12주간 건강증진운동프로그램 참여 후 여성노인 체력요인의 변화

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of physical fitness variables after 12-week health promotion exercise program(HPEP) and one-year follow-up in elderly women, and to provide basal data for elderly exercise program development and application. Participants were 38 elderly women. Physical fitness variables were measured repeatedly before and after HPEP, and after one-year follow-up. HPEP was applied for 12 weeks, 3 times per week, 70 minutes per time. As a result, there was no significance in muscular strength grip strength) and cardiovascular endurance(six-min. walking). Muscular endurance(sit-to-stand) was significantly increased after HPEP, and significantly decreased after one-year follow-up. Flexibility(sit and reach) and balance(one leg standing with eyes open) were significantly increased after HPEP, and maintained the increased effect until one-year follow-up. In conclusion, applied program in this study could have the positive effects on health promotion in elderly women. And it is suggested that modified exercise intensity and time should be developed for maintaining the increased effect after HPEP on muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance until one-year follow-up.
팔꿉관절 운동강도 설정 및 측정을 위한 최대굴곡력 예측

The purpose of this study was to identify the difference and correlation in elbow joint maximal flexion strength according to measurement methods and characteristics of muscular contraction, and to develop the predictive equation of elbow joint maximal flexion strength for the optimal exercise intensity setting and accurate measurement. Subjects were 30 male university students. Elbow joint maximal flexion strength of isokinetic contraction, isometric contraction at 75° elbow joint flexion position, isotonic concentric 1RM, manual muscle strength (MMT) were measured with isokinetic dynamometer, dumbbell, and manual muscle tester. Pearson’s r, linear regression equation, and multiple regression equation between variables were calculated. As a result, the highest value was isometric contraction. The second highest value was MMT. The third highest value was isokinetic contraction. 1RM was the lowest. Predictive equations of elbow joint maximal flexion strength between isometric and isokinetic contraction, between isometric contraction and 1RM, among isometric contraction, 1RM, and body weight were developed. In conclusion, 1RM and isokinetic elbow joint maximal flexion strength could be seemed to underestimate the practical elbow joint maximal flexion strength. And it is suggested that the developed predictive equations in this study should be useful in criteria- and goal-setting for resistant exercise and sports rehabilitation after elbow joint injury.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate intramuscular pH and the high energy phosphate metabolism in the skeletal muscle between athletes (n=11) and sedentary men (n=11). Exercise protocols were consisted of continuous isometric contractions of Maximal Voluntary Contraction (MVC) 1% and MVC 5%. ^31P NMR spectroscopy was used for analyzing intramuscular pH and Pi/PCr during exercise. In both groups, intramuscular pH was decreased according to the time course. The lowest intramuscular pH in athletes was observed at 28 min after MVC 1% exercise, which was significantly higher than that of sedentary men (p<.05), and the reduction rate of pH was about 2.6%. The same results were obtained with MVC 5% exercise. The ratio of Pi to PCr (Pi/PCr) was increased according to the time course in both groups. The highest ratio of Pi/PCr in athletes was observed at 24 min with MVC 1% exercise, which was significantly lower than that of sedentary men (p<.05). The ratio of Pi/PCr at all-out with MVC 5% exercise was lower than that of resting, which was different from sedentary men. In conclusion, intramuscular pH muscle in athletes was significantly higher and the ratio of Pi/PCr in athletes was significantly lower, than those of sedentary men (p<.05).
2016 리우패럴림픽 참가 대한민국선수단의 경기력향상을 위한 시차 및 환경적응 지침 개발

The purpose of this study was to develop the action guidelines for minimizing deconditioning owing to long flight time and jet lag, and to present the plan for athletic performance enhancement of Korea national team participating in 2016 Rio paralympic game. Qualitative analysis through collecting the bibliographic data and case-based reasoning were applied in this study. As a result, detailed action guidelines according to six phases consisting of preparatory phase, travel phase, overseas field training phase, village phase, phase at the venue, phase after the event were developed. Action guidelines developed in this study have to be applied especially to travel phase and overseas field training phase for getting excellent records in Rio paralympic. And it is suggested that orientation program should be introduced for Korea national team.
여자 축구선수들의 기술 수준에 따른 인체계측 및 기초체력의 차이

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the difference of anthropometrics, basal physical fitness, heart rate recovery rate, ball speed after in-step shooting between elite and high school women soccer players at the same age, and to present the basic data for developing the training program or setting the goal of training in women soccer. Subjects in this study were players of korean national standing women soccer team (n=21) and high school women soccer team (n=23). Anthropometrics and basal physical fitness were measured with anthropometry tapes and Takei Physical Fitness Test System % Body fat, RHR, HR recovery rate after 100m dash, ball speed after in-step shooting were measured with body composition analyser, wireless HR recorder, speed gun, respectively. Significant difference was shown in fore arm girth, thigh girth, grip strength at undominant arm, back strength, trunk extension, sit-ups, whole body reaction time, side-step, vital capacity, HR recovery rate at 5 min after 100m dash, ball speed after in-step shooting at both leg. In conclusion, the difference in physical fitness was larger than that in anthropometrics, and difference in technical level was seemed to result from the difference in basal physical fitness.
초등학생 태권도 수련 과정에서의 후유 장애 유발 가능 상해 실태분석

The purpose of this study was to analysis the clinical patterns of the exercise-induced injuries containing potential sequela in Taekwondo training for elementary pupils, and to present the basic data for developing the safeguards or protective devices and alteration of the training rules. The recorded papers(n=104) from medical institutions and an insurance company for 1 year(2007. Jan.~2007. Dec.) have been used to data collection. As a result, the incidence of injury according to site was highest in the face(64.4%), especially in the teeth. And the next were in the lower extremities(21.2%), upper extremities(8.7%), trunk(5.8%) in sequence. The incidence according to injury kind was highest in fracture(72.1%). And the next were in abrasion(9.6%), ligament damage(8.7%), contusion(3.8%), bleeding(1.9%), afflux(1.9%), dislocation(1.9%) in sequence. The incidence of injury according to an academic year was highest in the 2nd and 5th grade(21.2%, respectively). And the next were in 3rd(19.2%), 4th(15.4%), and 1st and 6th(11.5%, respectively) grade in sequence. The incidence of injury according to training career was highest in ``6~12 months`` group(47.1%). And the next were in ``above 2 years``(19.2%), ``1~2 years``(17.3%), ``under 6 months``(16.4%) group in sequence. The incidence of injury according to happening calendar month was highest in Jun. and Dec.(13.5%, respectively). And the next were in Jul. and Sep.(9.6%, respectively), Aug. and Nov.(8.7%, respectively), Mar.(7.7%), Jan. and Oct.(6.7%, respectively), Apr. and May(5.8%, respectively), Feb.(3.8%) in sequence. In conclusion, the prior education program for injury prevention should be introduced for elementary Taekwondo trainees who are in dangerous condition. And it is suggested that the trials of preventive methods for face injury in view of characteristics of Taekwondo should be required for safe training centering around the teeth protection device, safeguards, etc.
전래놀이 프로그램이 초등학교 저학년의 정서지능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to apply and adapt the korean traditional recreation program for the lower grades elementary students (LGES), and to identify the influence of the program on emotional intelligence. The existing korean traditional recreation program was applied with regard to intelligent, physical, and emotional development characteristics in LGES. Subjects were 2-class-students of the same quality after pre-emotional intelligent test. One class was experimental group (n=35), and the other was control group (n=35). Applied korean traditional recreation program was practiced in the experimental group for 12 weeks, 2 times per week. On the other hand, no special recreation program was practiced in the control group in the same period. As a result, applied korean traditional recreation program have significantly positive effects on emotional recognition (p<.05), emotional expression (p<.01), sensitive importation (p<.01), emotional control (p<.05), and emotional utilization (p<.05) in LGES. In conclusion, applied korean traditional recreation program was shown to be effective in the augmentation of emotional intelligence in LGES. Therefore, it is suggested that applied korean traditional recreation program should be a way to control oneself`s emotion and recognize others` emotion in LGES.
