고강도 Nylon Filament의 열처리에 의한 구조와 물성에 대하여

The crystallinity, crystallite size and initial modulus of high-tenacity nylon 6 filaments annealed with constraint at various temperature (120。∼200$^{\circ}C$) and time (6 sec ∼1800 sec) were measured by density, wide angle X-ray diffraction method and stress-strain curves. The results are as follows. 1) The crystallite size on the 004 plane (fiber axis) increases with increasing temperature and time. 2) The crystallinity increases with increasing temperature and time, and it may be attributed to growth of existing crystallite. 3) The initial moduli edcrease with increasing temperature and time, and more remarkable dependence on temperature than that of treating time is recognized.
조직성과가 책임성에 미치는 영향과 성과측정의 조절효과에 관한 연구 : 서울시 기초자치단체 공무원의 인식을 중심으로

This study aimed to empirically examine the impacts of organizational performance and the moderating effect of performance measurement on employees’ peceived accountability of local governments in Seoul. Collecting survey data from 4 disctricts out of city of Seoul, the analytical results showed that both internal and external organizational performance positively affected legal/administrative/political accountability and professional accountability. Performance measurement had a moderating effect between internal organizational performance and legal/administrative/political accountability. Based on the analytical results, this study argues that it is necessary to improve organizational performance for better perceived accountability. Thus, local governments should enhance internal management systems as well as be more customer-oriented in public service production and delivery. Also, it is crucial for local governments to improve the performance measurement system and utilize the use of performance information.
지방자치단체장의 리더십 조절효과가 조직 및 개인성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of work autonomy, public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance and personal performance of local governments. And the moderating effect of leadership. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the organizational and individual performance were significantly influenced by work autonomy, public service motivation, and organizational citizenship behavior. Regarding the moderating effect of leadership, it is analyzed that there is a moderating effect in relation to organizational performance. In particular, it has a moderating effect on public service motivation and organizational citizen behavior. However, in the case of organizational citizenship behavior, it appears that there is a negative (-) adjustment effect. On the other hand, there was no moderating effect of leadership on personal performance. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of overall leadership as well as work autonomy, public service motivation, and organizational citizenship behavior in order to improve organizational and personal performance.
사회적 경제 활성화를 위한 성과관리제도 발전과정에 관한 연구

본 연구는 A공단을 대상으로 성과관리제도의 발전적인 과정을 변화하고 있는지를 분석함으로서 성과관리제도의 바람직한 정착 및 지속적인 발전을 위한 시사점을 모색하기 위한 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통해 A공단의 성과관 리제도 변화과정을 분석한 결과, 지속적인 보완 및 시행착오의 과정을 통해 성과관리제도가 진화적 발전을 하고 있는 것으로 보인다. 공공기관의 미션과 비전에 적합하도록 성과관리제도를 정착시키고 성과를 향상시켜 기관의 발전 을 도모하기 위해서 성과관리제도는 내ㆍ외부 차원의 성과관리가 효율적으로 연계되어 중복성을 줄이고 평가결과에 대한 충분한 보상제도를 마련하는 것 도 중요하다. 이러한 점은 기관의 제도와 기관 구성원의 협력을 도모할 수 있는 전략이기 때문이다. 마찬가지로 대부분의 성과관리의 발전적 논의에서 언급하는 것과 같이 성과관리는 단순 평가를 위한 형식적인 관리가 아닌, 기 관의 궁극적인 성과의 창출을 통한 발전 동력의 확보라는 것을 공공기관을 둘러싼 내ㆍ외부 관계자들이 충분히 인식하도록 노력해야 할 것이다. 내외부 상황적인 맥락(context)을 성과관리제도에 반영하기 위해 지속적으로 개선하 고 있는 노력을 구가하고 있다. 이러한 점에서는 매우 바람직한 과정으로 평 가할 수 있지만, 선진 사례의 추세인 지속적인 상시 관리시스템으로의 전환 을 점진적으로 고려해보는 것이 보다 궁극적인 성과관리제도의 발전에 기여 할 수 있는 하나의 방안이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to develop a strategy for a sustainable development about performance management system. The study was focused on a public corporation and analysis of the performance management process of institutional change, performance management system through continuous and complementary process of trial and error and it seems that the evolutionary development. Institutions, it is also important to provide adequate compensation for the results of the assessment are linked to the environment and efficiently reduces redundancy in order to establish a performance management system to suitability with the mission and vision of the public institutions and to promote the development of institutions to improve performance. Most of those, such as performance management mentioned in constructive discussion of performance management is understood that surrounds the public authorities that the security of developing power through the creation of the ultimate achievements of non-formal management for simple evaluation, the agency officials to recognize. And it has saved the effort and continues to improve in order to reflect the situation of the environment in the context of the performance management system. These however that in evaluating a highly desirable process will be described as one of the ways that you gradually considering the switch to best practices in the trend of continuous regular management system can contribute to the development of more ultimate performance management system.
