According to the result of this study, China and Japan, the competing countries of Korea are progressing their policy to develop port more intensively than ever. To cope with this situation, it is required for Korean port to prepare systematic and strategic measure as follows. First, the cooperation strategy is necessary to operate domestic port. Second, it is required to set strategy to construct infrastructure for physical distribution in the port. Third, it is necessary to consider inducing transshipment cargo and development of strategy for connected transportation network. Fourth, the system of international physical distribution centering around complex behind ports shall be constructed.

This study was designed to point out the problems of knowledge-based industry and suggest the ways of promotion. Two major schemes can be considered in promoting the knowledge-based industry ; 1) policy-side and 2) export promotion. There can be policy alternatives for export increasement. First for this kind, knowledge-based industry needs export support system at a similar model to traditional good and services export. For this, trade financing and export creding assurance system is urgently needed. And skilled and experienced arbitrator for knowledge-based industry is needed. Second, an infrastructure for the knowledge service export support system is essential. Statistical analysis support system for the industry and inclusion of knowledge service into the whole scheme of trade industry are needed. Organizations such as KITA and KOTRA have to set up the support centers. Third, overseas marketing support and enhancements in international cooperation are needed. Experts of knowledge-based industry need to placed in the branch of KOTRA, and marketing support through KOCCA, iPark, ICA and so forth should have functions of these kind. A vital support in overseas conventions, and governmental cooperations are needed.
정기선사의 글로벌제휴와 공동운항 간 파트너십과 제휴성과에 관한 연구

본 연구는 정기선사의 글로벌제휴와 공동운항 간 파트너십과 제휴 성과에 대해서 분석하였다. 전략적 제휴의 파트너십은 신뢰성, 몰입도, 상호보완성의 요인이 대용변수로 사용되었고, 전략적 제휴의 성과는 성장성, 수익성의 요인이 대용변수로 사용되었다. 정기선사를 대상으로 전체 120개의 조사대상표본을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 전략적 제휴의 신뢰성 파트너십은 성장성, 수익성의 제휴 성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 공동운항의 신뢰성 파트너십은 글로벌제휴보다 성장성, 수익성의 제휴 성과에 더 크게 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 글로벌제휴와 공동운항 모두 몰입도 파트너십이 제휴 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 마지막으로, 전략적 제휴의 상호보완성 파트너십은 성장성, 수익성의 제휴 성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 공동운항의 상호보완성 파트너십은 글로벌제휴보다 성장성, 수익성의 제휴 성과에 더 크게 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤는데, 글로벌제휴의 경우, 상호보완성 파트너십만 성장성의 제휴 성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. This paper examined the effect of alliance partnership on alliance performance of global alliances and joint service in liner shipping companies. The trust, commitment, and complementarity were as proxy for the partnership of strategic alliances. The growth and profitability were as proxy for the performance of strategic alliances. Based on the analysis of one hundred twenty cases such as global alliances and joint service of liner shipping companies, the following results were found. First, the trust of alliances partnership have a positively significant influence on the growth and profitability of alliances performance. The joint service`s trust partnership have a positively significant influence on the growth and profitability of alliance performance than global alliances. Second, the global alliances and joint service`s commitment partnership not have a significant influence on the alliances performance. Third, the complementarity of alliances partnership have a positively significant influence on the growth and profitability of alliances performance. The global alliances` complementarity partnership have a positively significant influence on the growth of alliance performance.
공급체인관리기업의 프로세스혁신이 조직몰입도에 미치는 영향

This paper examined the effect of process innovation on organizational commitment in supply chain management. Adjustment capability, forecast accuracy and customer service were the proxy for process innovation in supply chain management. Emotional commitment, normative commitment and ongoing commitment, on the other hand, served as proxy for organizational commitment in supply chain management (SCM). Structured equation modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were used to test th hypothesis using AMOS statistics program. Based on the analysis of 180 cases in the electric and electronic, machinery and equipment and distribution sectors, the following results were found. First, the adjustment capability of process innovation has a positively significant influence on the emotional commitment, normative commitment and ongoing commitment of supply chain management. Second, the forecast accuracy of process innovation has a positively significant influence on the emotional commitment, normative commitment and ongoing commitment of supply chain management. Third, customer service of process innovation has a positively significant influence on emotional commitment, normative commitment and ongoing commitment of supply chain management.

Recently, the world economy is pursuing liberalization based on a principle of free competition. It is, however accommodating the concept called economic block which endeavors to protect regional interests. The region of Northeast Asia has accomplished a remarkable economic growth which have brought a huge increase in container volume and dependency among those countries. The purpose of this study is to examine the strategy of Gwang-yang port as a hub-port in the Northeast Asia. The methodology used in this study is based on the Attitude model for the study of brand preference. The conclusion in this study is summarized as followings. First, Gwang-yang port should expand the amount equipment, to have capacity for accepting the quantity of container movement which expected to increase continuously. Second, Gwang-yang port should make a strategic effort to attract the transshipment cargo. Third, Gwang-yang port should supply an enhanced service such as the port information technique and various support system. Finally, Gwang-yang port should retain the service charge, which is to be low, in long term.

This study is to make a comparison investigation between the items inspection to be controlled and the imported cargo inspection to improved the logistics flow of the imported air cargo with particular reference to cargo selectivity. As a result of the dual system has been operated to inspect the imported cargo in Korea, though it has been efficiently protected the society and local industry, and intercepted the illegal trade, collected the accuracy customs revenue, according to put within a country of imported cargo, have been acted as the factors disturbed the fast and, efficient logistics flow.
