전기설비 변압기 검사 데이터 샘플링에 따른 수명 지표 영향 분석

본 연구는 국내 고압 자가용 전기설비 수용가의 변압기 검사에 따른 교체 데이터를 토대로 정상/데이터 샘플링 비율에 따른 수명지표 영향을 분석하고 전압, 종류, 용량 조건에서 수명지표를 도출하였다. 고압 수전용 자가용 수전가 약 24만호를 대상으로 총 529,024건의 정상/고장 데이터를 업종, 전압, 용량, 종류 등 사례에 대해 와이블 분석을 수행하여 샘플링 비율에 따른 수명지표 영향을 비교 분석하고 주요 사례조건에서 누적고장확률과 고장률 개념의 수명지표를 제시하였다.

Latin America Subaltern study group, led by Walter Mignolo, has sought the alternative of modernity, modern epistemology and colonial difference, while disclosing their limit. Mignolo's study takes it to the light that coloniality has been formed as the other side of modernity and that although it has been concealed in modernity, it still exists. That takes out a imaginary concept called Occidentalism, which was made by west-centered modern/colonial world system. John Coetzee is writing novels, handling coloniality, decoloniality and neocoloniality together in a broad historical context. That is, Coetzee, not confined to the colonial history of South Africa, has wrote novels that disclose the coloniality, which is the other side of Western-centered modernity, its violence, and the delusion underneath the violence. Therefore, based on the study of Mignolo, we can find the ghost of Occidentalism appearing in Coetzee's novel, Waiting for the Barbarians, and non-West as “the other,” which has been objectified, concealed and silenced under the representation of the West which appear in Foe. In Coetzee's novels, the speakers who thought with West epistemology and the dichotomy of knowing subject/known object could not see and know the colonial subject which they, as subjects, objectified. However, like a Foe's Friday, a subalternized subordinate can see the both position of himself and the dominant. Therefore, we need such “border thinking,” with which we think from the possibility which Mignolo has opened, that is, the perspective of subaltern.
최승호 시에 나타나는 분변성에 대한 저급유물론적 접근 ― 1980년대 최승호 시를 중심으로

80년대 최승호 시는 삶 · 생명을 억압하는 문명에 대해 비판적 발화를 하고 있다. 문명사회의 억압적 구조에 갇힌 삶의 형상들의 소외를 그리며, 이를 배설물, 오물, 사체(시체, 송장), 버려진 태아, 고깃덩어리 등을 통해 묘사한다. 본고는 최승호 시를 문명 비판적 관점으로 한정하여 논의하는 것이 인간 중심, 주체 중심의 단선적인 관점임을 지적하고, 이에 바타유의 저급유물론과 크리스테바의 아브젝트 개념으로 최승호 시를 독해하고자 한다. 저급유물론은 어떤 대상의 저급하고 물질적인 측면을 강조하는데, 이러한 탈위계화의 가장 하락한 예시가 아브젝트이다. 최승호는 시에서 인간의 분변성을 부각하며 인간을 배설물 · 오물로 파악한다. 이러한 관점은 인간에 대한 승격화된 측면을 해체한다. 또한 생명/죽음, 인간/오물, 생물/시체의 구분 불가능성을 역설하며 인간 중심성, 주체 중심성과 궤를 같이하는 인식론적 이분법에서 탈피하게 한다. 또한 최승호 시는 죽음과 부패의 다양한 양상들을 다루며 문명이 생물학적 · 사회적으로 인간을 불활성화시키면서 삶 속 죽음의 상태에 처하게 함을 드러내고 있다. 하지만 생명과 죽음의 불활성화 문제에도 불구하고, 무인칭, 고깃덩어리 등의 저급유물적 존재들은 고통과 죽음의 공통성 안에서 ‘타자’를 경험할 수 있게 한다. 최승호의 아브젝트-분변의 강조는 아브젝트를 격리 은폐시키는 인식 구조의 경계를 아브젝트가 가진 인식 불가능성, 구분 불가능성의 불편함을 통해 흐트러뜨리며, 다른 존재로의 이행 가능성을 타진하는 것이다. Choi Seung-ho’s poem in the 1980s is critically speaking about a civilization that suppresses life. It depicts the alienation of the forms of life trapped in the repressive structure of a civilized society, and describes it through excrement, filth, corpse, abjected fetus, and chunks of meat. This paper points out that the discussion of Choi Seung-ho’s poems limited to a critical point of view of civilization is a one-sided view of human-centered and subject-centered ones, and thus attempts to read Choi Seung-ho’s poems using Georges Bataille‘s Base Materialism and Kristeva’s Abject. Base Materialism emphasizes the low-level and material aspects of something, and the most declining example of such de-classification is Abject. Choi Seung-ho stresses human fecality in his poems and identifies humans as excrement and filth. This perspective deconstructs the elevated aspect of humans. In addition, it emphasizes the indiscernibility between life/death, human/excrement, and living/corpse, and breaks away from human centrality, subject centrality and epistemological dichotomy. In addition, Choi Seung-ho’s poems deal with various aspects of death and decomposition, revealing that civilization inactivates humans biologically and socially, putting them in a state of death in life. However, despite the problem of inactivation of life and death, base materialistic beings such as impersonality and chunks of meat allow us to experience the other in the commonality of pain and death. Choi Seung-ho’s emphasis on abject-fecality disrupts the boundary of the cognitive structure that isolates and conceals Abject through the discomfort of cognition/classification impossibility inherent in Abject. And it is to explore the possibility of transition to another being.

Ventricular Assist Device(VAD) has switched its goal from a short-tenn use for bridge-to-transplantation to a long-tenn use for destination therapy, With this goal, the importance of long-tenn reliability gets more interests and importances, H-VAD is an portable extracorporeal biventricular assist device, and adopts an electro-pneumatic driving mechanism. The pneumatic pressure to pump out blood is generated with compression of bellows, and is transmitted in a closed pneumatic circuit through a pneumatic line. The existing pneumatic VAD adopts a air compressor which can generate stable pressures but has defects such as a noise and a size problem. Thus, it is not suitable for being used as a portable device, These problems are covered with adopting a closed pneumatic circuit mechanism with a bellows which has a small size and small noise generation, but it has defects that improper pneumatic setting causes a failure of adequate flow generation. In this study, the pneumatic pressure regulation system is developed to cover these defects of a bellows-type pneumatic VAD. The optimal pneumatic pressure conditions according to various afterload conditions for an optimal flow rate were investigated and the afterload estimation algorithm was developed, The final pneumatic regulation system estimates a current afterload and regulate the pneumatic pressure to the optimal point at a given afterload condition. The afterload estimation algorithm showed a sufficient performance that the standard deviation of error is 8.8 mmHg, The pneumatic pressure regulation system showed a sufficient performance that the flow rate was stably governed to various afterload conditions. In a further study, if a additional sensor such as ultrasonic sensor is developed to monitor the direct movement of diaphragm in a blood pump part, the reliability would be greatly increased. Moreover, if the afterload estimation algorithm gets more accuracy, it would be also helpful to monitor the hemodynamic condition of patients.
