충북지역 한지형 마늘 재배지에서 파총채벌레와 파좀나방의 발생양상 및 몇 가지 살충제에 대한 감수성

충북의 한지형 마늘 재배지에서 파총채벌레와 파좀나방의 발생양상과 약제검정을 수행하였다. 파총채벌레 발생양상은 3월 중순에 발생하기 시작하여 5월 중하순경 부터 밀도가 급격히 증가하였다. 파좀나방은 3월 중하순에 발생이 시작되어 수확기인 6월 중순까지 2화기 발생하였다. 9종의 살충제를 이용하여 파총채벌레와 파좀나방의 약제감수성을 조사하였다. 실내 검정 결과 파총채벌레에 대하여 clothianidin SC, chlorfenapyr EC, dimethoate EC, imidacloprid WP, cyantraniliprole + thiamethoxam WG가 100%의 살충효과를 보였다. 파좀나방에 대해서는 cyantraniliprole EC, pyridalyl EW, spinetoram SG, abamectin + chlorantraniliprole SC가 100%의 살충효과를 보였다. 2종 해충에 대하여 실내검정에서 살충효과가 높았던 약제 각각 5, 4종을 대상으로 포장검정을 수행한 결과 모든 약제에서 처리 3일차에서 90% 이상의 방제효과를 나타내었다. A series of studies were conducted to monitor the seasonal occurrences of onion thrips (Thrips tabaci) and allium leafminers (Acrolepiopsis sapporensis) in northern-type garlic fields, and to evaluate their susceptibility to insecticides. The results showed that the T. tabaci population density increased from mid- March to mid-June, that of A. sapporensis began to increase in mid-March and peaked twice by early July. Also, using recommended concentrations, the insecticidal activities of nine insecticides against these two pests were evaluated. Under laboratory conditions, clothianidin SC, chlorfenapyr EC, dimethoate EC, imidacloprid WP, and cyantraniliprole + thiamethoxam WG insecticidal activities against T. tabaci were all 100%, as well as. those of cyantraniliprole EC, pyridalyl EW, spinetoram SG and abamectin + chlorantraniliprole SC against A. sapporensis. Insecticides, with high insecticidal activities, were evaluated on the two pests under laboratory conditions, and the results showed that all the insecticides exhibited strong insecticidal activities, and the mortality of two pests was >90%.
충북지역 노지포도원에서 열점박이별잎벌레 (Oides decempunctatus)의 발생생태 및 발육특성

This study was conducted to investigate the seasonal occurrence of Oides decempunctatus (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) and it`s damage on grape according to the variety. In Chungbuk province, occurrence of O. decempunctatus was from 20 to 38% at open field vineyard during 2011 to 2012. O. decempunctatus showed the highest peak in mid-late June (larva) and mid-late August (adult). Overwintered eggs of O. decempunctatus were hatched from late May to early June. Larval period was from late May to mid July and pupal period was taken one month during July under the ground soil. Adults appeared in mid July and it began ovipositing on the ground near the crown until mid October. Among 39 varieties, Seyve villard 5247 was damaged more than 50% by this pest, and followed 6 varieties including Baco 22A were damaged within 20~50%. Whereas, Neo Muscat, MBA and Delaware were damaged less than 5%. Developmental period of O. decempunctatus from egg to emergence was taken times as 86.0 days at 20℃ and 40.7 days at 30℃. The hatching rate was the highest at 25℃ showing 79.9%, wheres it was decreased to 39.8% at 30℃. Each developmental zero point (15, 20, 25, 30±1℃, 60±5% RH) was recorded as 9.9, 11.5, 9.1, 9.3℃ and effective accumulated temperature was investigated 166.6, 290.9, 404.2, 913.2 Degree Day (DD).
