We measured the electron drift velocity, W, in 0.5% $SF_6-Ar$ mixture over the E/N range from 30 Td to 300 Td and gas pressure range from 0.1 to 0.5 Torr by the double shutter drift tube with a variable drift distance, and calculated over the same E/N and gas pressure range by using the two-term approximation of the Boltzmann equation. The measured and calculated values at different gas pressure at each E/N was appreciable dependence in the results on the gas pressure.

We have examined the effects of S-nitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine (SNAP), prostaglandin $E_2$ (PG $E_2$) and dibutric cyclic AMP (dbcAMP) on the methylation of interferon- ${\gamma}$ (IFN- ${\gamma}$ ) gene in human Jurkat T cells. The CpG dinucleotide which is critical for promoter function of IFN- ${\gamma}$ gene was methylated by treatment with SNAP, PG $E_2$ and dbcAMP, respectively. The DNA methylation induced by PG $E_2$ was suppressed by the addition of 2',5'-dideoxyadenosine (DDA), an inhibitor of adenylyl cyclase, but the suppression was not observed in SNAP treated cells. The NO production was not enhanced in PG $E_2$ or dbcAMP treated cells. The methylation induced by PG $E_2$ and dbcAMP was not suppressed by the addition of $N^{G}$-methyl-L-arginine (L-NMMA), NO synthase inhibitor. In conclusion, the inhibition of INF- ${\gamma}$ gene expression by PG $E_2$ was associated with the methylation of INF- ${\gamma}$ gene by elevation of intracellular cAMP in human Jurkat T cells. However, the methylation induced by PG $E_2$ might not be mediated through the NO production.rough the NO production. 본 연구에서 인간의 백혈병세포주인 Jurkat T 세포에서 인터페론 감마(INF-${\gamma}$ 유전자의 methylation에 대한 S-nitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine (SNAP), 프로스타글란딘 $E_2$ (PG $E_2$) 그리고 dibutric cyclic AMP (dbcAMP)의 효과를 조사하였다. 인터페론 감마 유전자의 프로모터기능에 아주 중요한 디뉴클레오티드인 CpG는 SNAP, PG $E_2$, 그리고 dbcAMP를 각각 처리하였을 때 methylation되었다. PG $E_2$에 의해서 유도된 그 methylation은 아데닐산 사이클라제의 저해제의 하나인 2',5'-dideoxyadenosine (DDA)에 의해서 억제되었지만, SNAP에 의해서 유도된 methylation은 DDA에 의해서 억제되지 않았다. PG $E_2$나 dbcAMP를 처리한 세포에서 일산화질소(NO)의 생성의 증가는 나타나지 않았으며, PG $E_2$나 dbcAMP에 의해 유도된 인터페론 감마유전자의 methylation도 일산화질소합 성효소의 저해제인 $N^{G}$ -methyl-L-arginine (L-NMMA)에 의해서 억제되지 않았다. 따라서 인간의 Jurkat T 세포에서 PG $E_2$에 의한 인터페론 감마 유전자의 발현 억제는 세포내의 cAMP생성경로를 통한 인터페론 감마 유전자의 methylation과 연관되어있으나 일산화질소의 생성경로와는 무관한 것으로 보인다.화질소의 생성경로와는 무관한 것으로 보인다.
전자군 방법에 의한 C<sub>3</sub>F<sub>8</sub>분자가스의 비탄성충돌단면적의 결정

The electron drift velocity W and the product of the longitudinal diffusion coefficient and the gas number density $ND_{L}$ in the $0.525\;\%$ and $5.05\;\%$ $C_{3}F_8-Ar$ mixtures were measured by using the double shutter drift tube with variable drift distance over the E/N range from 0.03 to 100 Td and gas pressure range from 1 to 915 torr. And we determined the electron collision cross sections set for the $C_{3}F_8$ molecule by STEP 1 of electron swarm method using a multi-term Boltzmann equation analysis. Our special attention in the present study was focused upon the vibrational excitation and new excitations cross sections of the $C_{3}F_8$ molecule.
R&D 조직에서 지적자본이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This research analyzes empirically the structural relationship among intellectual capital components such as human capital, structural capital and relational capital, and organizational performance in public R&D organizations. The measurement indices were developed for intellectual capital and performance : they were 10 factors and 37 indicators for intellectual capital and 2 factors and 5 indicators for organizational performance. They were confirmed statistically reliable. From this survey research, using the structural equation model, it was found a cycling relationship among three components: human capital causes structural capital, structural capital causes relational capital, and relational capital causes human capital. And it was also found a causal relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance : human capital→ structural capital→ relational capital→ organizational performance. In the analysis of relative importance on organizational performance, the variables such as customer`s satisfaction, brand value creation activities, research planning activities, intellectual competence, interdependence, etc. were confirmed as an important variables affecting.

플라즈마 현상의 정량적 이해를 위해서는 원자나 분자기체가 가지고 있는 정확한 전자충돌단면적과 그 전자수송 계수의 값을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서 사용하고 있는 Kr과 Xe 원자기체는 PDP와 무전극램프 등 다양한 산업 응용분야에 이용되고 있다. 따라서 2항 근사 볼츠만 해석에 의해 기체압력 1[torr]의 조건에 0.001~500[Td]의 광범위한 E/N에서 순수 Kr과 Xe 원자기체의 전자이동속도 W, 종ㆍ횡축확산계수 ND<SUB>L</SUB>과 ND<SUB>T</SUB>, 전리계수 α/N의 전자수송계수를 계산하고 물성 해석하였다. Accurate sets of electron collision cross sections and the electron transport coefficients for atoms and molecules are necessary for quantitative understanding of plasma phenomena. Kr and Xe atom are used in many industrial applications, such as in PDP and fluorescent induction lamps(FILs). Therefore, we analysed and calculated the electron transport coefficients, the electron drift velocity W, the longitudinal and transverse diffusion coefficient ND<SUB>L</SUB> and ND<SUB>T</SUB>, and the ionization coefficient α/N in pure Kr and Xe gases over the wide E/N range from 0.001 to 500[Td] at 1[Torr] by two-term approximation of the Boltzmann equation.

반도체 에칭분야에 많이 이용되고 있는 CF₄, C₂F?, C₃F?가스들의 전자수송계수들을 볼츠만 방정식을 이용하여 해석하고자 한다. 특히 혼합가스를 이용하여 확산방전스위치에서 요구되어지는 특성을 파악하고자 할 때 시뮬레이션에 의한 적절한 혼합비 구현을 위하여 이들 순수가스들이 가지고 있는 전자충돌단면적을 해석하고, 전자이동속도와 부착계수 값을 2 항과 다항근사 볼츠만 해석을 통해 0.1~300 Td에 걸친 광범위 E/N에서 해석하고자 한다.
