대학야구선수의 대학선택에 미치는 영향요인 분석

우수한 학생 운동 선수의 확보는 대학 운동부의 성패에 큰 영향을 미친다. 학교당국과 감독은 우수한 학생 운동선수를 스카웃하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며, 선수 스카웃은 지도자의 역량과도 관계가 있다. 그러나 이러한 우수선수의 확보과정에는 여러 가지 난제가 있으며, 이러한 문제는 대학당국과 지도자에게 부담을 주고 있는 것도 주지의 사실이다. 이 연구는 대학교 야구선수들이 대학을 선택할 때 가장 중요하다고 간주하는 요인을 추출하고 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 연구를 통해 검증된 자료는 대학이 우수한 고교선수들을 확보하기 위해 어떤 노력을 해야하는지에 대한 객관적 데이터로 작용할 것으로 조망된다. 연구대상은 야구부가 있는 전국 24개 대학 모두를 대상으로 하였으나 주소의 불일치와 반송과정에서의 오류로 인해 1개 대학을 제외한 23개 대학 야구부로 하였다. 2002년 현재 대한야구협회에 등록된 530명을 대상으로 우편으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 조사에 응한 318명을 최종대상으로 삼았다. Johnson(1995)과 이종호(1998)가 사용한 질문지를 수정 보완하여 야구종목의 특성에 맞게 재구성하였다. 이 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 야구선수들이 대학을 선택할 때 가장 중요하게 여기는 요인은 빠른 시간에 대학에서 주전을 확보할 수 있느냐는 것이었다. 고교감독, 아버지 그리고 해당대학 감독도 선택에 큰 영향을 미치는 요인이었다. 수도권의 선수들은 대학의 인지도나 명성도 중요한 요인으로 간주하였다. 지방학생들은 입학과 동시에 주전을 확보하는 것이 대학선택에 가장 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있으며 지도자의 지도 유형도 대학선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The feature film ≪Le Grand Chef≫, released on the 1st of November 2007 nationwideover 350 cinemas has gone through a survey consisting of approximately 90 participants showing the director`s primary editorial version on the 8th of August 2007, three months prior to its premier. The staffs analyzed the data obtained by series of questionnairesfrom the participants regarding their view of the film before and after the show. This kind of monitoring work is performed before the audiences view the film during the scenario phase or after editing, the results of the survey is then used to estimate the budget for advertisement, and set directions for editing, recording and marketing.The systemized monitoring work will cover the limitations of internal monitoring work which lacks objectivity. Due to the large sum of capital investments involved in film industry, verification and prediction plays a vital role and the scientific data process of mechanism for a box office hit will allow us to prepare for the fickle audience. However, even the most well designed monitoring system will have its limits. Weighing and grading various parts of the movie will incapacitate creativity and may even cause negative effect on artist`s creative will, which is required to create various novel works. The film monitoring operation has its pros and cons. The full value of the monitoring operation will come to effect when it no longer causes harm to the creative thoughts of the originator and when the originator is able to accept new discovery from the unexpected. This is because movies are products as well as arts.

장편 극영화 <식객> 프리 프로덕션

영화 <식객>은 허영만의 원작 만화 <식객>을 영화화한 작품이다. 영화 <식객>은 2005년 11월부터 2006년 2월까지 시나리오 작업을 진행, 약 5개월간의 프리 프로덕션을 거쳐 2006년 8월 15일을 시작으로 약 5 개월간 총 58회 촬영 됐다. <식객>은 2007년 11월 1일, 서울 68개 지방 350개의 극장에서 동시 개봉되어 350만 명이 넘는 관객을 동원했다. 이글은 영화 <식객>의 프리 프로덕션을 중심으로 다루고 있다. 원작 만화가 영화 시나리오로 각색되는 과정에서 발생한 전반적 이야기들을 다루고 있으며 캐스팅과 스태프의 구성, 촬영 장소의 물색 등 준비 과정에서 느끼고 고민했던 모든 기록을 연출자의 입장에서 자세하게 기록하려 했다. A film titled <Le Grand Chef> is a work that made it a film as for <Le Grand Chef>, which is Heo Yeong-man s original cartoon. The film <Le Grand Chef> had been developed the scenario work from November in 2005 to February in 2006, passed through pre-production for about 5 months, and was shot totally 58 times for about 5 months starting from August 15th. <Le Grand Chef> was released simultaneously at 68 cinemas in Seoul and 350 cinemas in regions in November 1, 2007, and then mobilized over 350 audiences. This writing is addressing with the focus on pre-production of the film <Le Grand Chef>. The whole stories are being addressed that occurred in the process that the original cartoon is being adapted to a film scenario. The aim was to minutely make all the records, which had been felt and worried in the preparatory process such as casting, forming staff, and looking for a shooting place, from a director s position.

"Show, Don`t Tell": Delivery of Expository Information in Leaving Las Vegas

This paper examines three categories of visual information-action, dialogue, and props-through Leaving Las Vegas, which is directed by Mike Figgis and based on the autobiographical story of John O`Brien. Though the two competing story modes of "showing" and "telling" have long discussed in such literary fields as fiction, literary nonfiction, and journalism, with various terms and emphases by critics such as Percy Lubbock, Gerard Genette, Gerard Prince, Shlomith Rimmon-Kenan, and Wayne Booth, the same subject matter on the "showing" mode may find different terms and emphases in a visual story. In film studies, the delivery of story information based on its formal and cognitive texture is rather taken for granted because a movie is literally a "showing" of a story world, whereas a novel is essentially a "telling." The delivery of visual information in film studies focuses on the categories of action, character, dialogue, props, and setting, which are roughly tantamount to those of narrative, description, and speech in a verbal story. Leaving Las Vegas is a good example of "showing"-type cinema with carefully regulated expository information. Though often disconnected, incomplete, and fragmentary, the series of props, dialogues, and actions form in the mind of the audience a discernable perspective that approximates the truth of the story world.

The incidence of small renal mass is increasing due to prevalent cross sectional imaging. A contemporary review of the indications, techniques, and outcomes is presented for nephron sparing surgeries (NSS) to small renal masses. Clinical literatures for nephron sparing surgery to small renal mass were reviewed. Open and laparoscopic NSS were evaluated and analysed in terms of indication, techniques, and clinical and oncological outcomes. The long-term data regarding open NSS have demonstrated equal oncological outcomes compared to radical nephrectomy. The indications for the maximal preservation of renal parenchyma have been expanded to patients with small, localized, often incidental tumors and a normal contralateral kidney. Laparoscopic approaches to NSS have shown similarly favorable clinical results. Functional and oncological outcomes were not different in open and laparoscopic NSS for renal cell carcinoma. However, laparoscopic NSS had a longer ischemic time and higher perioperative complication rates. NSS is a standard of care for patient with small renal mass under not only imperative but also elective indication. Although oncological and functional outcomes of laparoscopic NSS are acceptable when compared to those of open NSS, which has a longer warm ischemic time and higher perioperative morbidity. Laparoscopic NSS should be considered for select case such as peripheral, exophytic and small renal mass and also in experienced hand.

In rugby football games, a kick-technique plays is a very important role in improving power for games. Nevertheless many players lacks elementary knowledge of kick. In result, players are apt to fail to kick timely. Also they make over their rights of attack to the other party, and they are often injured. On the basis of preceding studies, I positively examined into relation which exist between the utilization of kick and the success or failure percentage of kick. And on the basis of such examination I would provide an elementary material for desirable kicks too. The success or failure of kicks according to grades of school, attack, defense, areas, kinds of the kick is a follows. 1. In middle school grade, the success or failure of kicks is determined by place kick. 2. The success or failure of kicks according to attack and defense is determined by place kick in attacking and is determined by grubber kick in defending. 3. The success percentage of kicks according to areas is very high in other party's areas. 4. The success percentage of place kick is very high in comparison with other kinds of kick.
