Polyvinylcinnamate의 광조사에 의한 액정배향 연구

광감응성 polyvinylcinnamate의 유도체 필름 위 액정 분자들의 배향에 관한 연구를 선 편광이된 빛을 사용하여 LCD 제조 공정 조건들을 변화시키며 조사하였다. 제조 조건에 따른 액정 분자들과 고분자 사슬들의 배향 변화를 편광현미경, FTIR, UV/Vis spectroscopy, 그리고 광학적인 측정 방법을 이용하여 조사하여 비교하였다. The alignment of liquid crystal molecules using a linearly polarized light on a film of photo-sensitive polyvinylcinnamate derivatives are investigated as a function of LCD processing conditions. The orientations of liquid crystal and polymer molecules are monitored using the polarized microscope, FTIR, UV/Vis spectroscopy, and optical measurement techniques.
가상화 기반 함정 전투 시스템 클러스터의 Live Migration 최소화 기법

In this paper, Live Migration Minimization scheme is proposed for a Virtualization-based naval combat cluster. Irregular load pattern from multi nodes in the naval combat cluster can cause performance degradation. The proposed cluster system uses T(Type) & R(Rank) algorithm which is used to decide a node to be migrated for optimal resource allocation. In addition. this paper proposes the load prediction scheme by defining overload probability based on computing resources such as CPU, memory and network I/O. Resource information of host and VM are collected frequently. Simulation results show that the proposed schemes reduce the number of migration trial and improve cluster stability efficiently.

It has been much emphasized the concept of productivity during the manufacturing industry society. However, the concept and core competence of productivity has changed in service industry. Service oriented organizations use customers to focus their business strategies and continually try to enhance the service productivity focusing on the customer orientation. The purpose of this article is to provide whether the specific components of person-environment(organization) fit on the customer orientation through the job satisfaction. The authors aim to base the research framework of person-organization fit on the evidence from the literature review and try to identify the mediator role of job satisfaction on the relationship between person-organization fit and customer orientation. An extensive literature review of the extant conceptualizations and operationalizations of person-organization fit is carried out. Then the proposed research model has been empirically tested with samples of hospital employees. The findings of this study suggest that person-supervisor fit is only predictor that influences on the job satisfaction and perceived customer orientations. Furthermore, partial mediator effect on the relationship between person-supervisor fit on the customer orientation has been empirically identified. From this research there is person-supervisor fit among the three types of person-environment(organization) that predict the job satisfaction and perceived customer orientations. Finally some implications are included.
아크릴산 제조공정 사고사례를 통한 소각 시스템의 안전성 향상 방안

최근 대기환경규제의 강화로 화학공장에서 발생하는 폐가스를 소각 처리하는 경우가 증대되고 있다. 이러한 소각설비는 저장탱크 상부와 배관을 통해 연결되어 화염을 통하여 폐가스를 연소 소각시키기 때문에, 배관을 따라 화염이 역화될 경우에는 치명적인 사고로 연결될 수 있다. 본 연구는 아크릴산 제조공정의 소각시스템에서 발생한 중대산업사고에 대해 폭발의 3요소와 화염의 전파 원인을 분석하여 사고 예방대책 및 안전성 향상 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 소각시스템의 송풍기를 재 가동하기 전에는 공기 또는 불활성 가스로 충분히 희석하여 폭발을 예방하여야 한다. 둘째, 폭굉으로 전이된 화염이 저장탱크로 전파되지 않도록 소각설비의 전단 및 저장탱크 상부에 폭굉용 화염방지기를 설치하는 것이 필요하다. 섯째, 폭연용 화염방지기를 그대로 사용할 경우에는 그 전단에 파열판을 설치하거나 저장탱크 상부와 소각설비의 배관을 후드식으로 연결하여 폭굉으로 전이된 화염을 저장탱크 밖으로 분출시켜야 한다. 마지막으로, 소각설비에 연결된 송풍기의 제어반(MCC)에 순간정전 보상장치인 시간지연계전기(TDR: time delay relay)등을 설치하여 순간정전 후에도 자동으로 재가동될 수 있도록 조치해야 한다. Recently, waste gas incineration is increasing due to strong environmental regulatory system in Korea. These incinerating facilities are usually connected with the top of the storage tank through pipeline and incinerate off gas with the flame. Therefore, the flame originated from these facilities is likely to move back into pipeline and might cause an explosion of the storage tank. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to suggest the preventive measures and the way to improve the safety of these incineration systems through the cause analysis of a major industrial accident occurred in a acrylic acid manufacturing process in Korea. As a result of the study, the preventive measures are suggested as follows. (1) Air or inert gas inflow facilities should be well designed to dilute flammable gases into air or inert gas sufficiently before the blower is restarted in order to prevent the explosion (2) It is needed for the detonation-type flame arresters to be installed on the top of the storage tanks. (3) In case of using the deflagration-type flame arresters, it is necessary to install a rupture disk before the arresters, or blow off the flame outside tanks by connecting the tank top and the incinerator with hood-type pipe. (4) TDR should be installed to be restarted automatically after the momentary power failure.
