품질경영시스템 활용이 R&D 연구원의 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향

This paper is intended to examine a relationship regarding whether innovativeness, interactivity, system quality and information quality, extended variable, has an effect on R&D researcher`s user satisfaction through the mediation of ease of use and usefulness after applying an extended technology acceptance model to quality management system. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed through face-to-face interview, and 158 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. In order to prove the validity of results of testing a hypothesis, the validity and reliability of measurement instrument was tested in advance. According to the results of testing an indirect effect on information quality, system quality, interactivity and innovativeness, independent variable, it shows that innovativeness, system quality and information quality produced a statistically significant indirect effect on user satisfaction. It is thought that the results of paper can be utilized to prepare for effective system development, establishment and design through the quality management system user satisfaction of R&D researchers at the point of contact for quality management that company pursues.

This paper represents the fundamental research results for the durability of nuclear power plant(NPP) which used to concrete mixed with fly ash in Korea. On the other hand, high level analytical equipments like SEM, XRD etc. allow to obtain more accurate information of cementitious materials. Thus, chemical and surface analysis of cement paste with 30% of fly ash is performed using these techniques. The X-ray differaction (XRD) results showed that the hydration reaction of cement is more dominant compared to pozzolanic reaction of fly ash at early ages. Also, the scanning electron microscope (SEM) results revealed the surface of fly ash particles was covered by C-S-H gels due to the reaction of fly ash and calcium hydroxide.

This study describes the results of Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) performed for Train Control System (TCS) of Honam KTX Line. PHA is performed to identify hazards at system level based on the risk-based approach followed by IEC 61508 and other relevant international standards. The hazards are firstly classified by the operational functions of railway system proposed by AEIF (The European Association for Railway Interoperability). Then, the hazards are identified in more detail according to the function of TCS in the process of the railway operation. In doing this, the relevant equipment among TCS are identified. The result shows that PHA can be used to demonstrate which hazard could be expected and which consequences could occur in the process of railway operation as the result of their functional failure(s). This way of description is a starting point for an operation or technical realization demanding TCS. In addition, the result can be used for allocating Safety Integrity Level (Sn") for each subsystem composing TCS and for generating any safety requirements that might not be taken into account in the system requirements.
취업역량 강화를 위한 LINC 사업에서의 캡스톤 디자인교육 운영 만족도 조사 연구

4차 산업혁명 시대 및 국내외 다양한 사회 환경 변화 속에서 오늘날 대학과 기업에서는 단순한 지식보다는 다양하고 융합적인 산업 분야에 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 인재를 원하고 있다. 이러한 배경 속에서 정부에서는 산학협력 선도대학 육성사업(LINC)을 시작하였고 대학에서는 현시대가 원하는 실제 현장에 적절한 인재를 육성하기 위한 다양하고 새로운 교육 시스템을 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 본 연구는 LINC 사업에서 운영하는 다양한 교육프로그램 중 캡스톤 디자인에 참여하면서 느꼈던 점이나 의견을 분석하여 보다 효과적인 프로그램으로 개선될 수 있도록 하기 위하여 연구를 실시하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 내용 실효성 측면, 교육 운영 적절성 측면, 캡스톤 디자인 교과목에 대한 만족도 측면으로 결과를 정리하였으며, 이러한 결과를 통하여 LINC 사업에서의 캡스톤 디자인 교과목의 활성화를 위한 방안을 시사점으로 제시하고 있다. 결론적으로, 연구를 통하여 분석한 결과에 기초하여 추후 LINC 사업에서의 캡스톤 디자인 계획 수립 및 운영에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. Today, universities and companies want talented people who can demonstrate their capabilities in diverse and convergent industrial fields rather than simple knowledge in various social environment changes such as the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In this background, the government started the LINC project for leading university in industry-academia cooperation, and the university has developed and operated a variety of new education systems to foster appropriate human resources in the actual field that the current era wants. This study was conducted to analyze the points and opinions of participating in capstone design among various educational programs operated by LINC project and to improve it to more effective program. In addition, this study summarized the results in terms of content effectiveness, educational operational appropriateness, and satisfaction with capstone design subjects, suggesting ways to revitalize capstone design subjects in LINC project. In conclusion, based on the results of the study, this study aims to provide implications for the establishment and operation of capstone design plans in the LINC project in the future.

기업의 R&D활동의 주체인 R&D연구원은 기술 혁신과 기업생존에 매우 밀접하게 연결되어 있다. 인적자원 교육이 기업성과에 매우 밀접한 관계가 있다는 연구는 체계적으로 오랫동안 진행되어져 왔음에도 불구하고, R&D연구원의 교육 운영에 대해서는 아직 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 이에 R&D연구원 교육에 대한 기존 연구들을 살펴보며 R&D연구원 대상 교육의 교육체계 및 주요 사항을 제언한다. 그리고 이를 통하여 향후 R&D연구원 대상의 교육에 대한 실증 연구의 토대를 마련하 고자 한다. When it comes to R&D researchers as these people basically in charge of R&D activities of companies, they are considered very much related to technical innovation and survival of the companies. Despite how long it has been since the first research on the closest relations of human resources education and training with companies' outcomes was conducted, as for management of education and training targeting the R&D researchers, the topic has not been yet discussed satisfactorily enough. In the light of that, this paper looks into previous researches on R&D researchers' education and training and offers suggestions on systems of education and training targeting the R&D researchers as well as other relevant main details. After all, the study believes that its work will contribute to a foundation of an empirical research on education and training targeting R&D researchers in the future.
