        한국 보자기의 전통미에 관한 고찰 - 조선중기 보자기와 조각보를 중심으로 -

        Various inferences on how the aesthetic sense and color sense of the Korean people were formed can be made. However, it is safe to say that they were basically caused by Korean thought and the natural environment. It is highly advantageous and undeniable that Korean people have maintained a 5,000-year long history along with their time-honored artistic talents. It is remarkable that Korean thought has always been based on gentleness, perseverance and diligence. Such features have become a basis for excellence in crafts requiring a great amount of time for exquisite handiwork, etc. We are proud that we could step forward becoming one of the culturally strong nations by establishing a diverse and abundant cultural infrastructure with these conditions. In this sense, it is needless to say that beautiful, traditional cloths used for wrapping were made naturally. Their value lies in frugality; reusing every piece of clothing, and the perseverance of our ancestors weaving all of them stitch by stitch. The combination of beautiful colors naturally resulted from the four distinctive seasons and plenty of sunshine in Korea. The traditional cloth for wrapping, which was woven overnight and based on the aesthetic sense of generations, represents beauty itself. During the Chosun Dynasty, women’s work with fabric included creating wrapping cloths as well as weaving, natural dyeing, embroidery, knotting, etc. However, the cloth used for wrapping is the best among them. These days old things are being forgotten, but people are showing more interest in these wrapping cloths and more and more relevant studies are being conducted accordingly. The combination of colors is closely associated with the Chinese principle of Yin-Yang, but there are many wrapping cloths with unique patterns and colors. It is believed that ordinary people could make them freely and project their free minds and thought into their work without formality or stereotype. Wrapping cloths are considered to be mirrors reflecting the lives of Korean women. They can be elastically adjusted for things of different sizes, and can be easily folded or tied when not in use. They can be also used as a rug when sitting on the ground or as a head covering for protection from the sun. To this date women still prefer to use them for various purposes, for example, to cover their shoulders against the cold, decorate things, etc. The philosophy and aesthetics of life contained in these cloths represent the life and wisdom of our ancestors. It is meaningful to appreciate the beauty of a variety of wrapping cloths made between the 18th and 19th centuries including those estimated to be made in the 1600s from the royal families of the Chosun Dynasty and to savour the wisdom and aesthetics of our ancestors. Every effort to study wrapping cloths offers an opportunity to review the comfort, mentality and aesthetics that our ancestors had. Therefore, it should serve as a momentum not to study these wrapping cloths merely as a tool, but to discover aesthetic logic anew and to see women's culture from a sociological perspective. Thus, male-oriented cultural values can be compared equally with those of our female culture, and the history of Korean culture should be properly reestablished.

        산-염기 중화반응 실험의 문제점 분석 및 개선 방안

        이 연구에서는 산-염기 중화반응의 실험 방법에 관련된 과학 교과서 내용을 분석하고, 문제점을 개선하는데 목적이 있다. NaOH-HCl 수용액의 중화반응실험에서 1) 페놀프탈레인의 decoloration, 2) 염 생성 확인을 위해 적정된 용액의 농축을 위한 가열 과정에서의 색 변화, 3) 염 결정 확인의 어려움이 문제점으로 지적되었다. 이러한 문제점들은 페놀프탈레인의 구조변화에 근거하여 설명하였고, 개선된 실험방법을 제시하였다. The aim of this study is to analyze and improve the experiment of the acid-base neutralization reaction described in science textbooks. The problems in the neutralization reaction of NaOH-HCl solution were following; 1) the decoloration of phenolphthalein solution, 2) the color change of the titrated solution during condensation for the confirmation of the salt crystals, 3) the difficulty for the confirmation of the salt crystals. These problems are explained by the structure change of phenolphthalein and the improved experiment is proposed.

        결혼이주여성의 한국어 수준이 문화적응 스트레스에 미치는 영향: 자아존중감의 매개효과와 차별경험의 조절효과를 중심으로

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of self-esteem and the moderating effect of discrimination experiences in the relationship between the effect of Korean language level on cultural adaptation stress of marriage migrant women. Methods 2,249 married migrant women were selected as research material using data from the 2021 multicultural youth panel survey. And SPSS 26.0 program was used to analyze the data. Through this, descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to determine the normality of data. And, association analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between major variables. In addition, regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of self-esteem and the moderating effect of discrimination experience. Results First, if the Korean language level of marriage migrant women is low, the cultural adaptation stress increases. Second, a partial mediating effect was verified that cultural adaptation stress is low if self-esteem is high in the relationship between the effect of the Korean level of married immigrant women on cultural adaptation stress. Third, the moderating effect that cultural adaptation stress is alleviated when there is no discrimination experience was verified in the relationship between the effect of the Korean language level of marriage migrant women on cultural adaptation stress. Conclusions This study showed that the Korean language level and self-esteem should be increased and the discrimination experience should be reduced in order to lower the cultural adaptation stress of marriage migrant women. To this end, various educational programs that can reduce the cultural adaptation stress of marriage migrant women were developed to suggest ways to reduce the cultural adaptation stress of marriage migrant women. 목적 결혼이주여성의 한국어 수준이 문화적응 스트레스에 미치는 영향 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과 차별경험의 조절효과를검증하는 것이다. 방법 2021년 다문화청소년패널조사 자료를 활용하여 결혼이주여성 2,249명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을사용하였다. 이를 통해 기술통계분석을 실시하여 자료의 정규성을 파악하였으며, 상관관계분석을 통해 주요 변수의 연관성을 파악하였으며, 회귀분석을 실시하여 자아존중감의 매개효과와 차별경험의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 한국어 수준이 낮을수록 문화적응 스트레스는 높아지고 있다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성의 한국어 수준이 문화적응 스트레스에 미치는 영향 관계에서 자아존중감이 높을수록 문화적응 스트레스가 낮아지는 부분매개효과를 검증하였다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성의 한국어 수준이 문화적응 스트레스에 미치는 영향 관계에서 차별경험이 없을수록 문화적응 스트레스는 완화되는조절효과를 검증하였다. 결론 결혼이주여성들의 문화적응 스트레스를 낮추기 위해서는 한국어 수준과 자아존중감을 높이고 차별경험을 감소시켜야 한다는것을 파악하였으며, 이를 위해 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 다양한 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스를 경감할 방안을 제시하였다.

        종업원의 조직몰입과 직업윤리행위 연구

        Organizational commitment is believed to be critical to organizational effectiveness. This study explored how organizational commitment might be linked to HRM practices and service employees` ethical behavior. A survey was conducted on 216 employees of four Korean restaurants in Beijing, China. There is currently a lack of consensus on what constitutes commitment-based HRM. Although the specific terms used and practices included sometimes differ, there are several practices considered to be key components of commitment-based HRM. The study`s findings revealed differences in HR practices were linked to employees` organizational commitment and customer orientation; in particular, training and employee involvement had a more significant effect on customer orientation than other HRM practices. Thus, organizational commitment can function as a mediator in the relationship between HRM practices and employees` customer orientation. On the other side, the findings indicate that different types of firms displayed different levels of organizational commitment. The findings revealed differences in how employees` experiences of HRM practices were linked to their organizational commitment and customer orientation, which can reflect their vocational ethical behavior. This study also explored the way in which the firms designed and delivered their HRM practices in order to manage both organizational commitment and customer orientation. The findings provide insights into the way in which firms manage the commitment process through HRM practices as well as into the responses by employees to their intervention.

      • 기업 사회공헌활동 참여가 기업태도 변화에 미치는 영향

        기업의 사회적 책임이 중요하게 여겨지고, 사회적 욕구가 증가함에 따라 기업의 사회공헌활동은 선택이 아니라 필수가 되고 있다. 기존의 많은 연구들은 기업의 사회공헌활동이 기업이나 브랜드의 이미지, 브랜드 태도를 높여 주고 브랜드에 대한 인지도를 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 고객 충성도를 높이며 판매를 촉진시키는 등 해당 기업의 입장에서 많은 일을 가능하게 한다고 평가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 활발하게 사회공헌활동을 하고 있는 GS샵을 중심으로 기업의 사회공헌활동에 참여한 집단 유형에 따라 사회공헌활동 관련 태도 및 해당기업에 대한 이용의도에 차이가 있을 것으로 보고 그 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한 집단유형에 따라 느끼는 어려움의 정도 차이가 참가자들에게 인지부조화를 일으킬 것이라고 예상 하였다. 이를 위해 집단 유형을 구분하여 사전, 사후 설문조사를 실시하여 사회공헌 관련 태도의 변화와 이용의도의 차이를 확인하였다. 실험 결과, 자발적으로 참여한 집단에서 사회공헌활동에 대한 전반적인 태도가 다른 집단에 비해 더 긍정적으로 변화하는 것으로 나타났고, 이에 따른 후원기업에 대한 이용의도 또한 일부분 긍정적으로 나타났다. 하지만 참가자들이 느끼는 난이도에 의한 반응 차이는 없는 것으로 나타나 인지부조화는 설명할 수 없었다. 이러한 연구결과는 기업의 사회공헌활동이 소비자 태도 및 반응에 많은 영향을 미친다는 기존의 연구들을 뒷받침 해주고 있다. 또한, 실제 현상에 대한 확인으로 일반화 가능성을 높였다는데 의의가 있다. As the social responsibility of companies has been considered and social desire has been increased, the contribution to public contribute of company has become a essentials and not a choice. Some researches have shown that CSR enables them to make a favorable impression on people, to improve brand awareness and sales and so on. In this research, we tried to examine that consumer"s attitude towards society is different depending on each group to be classified into whether or not they participated in CSR. And it is predicted that the degree of difficulty each group experience get participants cognitive dissonance. In this research, we separated three groups, done a pre-to-post, thereby have identified a difference of using intention. The result of this research, it has tended to change positively in voluntary participative group much more than the other group. Besides reusing intention of community relational company like this rises. However there appears to have few differences of response by level of difficulty, hence it couldn"t explain cognitive dissonance. Anyway, this result showed that social contributive activities of companies has an important effect on consumer"s attitude and response.
