MgZnO has attracted a lot of attention for flexible device. In the flexible substrate, the crystal structure of the thin films as well as the surface morphology is not good. Therefore, in this study, we studied on the effects of the oxygen pressure on the structure and crystallinity of $Mg_{0.3}Zn_{0.7}O$ thin films deposited on PES substrate by using pulsed laser deposition. We used X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy in order to observe the structural characteristics of $Mg_{0.3}Zn_{0.7}O$ thin films. The crystallinity of $Mg_{0.3}Zn_{0.7}O$ thin films with increasing temperature was improved, Grain size and RMS of the films were increased. UV-visible spectrophotometer was used to get the band gap energy and transmittance. $Mg_{0.3}Zn_{0.7}O$ thin films showed high transmittance over 90% in the visible region. As increased working pressure from 30 mTorr to 200 mTorr, the bandgap energy of $Mg_{0.3}Zn_{0.7}O$ thin film were decreased from 3.59 eV to 3.50 eV.

The effect of co-sputtering condition on the structural properties of $Mg_xZn_{1-x}O$ thin films grown by RF magnetron co-sputtering system was investigated for manufacturing UV LED. $Mg_xZn_{1-x}O$ thin films were grown with ZnO and MgO target varying RF power. Structural properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The $Mg_xZn_{1-x}O$ thin films have sufficient crystallinity on the high ZnO power. The EDS analyzed showed that the Mg content in the $Mg_xZn_{1-x}O$ films decreased from 3.99 to 24.27 at.% as the RF power of ZnO target increased. The Mg content in the $Mg_xZn_{1-x}O$ films could be controlled by co-sputtering power.

Concern for the TOS (Transparent Oxide Semiconductor) is increasing with the recent increase in interest for flexible device. Especially MgZnO has attracted a lot of attention. $Mg_xZn_{1-x}O$, which ZnO-based wideband-gap alloys is tuneable the band-gap ranges from 3.36 eV to 7.8 eV. In particular, the flexible substrate, the crystal structure of the amorphous as well as the surface morphology is not good. So research of MgZnO thin films growth on flexible substrate is essential. Therefore, in this study, we studied on the effects of the oxygen partial pressure on the structural and crystalline of $Mg_{0.1}Zn_{0.9}O$ thin films. MgZnO thin films were deposited on PES substrate by using pulsed laser deposition. We used XRD and AFM in order to observe the structural characteristics of MgZnO thin films. UV-visible spectrophotometer was used to get the band gap and transmittance. Crystallization was done at a low oxygen partial pressure. The crystallinity of MgZnO thin films with increasing temperature was improved, Grain size and RMS of the films were increased. MgZnO thin films showed high transmittance over 80% in the visible region.

In this paper, we designed the bay control unit that is based on the microprocessors and integrates with the new technology of electrical, electronic, and mechanical fields. Nowadays the customers have required much more integrates multi protection relay, monitoring, control devices and power management for better and easier maintenance, performance, electrical system analysis and communication according to new trend of switchboard. This bay controller supplies those requirements of customers with easy handling and operation. This bay controller provides a graphic display wi th rear-lit liquid crystal LCD and push buttons as kinds of HMI. This bay controller provides the parameter setting program, various editors and fault recording and analysis program on Windows/95/98/NT/2000/XP for HMI. In addition, this bay controller can be set manually and this manual setting function helps user to interface easily.

도시차원의 분산전원 공급전력량과 수요측의 소비전력을 모니터링하고 제어 및 보호하기 위해서는 기존의 계통 운용 설비들로는 충족시키기 어려운 여러 가지 요구들이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 해양도시차원의 분산전원의 전력공급량 및 수요 측의 소비전력량을 모니터링하고 제어하는 전력 모니터링 센서 시스템을 설계하였다. In the paper we designed the sensor system that is based on the PT, CT and microprocessors for measuring power of distributed energy resource of ocean side.

분산발전원의 위치 변경에 따른 전력조류 및 송전전력 손실 평가를 통하여 도시차원에 적합한 발전원 설치점 선정 기법의 개발이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 전력손실을 고려하여, 분산전원이 주변의 모선 및 선로에 미치는 영향을 최소화 할 수 있도록, 분산전원의 설치지점을 선정하는 방안을 제안한다. In this paper we developed positioning algorithm considering distributed energy resource of ocean side by load flow calculation using Newton-Rhapson method.
