This study is to find out the characteristics of the changes of the site layout in Beopjusa which was built on Maitreya faith in the Shilla.. According to the analysis of it in this study, we make conclusions as follows; 1) The reconstruction of Beopjusa means a start in Dhamalsama(法相宗) and then it was supposed to be Buddhist temple which was formed by intersecting axis of centering around a wooden pagoda(捌相殿) with a main Buddhist hall and a lecture hall. 2) After the middle of Koryo dynasty, Beopjusa was changed to building layout of intersecting with Yongwabojeon(龍華寶殿) and Daeungbojeon(大雄寶殿) because of harmony with Avatamsaka(華嚴宗) and Dhamalsama centering around Avatamsaka. 3) The buildings of Zen Buddhism was built in the early Chosun dynasty owing to a prevalence of Zen Buddhism in the late Koryo dynasty. And since 17th century, Buddhist halls were each built in their a faith system according to interpenetrated Buddhism(通佛敎). 4) The courtyard type of mountainous district was made on interpenetrated Buddhism. On the other hand, the site layout of Beopjusa is being maintained by centripetal spatial organization through the wooden pagoda as object.
Seismic Analysis of Chemical Pump Using Automatic Mesh Generation System

본 논문은 자동요소생성 시스템을 이용한 화학적펌프의 지진해석에 대한 내용이다. 전처리시스템을 CAD시스템, 유한요소 코드와 통합시킨 자동화된 해석시스템은 구조물 최적화 디자인에 효과적으로 사용되어 진다. 해석조건이 수반된 유한요소모델은 자동적으로 해석모델로 부터 생성되어 진다. 또한, 유한요소모델은 해석코드에 의해 자동적으로 해석되어 진다. 이 통합화된 유한요소 시뮬레이션 시스템의 효용성을 화학펌프와 같은 3차원 복잡구조물에 적용하여 보았다. This paper describes a seismic analysis of chemical pump using automated mesh generation system. The use of an automated analysis system, involving FE codes together with CAD systems and FE pre- and post-processors, has provided an important step towards shortening the design process and structural optimization. The FE model, which is a FE mesh accompanied with the analysis condition, is automatically converted from the analysis model. The FE models are then automatically analyzed using the FE analysis code. This integrated FE simulation system is applied to an analysis of three-dimensional complex solid structures such as a chemical pump.

Toxic Shock Syndrome(TSS)은 1978년 Todd등에 의해 처음 보고된 이래 젊은 여성에서 월경과 연관된 질환으로 생각되어 왔으나 최근에는 코수술을 비롯한 두경부수술 및 기타 소수술후 합병증으로 많은 증례가 발표되고 있다. 이의 진단은 주로 임상적 진단, 즉 갑작스런 술후 고열, 설서, 저혈압 및 홍피증과 혈액배양등에서 검출되는 포도상구균등으로 가능하다. TSS은 대부분 수액공급 및 혈압의 유지, 전신적인 항생제 투여등으로 쉽게 치료가 가능하지만, 경과가 좋지 않은 경우 면역글로불린의 사용도 시도되어 좋은 결과를 얻고 있으며 조기 발견 및 처치가 가장 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 저자는 상악골 및 비골, 안와근심벽 골절을 지닌 48세 남자환자에서 골절부에 대한 관혈적 정복고정술후 발생된 TSS의 처치에 대해 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Toxic shock syndrome is an acute disease involving multiple organs. I described here a case of TSS associated with intranasal packing. Four major criteria, which are involvement of multiple organ systems, fever, hypotension or shock, and rash with subsequent desquamation should be fulfilled for the diagnosis. The exact pathogenesis is not well understood, however it is thought to be due to the effects of an enterotoxin produced by certain strains of staphylococcus aureus.

South Korea became a membership country of OECD with the rapid economic growth. However, level of corruption in South Korea is still considered seriously. Therefore, various aspects of studies on the corruption including bribery need to be done. Until now, there are many studies on the corruption based on the social-level factors. But this study, using Korean, Chinese, and Japanese data, examined citizens’ perception of the bribery acceptance. This study, based on the theory and previous findings, examines factors which explain perception of the bribery acceptance. Secondly, this study investigates whether there are differences on the perceptions of the bribery acceptance among three countries. For this purpose of study, world values survey 2010 data was utilized. When this study compared three countries, Japan showed the lowest score on the perception of the bribery acceptance. Korea was the second. China showed the highest score. Also, multiple linear regression analysis for the combined model showed that trust in the police, perception of fairness, perception of democracy, satisfaction on the economic situation, subjective social class, education, and gender were significant factor in explaining the perception of the bribery acceptance. Also, each country model was analyzed.

전화기 사회에서 경찰의 역할은 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 경찰은 사회질서를 유지하면서 성공적으로 체제가 전환되도록 지원하는 역할을 해야 한다. 따라서 전환기 사회에서 경찰에 대한 신뢰는 더욱 중요한 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 대부분의 경찰 신뢰도에 대한 선행연구들은 미국을 비롯한 서구 국가들을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 따라서 전환기사회의 경찰 신뢰도 연구가 부족한 것을 인지하면서, 본 연구는 대표적인 전환기 사회인 몽골 자료를 이용하여 어떠한 요인들이 전환기 사회 사람들의 경찰에 대한 신뢰도에 영향을 주는 지 조사하였다. 몽골은 대표적인 전환기 사회로서 구소련의 영향을 받은 전체주의 국가에서 민주주의 국가로 갑작스런 변화를 경험한 국가이다. Global Barometer Survey(GBS) 자료 분석 결과, 민주주의에 대한 만족도, 범죄 피해경험, 그리고 부패에 대한 인식이 유의미한 설명요인이었다. 선행연구와 비교했을 때, 전환기 사회의 경우, 민주주의에 대한 만족도와 부패에 대한 인식이 경찰 신뢰도를 설명하는 중요한 요인인 것을 알 수 있었다. Trust in the police plays an important role in a country of transition, since the police needs to maintain social order as well as supports the transition of a society. However, most of the previous studies on the trust in the police concentrated on the western countries, especially the United States. Recognizing the lack of research on this area, current study examined the trust in the police among Mongolian people. Mongolia, as a transitional society, went through the sudden transition from the communism-based authoritarian country into the democratic country. Analyzing Global Barometer Survey (GBS), current study found that satisfaction with democracy, crime victimization experience, and perception on the corruption were significant explanatory factors. Compared to the previous studies, in the case of transitional society, satisfaction with democracy and perception on the corruption were important factor in explaining trust in the police.
조골세포 세포사멸의 Estrogen 조절에 대한 Hsp27의 영향에 관한 연구

Estrogen may promote osteoblast/osteocyte viability by limiting apoptotic cell death. We hypothesize that hsp27 is an estrogen- regulated protein that can promote osteoblast viability by increasing osteoblast resistance to apoptosis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of estrogen treatment and heat shock on TNFα- induced apoptosis in the MC3T3-E1 cell line. Cells were treated with 0 - 100 nM 17βestradiol (or ICI 182780) for 0 - 24 hours before heat shock. After recovery, apoptosis was induced by treatment with 0 - 10 ng/ml TNFα. Hsp levels were evaluated by Northern and Western analysis using hsp27, hsp47, hsp70c and hsp70i - specific reagents. Apoptosis was revealed by in situ labeling with Terminal Deoxyribonucleotide Transferase (TUNEL). A 5 - fold increase in hsp27 protein and mRNA was noted after 5 hours of treatment with 10 - 20 nM 17βestradiol prior to heat shock. Increased abundance of hsp47, hsp70c or hsp70i was not observed. TUNEL indicated that estrogen treatment also reduced (50%) MC3T3-E1 cell susceptibility to TNFα- induced apoptosis. Treatment with hsp27-specific antisense oligonucleotides prevented hsp27 protein expression and abolished the protective effects of heat shock and estrogen treatment on TNFα- induced apoptosis. Hsp27 is a determinant of osteoblast apoptosis, and estrogen treatment increases hsp27 levels in cultured osteoblastic cells. Hsp27 contributes to the control of osteoblast apoptosis and may be manipulated by estrogenic or alternative pathways for the improvement of bone mass.
