본 연구에서는 제주도 해안에 자생하는 45종의 해양식물 추출물에 대한 항균 활성을 조사하였다. 해양식물 추출물은 80 % 메탄올에서 유효 성분을 추출하여 시료화 하였고 항균활성을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 45종의 해조류 중에서 넓패, 패, 구멍갈파래 등을 포함한 6종의 해양식물이 미생물 생육을 억제하는 결과를 보였다. 항균활성을 갖는 해양식물 중 패, 감태 2종은 항산화 효능도 동시에 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해, 본 실험에서 확보된 추출물이 항균 물질로 사용될 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다. In this study, we investigated the antimicrobial and antifungal activity from the wild seaweeds of Jeju island. The active ingredients of the seaweeds were prepared by 80 % methanol extraction. Antimicrobial and antifungal activity of seaweed extracts was examined. We found that 6 plant extracts among 45 plants, namely, Codium contractum, Undaria pinnatifida, Ishige sinicola, Ishige okamurai, Ishige okamurai, Ecklonia cava, Hizikia fusiformis, Ulva fasciata, Ulva pertusa, Sargassum siliquastrum, Ecklonia kurome, Gracilaria textorii, significantly inhibited growth of harmful microorganisms. Additionally, according to DPPH assay, 2 plant extracts were found to have antioxidant activities. Taken together, these results suggest the possibility that 11 plant extracts can be utilized as an antimicrobial agent.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the choreography characteristics and present future directions of Korean creative dance education with the concept of “Korean creative dance”, which is newly established as a dance genre by the artist's creative spirit after modernization of Korea. Therefore, in this study, the direction for establishing the choreography system for Korean creative dance in terms of education needs to set the scope of choreography education, teaching methods for choreography education, and designing courses for choreography education.

The purpose of this study is to present the characteristics of the expression of works in Korean creative dance history. Therefore, this study divided into 4 periods from the 1920s to the 2000s when the Korean dance was accepted new dance in presenting Korean creative dance history. As a result, this researcher has found that the works of the age that appeared in Korean creative dance history are being developed into early period, the generator, the renaissance period, and the pluralism period. The Korean creative dance history developed variously from dance image, dance theatre, and fusion performance。

Epitheliogenesis imperfecta is a congenital disease in which localized or widespread defect areas of squamous epithelium of the skin. Epitheliogenesis imperfecta is rare anomaly of calves, piglets, foals, lambs, puppies, and kittens. Three cases of epitheliogenesis imperfecta in Korean indigenous calves were diagnosed in animal and Plant Quarantine Agency in 2011∼2014. In this paper, we tried to report them in detailed and compare with similar cases occurred in other countries.
고로슬래그미분말의 분말도가 모르타르의 레올로지 성질에 미치는 영향

Partial replacement of cement with blast furnace slag has many advantages such as the reduction of construction fee, the decrease of hydration heat and the increase of long-term strength. This study investigates the effect of the fineness of slag on the rheological properties of cement paste and mortar. Slags with three different fineness were prepared, and they were used as partial replacement of cement 40% by cement weight. Test results showed that the partial replacement of BS1 and BS2 decreased flow and increased shear stress, whereas that of BS3 had an opposite effect, i.e., increased flow and decreased shear stress. Overall, in both cement paste and mortar conditions, it was found that the fineness effect of slag on the rheological properties was similar.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic information need to promote early childhood's growth with balanced diet and preferable dietary attitude by observing the provision of food service management in kindergarten in Daejeon. We researched the dietary life of full- and half-day program children and their mothers. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 392 children attending kindergarten and their mothers. The questionnaire items examined general characteristics, dietary life, dietary behavior, frequency food intake etc. The results of the survey were as follows. The frequency of breakfast intake of the half-day program children and their mothers was higher than that of the full-day program children and their mothers. Most of the children had an unbalanced diet about soybean, kimchi, and vegetables, whereas their mothers had an unbalanced diet about processed food In general, the half-day program children showed higher scores than full-day children for the items of the dietary behavior of kindergarten. The dietary attitude and nutrition attitude scores of the half-day program children and their mothers were higher than those of the full-day program children and their mothers.
