Objectives : As acupuncture treatment has been widely practiced in many countries around the world, clinical trials of acupuncture treatments also have become popular. The objective of the study was to explore the trends of research investigating the effect of acupuncture treatment in clinical trials using a bibliometric approach, a quantitative analytical methods. Methods : Publications related to clinical trials using acupuncture from 2000 to 2019 were retrieved from the Web of Science database. Extracted articles were analyzed in terms of publication year, country, journal, research area, organizations and authors. Trends in research on acupuncture in clinical trials were visualized using the VOSviewer program. Results : A total of 3,166 articles of acupuncture clinical trials published from 2000 to 2019 were identified and analyzed. The country producing the most articles in this field was USA followed by China, England, South Korea, and Germany. A network analysis based on the co-occurrence of keywords showed following three clusters: clinical studies, pain management studies, and methodology studies. Conclusions : This study provided a macroscopic overview of research in acupuncture clinical trials. These findings provide an expansive strategy for researchers in this field to cooperate with other researchers or organizations.
퓨리에 변환 적외선 분광기를 이용한 수직 분광 복사율 측정 장치의 제작과 측정

퓨리에 변환 적외선 분광기(FT-IR)를 이용한 물질의 적외선 분광 복사율 측정 장치를 구축하고 이 장치의 성능을 평가하였다. 본 장치는 기준 흑체, 시료 가열로, 광학계, FT-IR로 구성되어 있으며, 측정 온도 및 파장 영역은 $200^{\circ}C{\sim}500^{\circ}C$와 $3.5{\mu}m{\sim}20{\mu}m$ 이다. 기준 흑체의 유효 복사율은 0.9993 이상으로 거의 1에 가까운 값을 나타내고 있었으며, 흑체의 분광 복사율에 대한 합성 상대 불확도는 0.69% 이하이다. $300^{\circ}C$에서 불투명한 알루미나, 흑연, 양극 처리된 알루미늄 시료의 수직 분광 복사율과, 금속(IMS200)의 표면 거칠기에 따른 복사율을 측정하였다. 금속(IMS200)의 표면 거칠기에 따른 복사율 변화는 거칠기가 증가할수록 증가하였다. An Instrument to measure normal spectral emissivity is built using a Fourier Transform-Infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer. The instrument is composed of four main parts, reference blackbody, sample furnace, optics system, and FT-IR spectrometer. Measurement ranges of temperature and wavelength are $200^{\circ}C{\sim}500^{\circ}C$ and $3.5{\mu}m{\sim}20{\mu}m$, respectively. Measured emissivity of the reference blackbody is greater than 0.9993 with combined relative uncertainty less than 0.69%, which can be considered an ideal blackbody. We studied the emissivity of opaque alumina, graphite, anodized aluminum, and steel (IMS 200). It is shown that emissivity increases with the roughness of the steel (IMS 200) surface.

Nowadays, it has recently been increasing demand for accelerated lifetime as a way to as-sess the reliability of the product in a short time. However, lack of a systematic examination of the statistical analysis of the activity factors and life analysis of activity of the electronic component. Each step was carried out according to the plan of accelerated life test LED through the Six Sigma methodology for this reason. Management process, and propose an effective method to increase the efficiency of the accelerated life test method was demon-strated to contribute to progress. 6 sigma methodology is proposed to accelerate the life of a reliable field method first process. The test was performed in a 16-step proof of the Six Sigma methodology to estimate the distribution, not the name of an existing test.

본 연구는 시설재배오이의 적정 관개시점의 평가를 통한 물 관리 방안을 설정하기 위하여 수행하였다. 경기도 연천군 전곡읍 소재의 오이 시설재배 농가에서 Tensiometer를 이용한 자동관개시스템을 구축하고, 이를 이용하여 관개시점이 15, 20, 30, 40 kPa인 4개의 처리구를 두어 일반농가의 관행 관개방법과 비교하여 오이의 생산력과 물의 이용효율을 평가하였다. 관개방법에 따른 오이과실의 수량과 당도는 통계학적 차이는 없었으나 15 kPa보다 20, 30 kPa, 관행 처리구에서 각각 수량이 6%, 7%, 9% 높게 나타냈으며, 과실의 당도는 30 kPa 처리구에서 가장 높은 값인 4.1°brix, 관행과 40 kPa에서 가장 낮은 값인 3.7 °brix를 나타냈다. 건물중은 30 kPa에서 가장 큰 값을 나타내었으며 15, 20, 30 40 kPa처리구의 식물체 수분함량은 92, 86, 85, 84%로 조사되었다. 오이의 생육 기간 중 사용된 관개량은 관행 > 15 kPa >20 kPa > 30 kPa > 40 kPa 순이었으며, 절수율은 관행을 기준으로 15 kPa 처리구에서 46%, 20 kPa 처리구에서 48%, 30 kPa 처리구에서 58%, 40 kPa 처리구에서 69%가 절약되었다. 1 kg의 과실을 생산하는데 사용되는 물이용률은 관행이 가장 비효율적이며, 관행에 비해 15, 20, 30, 40 kPa처리구가 관행구보다 36~67%정도 물이 적게 사용되었다. 과실수량과 당도 등에 처리별 유의한 차이가 없으므로 30~40 kPa수준으로 관개시점 설정 시 60%이상의 물절약이 가능 할 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to investigate effects of irrigation points on cucumber growth and water saving under greenhouse. Automatic irrigation system and tensiometers were installed at four plots to measure soil water tension and properties of irrigated water. Each plot was irrigated at different irrigation points; soil water tension of 15, 20, 30, and 40 kPa, respectively. Conventional irrigation plot without tensiometer was also investigated. The total yield and sugar contents of cucumber had no significant differences between plots. However, irrigated water volumes were saved most when irrigation points were 30, and 40 kPa. The two plots of 30, and 40 kPa treatments used about 60% less of irrigated water than the plot of conventional practice did. In conclusion, this research suggested that the optimum irrigation point for cucumber cultivation in greenhouse can be soil water tension of 30 kPa based on the results of overall cucumber quality, and Greenhouse water usage.
