임신과 동반된 난관기형종 1 례

저자들은 30세 여자 환자에서 임신과 동반된 왼쪽 난관 양성기형종 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Teratoma of the Fallopian Tube is very rare. A case of the mature cystic teratoma was noted incidentally in a patient who was undergoing cesarean section for placenta previa. Diagnosis was made on the basis of the post-partial salpingectomy biopsy findings. Here we present the case with a brief history and review of the literatures.

축사 화재의 현황과 그 방지 대책 −전라북도를 중심으로−

The cattle shelters have been badly damaged by the recently large fires. so the reconstruction of the damaged shelter is very difficult. In the light of the seriousness of the fire like that, the preventive plan for the cattle shed should be thoroughly established. The preventive measure which the fire department performs presently is limited to the stopping the fire before it starts. More than anything else, The men who operate and manage the cattle shelters must know what to do. The written plan will assist them. To begin with, The fire authority should clearly specify how cattle should be protected from any outbreak of fire. Clear access to each fire shed is very important to protect the cattle safely. The manager of the cattle shelter should get ready for the fire defense equipment. Most fires of the cattle shelters are due to electricity faults. These renovations should be performed and checked immediately. Therefore, The manager should be ready assist fire chief or the professional organization to prevent the electricity fire. Fire Safety education should be planned for the owner and staff so all should know what is expected in case of a fire. The Fire Department will check the access road, the equipment available and an announced fire drills should take place every year in the cattle shelter. The Fire Department should check the access road, equipment for preventing fires and staff training each year. 근래에 축사가 화재로 인하여 큰 피해가 발생하고 있다. 또한 화재로 피해를 입은 축사를 재건축하기가 매우 어렵다. 이러한 화재로부터 축사를 보호하기 위해서 철저한 재검토가 필요하다. 소방서에서 화재를 예방하는 대에는 한계가 있다. 무엇보다도 축사를 운영하는 사람이 어떻게 예방할 것인가를 아는 것이 중요한데, 축사를 화재로부터 예방하는 것을 명백히 세분할 필요가 있다. 화재로부터 축사를 안전하게 보호하는 것이 중요하다. 축사관리자는 화재를 진압하는 장비를 갖추어야 한다. 대부분의 축사화재는 전기에서 기인된다. 따라서 전기시설의 재정비가 필요한데, 소방서나 한전과 같은 기관의 도움이 필요하다. 축사소유자나 그 종사자들에게 화재발생 원인을 소방 교육을 통하여 알려야 한다. 소방서는 매년 발생하는 축사 화재에 대비하여 소방도로나 장비, 경보시설 등을 정비하고 소방훈련 등을 실시하는 것이 화재예방에 도움에 될 것이다.

The system of The Volunteer Fire Brigade is the Civil autonomic one which was set up from The Chosun Dynasty and has been active. Having suffered from several dificulties from Japanese control in the Chosun Dynasty, The Volunteer Fire Brigade was established by the enactment 1958 Fire Law and we have had it up to this time. The Volunteer Fire brigade played an important role in the period of the past Fire fighting personnel and equipment which we did not have. It has carried out the assistance of the Fire extinction, the early extinction of a fire in the rural region, the extinction of the forest fire, and lots of social volunteering actions etc. but, today’s Fire fighting system has made the surprising developments, such as the improvement of national economic power, the increase of knowledge about the safety of the people, the openness of The Fire Fighting Department of Korea. I will try to check out the role of The Volunteer Fire Brigade which filled up the lacking part the fire fighting in the past and make the measures which can activate in these days, looking for the new field of the movement. 의용소방대제도는 조선시대부터 조직되어 활동하고 있는 민간자율 소방조직이다. 여러 가지 우여곡절을 겪은 후 일제 통치 시대를 거치면서 1958년 소방법 제정으로 의용소방대가 설치되어 오늘에 이르고 있다. 과거의 소방인력이나 장비가 부족한 시대에 의용소방대는 소방활동에서 중요한 역할을 하였다. 화재진압 보조, 농촌지역에서의 화재초기진화, 산불진화, 사회봉사활동 등을 활발하고 훌륭하게 수행하여 왔다. 그 러나 오늘의 소방조직은 국가의 경제력 향상과 국민들의 안전에 대한 의식 증대, 소방방재청의 개청 등으 로 비약적인 발전이 이루어졌다. 과거 소방의 부족한 부분을 훌륭히 채워주던 의용소방대의 역할을 재조 명하고 새로운 활동영역 등을 모색하여 활성화 할 방안을 강구하고자 한다.

소방관련 긴급자동차의 교통사고처리 특례방안

The traffic accident of Fire engine takes place very much, compared with that of the past. The reason is that there is a lot of the increase of the demand in the fire, rescue, first aid, and the public request. Also, because the Fire engine should go out at the place of the accident very quickly, it should inevitably violate the traffic regulations. Therefore, this is due to the traffic accident. Despite the urgent situation in the infringement motive of traffic regulations, the outbreak of the traffic accident does not vary largely from the degree of the disadvantage. Accordingly, a fire officer should take charge of his social and economic disadvantage by himself. In this situation, a fire officer has no choice but to start moving passively not to be afflicted with his own disadvantage. Most of the situations concerning the fire fighting are the ones to be controlled urgently. Nevertheless, because of the disadvantage of the traffic accident, passive mobilization of the fire fighting equipment is the heavy burden of all the people of the nation. Therefore, Special institutional safety device should be ready for the protection of the life and property of all people. The special law concerning the processing in the accident of the emergency car needs to be revised. By establishing this special law, the government should not provide the officer who drives the fire engine with the disadvantage caused by traffic accident. 소방자동차의 교통사고가 과거에 비하여 빈번해지고 있다. 그 이유는 화재, 구조, 구급, 민원 등의 수요 가 급격하게 증가하였기 때문이다. 또한 소방자동차는 긴급하게 출동하여야 하기 때문에 교통법규를 부득 이 하게 위반하게 된다. 이것이 원인이 되어 교통사고로 이어진다. 교통사고 발생하게 되면 도로교통법 위 반의 동기가 긴급한 상황이라 할지라도 그 불이익의 정도는 크게 달라지지 않는다. 따라서 소방공무원은 신분상·경제상 불이익을 홀로 감당하여야 한다. 이러한 상황에서 소방공무원은 불이익을 받지 않기 위해 소극적 출동을 할 수 밖에 없다. 소방과 관련한 상황들은 대부분 시급을 다투는 상황이다. 그럼에도 불구 하고 교통사고로 인한 불이익 두려워 소극적 출동을 한다면 그로 인해 발생하는 피해는 국민이 부담하게 된다. 따라서 소방공무원이 신속하게 출동하여 국민의 생명과 재산을 구할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 특별 한 제도적 보호장치가 마련되어야 한다. 이 방안으로써 긴급자동차의 사고처리의 관한 특례법이 제정될 필 요성이 있다. 이 특례법의 제정을 통하여 소방자동차를 운전하는 소방공무원에게 교통사고로 인한 불이익 이 돌아가지 않도록 하여야 한다.

전이성 복막성 평활근종 1 예

전이성 복막성 평활근종은 매우 드문 질환으로 복강 및 골반강내 복막하에 산재하는 다발성 평활근종을 특징으로 한다. 이 질환은 양성을 취하고 다능성 체강하 간충조직 간세포[multipotent subcoelomic mesenchymal stem cell]에서 기원하는 것같다. 그리고 이 질환은 육악적으로 악성처럼 보이지만 조직학적으로 양성이고 예후도 좋은 편이기 때문에 정확한 진단이 요구된다. 최근 저자들은 전이성 복막성 평활근종 1예를 경험하였고, 자궁적출술 및 좌측 난소난관절제술, 부분적 종양절제술을 시행한 후 외래를 통해 추적 관찰중이기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata[LPD] is a rare disease characterized by the development of multiple subperitoneal leiomyomas, which are widespread in the peritoneal cavity. The histopathology of Leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata is that a benign leiomyoma, probably originationg from the multipotent subcoelomic mesenchymal cell. The disorder has a grossly malignant appearance, but has a benign histology and a favorable prognosis : so a correct diagnosis is imperative. We experienced a case of leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata, which diagnosed small multiple leiomyomas of uterus and two large omental leiomyomas. We underwent abdominal hysterectomy with left salpingo-oophorectomy and omental mass removal. The patient is alive and well after treatment. We report a case of leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata with review of literature.

공간 분석을 통한 지역별 수도권 인구유입에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 - 지리정보시스템과 지리적가중회귀모형을 이용하여 -

그동안 국내 인구이동 특성과 수도권 이동에 관한 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔으나 기존 연구들은 주로 경제적 측면에서의 현상해석을 하였으며, 비수도권 지역의 인구유출에 대한 지역의 사회·문화·의료·안전 등 삶의 질에 미치는 다양한 요인을 분석한연구는 미흡한 실정이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 기본적으로 지난 연구들에서는 행정구역으로 한정된 인구 및 경제적 변수의 통계적계량분석에 집중되어 그 지역이 가진 공간적 특성을 해석하는 데는 한계가 있었다고 판단된다(박경돈, 2012). 본 논문은 수도권 인구이동의 현황을 파악하고 비수도권 시군구 단위 지역별로 수도권 인구유입에 영향을 미치는 사회·경제적요인과 삶의 질을 나타내는 요인들의 공간적 특성을 지리정보시스템(GIS)과 지리적 가중회귀분석(Geographically Weighted Regression, GWR)모형을 사용하여 규명하고자 한다.
