년의 신체활동 참여, 비만도, 체력 수준에 따른 건강지표를 비교하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 J대학병원에 내원중인 만 5-17세 소아청소년 31명을 대상으로 신체활동 참여시간, 비만도, 체력(악력, 배근력, 앉아윗몸앞으로 굽히기, 윗몸일으키기) 및 건강지표(혈압, 공복혈당, 중성지방, 총콜레스테롤, 고밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤, 저밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤, 공복인슐린, 인슐린저항성, 간효소 AST, ALT)를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 비만도와 체력 (-), 건강지표 (+) 간의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 허리둘레 90<SUP>th</SUP> 이상 그룹이 낮은 그룹과 비교하여 체중대비 배근력, 이완기혈압, 중성지방, 인슐린, 인슐린저항성에서 유의한 차이를 나타났다. 셋째, 체중대비 악력의 평균 미만인 그룹이 평균 이상인 그룹과 비교하여 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 소아청소년의 비만도, 체력수준은 건강지표와 관련성이 있음을 입증하였다. The purpose of this study was to compare the health index of physical activity, levels of obesity and physical fitness in children and adolescents. The subjects of this study were enrolled a total of 31 male children and adolescents aged 5-17 years admitted to a J university hospital, and participation time of physical activity, levels of obesity, physical fitness (grip strength, back strength, sit and reach, sit-up) and helath index (blood pressure, fasting glucose, triglysceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting insulin, insulin resistance, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase) were measured used for the analysis. Results 1) our study showed that the correlation between level of obesity, physical fitness (-) and health index (+). 2) >90<SUP>th</SUP> group of waist circumference was significant differences in back strength against weight, diastolic blood pressure, triglysceride, insulin, insulin resistance compare to the low group. 3) the below-average group of grip strength against weight were significantly higher compared to the above-average group. The findings of the study suggest that levels of obesity and levels of physical fitness are associated health index.

방위사업청에서는 무기체계 양산계약 체결 시 적정 원가를 산정하기 위해 방산원가대상물자의 원가계산에 관한 규칙과 시행세칙을 적용하고 있다. 방산원가는 크게 재료비, 노무비, 경비, 일반관리비, 이윤으로 구성되어 있으며 실제 발생한 비용을 원가로 인정하는 것을 대원칙으로 하고 있다. 이런 점은 업체로 하여금 비용절감에 대한 동기부여를 줄 수 없어 개선이 필요하다. 또한 계약 시점에 정해진 양산단가를 전체 계약기간에 동일하게 적용하는 방식은 비용절감 측면에서 부정적 영향을 줄 수 있어 보완이 필요하겠다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 부분을 개선하기 위해 원가자료의 신뢰도, 원가자료의 복잡도 등을 고려한 4가지 방법(업체제시 계산가격에 예가율 적용, 업체제시 계산가격에 조정률 적용, 원가항목별 조정률 적용, 원가항목별 조정률 및 학습률 적용)으로 양산단가를 추정하였으며, 분석결과를 바탕으로 최적의 방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 확률분포를 활용한 양산단가 추정을 위해 본 연구에서는 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션 기법을 활용하였으며, 연구 결과는 향후 무기체계 양산단가 추정의 신뢰도 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In order to properly calculate the prime cost of a defense products, DAPA uses regulations and detailed rules on the calcuclation of a defense products upon arranging weapon systems contract for mass production. The prime cost is composed of material cost, labor cost, expenses, general administrative expenses and profits. The main principal is to disclose actual cost. This principal needs to be improved due to the fact that it does not steer contractors to lower productive cost. Also, this method can have negative effect on price reduction process in a whole contract period perspective. To overcome the mentioned problems, this study estimates the prime cost of mass production in consideration with cost reliability and complexity using four approach(Application of expectation rates on quotation, Application of mediation rates on quotation, Application of mediation rates on cost items, Application of mediation rates and learning rates on cost items) and proposes a most effective method based on analysis results. Especially, this research uses Monte Carlo simulation to estimate mass production. The results in this study will contribute in improving the reliability of cost estimation on defense mass production contracts in the future.
