Intraductal papillary neoplasm of the bile duct (IPN-B) is a rare disease characterized by multicentric proliferation of adenomatous epithelium within the bile ducts. It has better prognosis because of slow disease progression and high probability of early diagnosis, but also has potential for malignant transformation. Therefore early treatment such as surgical resection has been recommended. There are few reports about nature course of IPN-B without treatment. We report a case of papillary adenoma of intrahepatic duct that transformed into intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma with 8 years of follow up.

국토방위와 경제안정도 중요하지만 국민생존을 위해 먹을거리를 안정적으로 확보하는 식량안보는 무엇보다 중요한 과제이다. 자력으로 식량안보를 지키는 '식량주권' 확보를 위해 국민적 공감대 확산이 필요한 때다. 쌀이 남는다 하여 우리가 식량문제에서 빗겨나 있는 것은 착각이다.

한국 베트남 조류 기원담 비교연구 : 조류의 전생담을 중심으로

필자는 〈재미있는 베트남 동물 이야기〉를 번역, 출판을 하면서 베트남의 조류 기원담즉 조류의 전생담이 한국에 비해 매우 다양함을 알게 되었다. 따라서 이제까지 수집 보고된 문헌 설화가운데 인간이 조류화한 이야기로 한국의 7편, 베트남의 6편을 비교하게 되었다. 그 결과 한국인은 기층의식 속에 베트남인 보다 상대적으로 샤머니즘적 사고와 인간중심적인 사고가 강조되어 있었고, 유교의 영향을 받은 부권중심적인 기층문화적 요소 또한 두드러지게 나타나고 있었다. 베트남인의 기층의식 속에는 한국인 보다 상대적으로 애니미즘적 사고와 불교의 영향으로 인한 윤회사상과 인과응보의 사고가 강조되어 있었고, 모계중심적인 기층문화적 요소 또한 두드러지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study deals with folk tales which is explained the origin of birds among the tale of animal in Korea and Vietnam, and specially focus to the story transformed human to birds in seven tales of Korea and six of Vietnam. The conclusion is as follows. First, regarding frequency of birds appearance in folk tales, korean have strong impressions about sorts of birds such as crows recognized the death angels or evil sign, scops owls represented the emotion of deep resentment in mind of korean people, and cuckoos flying commonly around houses with crying. On the other hands, vietnamese recognizes diverse features of birds as the ordinary birds commonly seen from forests. Second, in terms of comparing sexual difference in characters, there are great gaps between korean tales and vietnamese ones in that female mostly turns into birds in korean while male transforms in vietnamese. That is, it could be considered reflection to the idea of predominance of men over women historically derived from a patriarchal society in Korea as well as relatively high status of women in Vietnam. Third, birds are recognized as the existence wandering heavens in Korea. On the other hands in Vietnam, birds are mostly seen atonement for sins of past life by punitive justice or completion one’s task which was not finished in past life yet Fourth, in Korea, there are many subjects importantly considered the issue of family relations caused from a patriarchal society while many subjects are highlighted private cultivation in Vietnam. Particularly, they similarly tends to take warning evil deeds, however they have differences on their subjects between stepmother``s misdeed in Korea and stepfather``s misdeed in Vietnam. Fifth, korean and vietnamese have similarity in that they can actually have supernatural powers as connotatively human transforms to birds themselves. In conclusion, korean have relatively focused on shamanistic thought and human-oriented considerations in consciousness of substratum rather than vietnamese, and remarkably represented infracultural elements of paternal authority influencedconfucianism. On the other hands, in consciousness of substratum of vietnamese, they have relatively focused on rebirth thoughts and punitive justice because of animism mentality and the influence of Buddhism, and highlighted infracultural elements of matriarchal authority centered on.

베트남 문학작품 속에 나타난 베트남 여성의식의 변모양상- 소설 장르를 중심으로

오랫동안 베트남 여성의 특성에 대한 많은 의견과 연구결과가 나왔다. 가장 많이 일깨워진 의견은 호찌민 주석의 베트남 여성에 대한 의견이다. 즉 베트남 여성을 ‘영웅, 불굴, 충절과 여성이 해야 할 모든 일을 잘 감당하는 능력을 나타내는 담당’으로 묘사한 점이다. 본고에서 분석한 문학 작품을 통해서 그와 같은 칭송의 말이 베트남 여성의 특성을 그대로 드러내고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉외적의 침략을 받았을 때 베트남 여성은 불굴의 의지를 지닌 영웅상으로 나타나고 있으며, 나라 안의 변고나 여성 개인에게 닥친 고난을 극복할 때에는 부모에게 효도하고 남편과 가정을 온전히 세우는 충절, 담당의 모습으로 나타나고 있었다. 베트남은 역사에서 수세기, 혹은 수십 세기 동안 외적으로부터 나라를 지키기 위한 전쟁과 국가 안에 분쟁으로 인해 베트남의 역사는 전쟁의 역사라고 해도과언이 아니었다. 그 가운데 여성이 삶을 영위해 왔다. 이와 같은 역사적 배경 속에서 여성은 그 무엇보다 가정의 따뜻한 지붕 아래 평범하고 안정적인 삶을 희망했다. 그러나 불가항력적인 전쟁은 그들의 가정을 깨지게 하였고 여성들은 가정을 지키기 위하여 분연히 떨치고 일어났고, 나라를 지키기 위하여 영웅의 길을과감히 선택하였다. 그러므로 우리나라를 포함한 동아시아 여러 나라와 비교적시각에서 볼 때 베트남 여성들에게서는 불굴의 의지를 지닌 전쟁 영웅적 여성상이 잠재되어 있으며 또한 베트남만의 독특한 시대적 변천을 겪으며 유난히 강인한 자주, 자존의식이 성장해 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 점은 베트남 여성들이 겪어야 했던 외세의 침략으로부터 자신의 가정을 지키기 위한 여성의식에서비롯되었음을 본고를 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. Concerning the history of Vietnam, we could literally say Vietnamese history as the history of warfare in a single word. According to this kindof historical backgrounds, vietnamese women hope more stable life thanany other things in the warm families and homes. However, irresistiblewars make families destroy, and women courageously rose in arms toprotect their family as well as bravely choose quest for Glory to protecttheir country.Therefore, as we consider the comparative views with many east asiancountries, we could realize vietnamese women have grown up potentiallyheroic women of war with their iron wills and exceptionally strongindependence in sense of pride experiencing lots of wars. Generally itcould be recognized through the analysis of the study, the considerationof vietnamese women stemmed from the female consciousness to protecttheir family from foreign invasions.

보육교사의 직무만족도, 자아존중감, 자아탄력성이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 보육교사의 직무만족도, 자아존중감 및 자아탄력성과 삶의 질 간의 관계 분석을 통하여 보육교사의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울특별시와 경기도 그리고 강원도 C시의 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사를 대상으로 수집한 자료를 SPSS Statistics Program 21.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관분석 그리고 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 보육교사의 직무만족도, 자아존중감 및 자아탄력성과 삶의 질 간에는 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 삶의 질에 직무만족도, 자아존중감, 자아탄력성이 모두 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 특히 직무만족도가 가장 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 인구통계학적인 요인(지역)에 따른 직무만족도, 자아존중감, 자아탄력성과 삶의 질은 모두 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This research was aimed to discover the factors which influence quality of life of Child Care Teachers based upon analysis of relationships between Job Satisfaction, Ego-Resiliency and Self-Esteem of Child Care Teachers. In order to do so, Child Care Teachers who attend kindergartens in city of “C” in Kangwon-do were asked about those factors. And we did a frequency analysis, a correlation analysis and a descriptive statistic by using SPSS Statistic Program 21.0. In consequence of research, first of all, there are significant correlations between Job Satisfaction, Ego-Resiliency and Self-Esteem of Child Care Teachers. Second of all, Job Satisfaction, Ego-Resiliency and Self-Esteem are appeared to be factors that influence Quality of Life of Child Care Teacher. Especially, Job Satisfaction was turned up to be most influential key. Finally, Job Satisfaction, Ego-Resiliency and Self-Esteem of Child Care Teachers depending on population statistical factors (regions) are appeared to have significant differences.

Marketing mix 7P가 어린이집에 대한 만족도, 충성도 및 재선택 의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 어린이집 경영효율화를 위하여 Marketing mix 7P가 어린이집에 대한 만족도, 충성도 및 재선택 의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울특별시와 경기도 그리고 강원도 C시의 어린이집에 재원 중인 아동의 보호자를 대상으로 수집한 자료를 SPSS Statistics Program 21.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관분석 그리고 다중회귀분석 및 분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 어린이집 만족도는 의사소통, 보육환경, 건강·안전의 3개 요인으로 도출되었고, 충성도는 1개의 요인으로 추출되어 내적타당도를 확보하여 신뢰성이 검정되었다. 둘째, Marketing mix 7P는 만족도, 충성도 및 재선택 의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어린이집에 대한 만족도, 충성도 및 재선택 의도는 어린이집 유형에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 민간어린이집과 직장어린이집이 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 민간어린이집의 평균이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 어린이집의 시장중심 경영효율화를 위하여 Marketing mix의 적용이 유의미함을 시사한다. 아울러 민간어린이집의 존립을 위하여 마케팅전략을 통해 만족도, 충성도를 향상시켜 어린이집을 재선택하도록 유도함으로써 원활한 원아모집과 이로 인한 경제적인 안정으로 원장과 교사들이 보육에만 집중하여 보육의 질이 보장되도록 운영할 수 있는 정보를 제공함에 의의가 있다. This research is to conform what Marketing-Mix(7p) influence on re-choice, loyalty and Satisfaction of Child Care Center for streamlining of management. In order to proceed, information was collected from Child Care teachers who attend centers in city of C in Kangwon-do, Kyeongki-do, and Seoul. Then it was examined by several methods which are multiple linear regression analysis, frequency analysis, and correlation analysis using SPSS Statistic program 21.0. In consequence of research, first of all, satisfaction of center shown to be having 3 factors which are communication, nursery environment, and heath · safety, loyalty has 1 factor. Considering these, the research is internally valid therefore it is proven to be reliable. Second, Marketing-Mix(7p) is effect to satisfaction, loyalty, and re-choice of center. Third, there is difference of intention between satisfaction, loyalty and re-choice of center depends on kinds of Child Care Center. Specially, reasonable difference is in between private center and center in workplaces. This result shows that applying of Marketing-Mix(7p) to market-focused streamlining management of center is meaningful. In addition, it is meaningful to provide information that for existence of center, improving satisfaction and loyalty to lead re-choice to the center by marketing strategy, smooth recruitment will occur therefore employee to be financially stable so they can focus on providing quality nursery.
