        國民學校兒童의 保健認知水準과 諸關聯要因에 關한 硏究

        Health knowledge of children started with concern of their body parts. The perceived level of children's internal body parts tested with body outline drawing were used as health knowledge score and various contributing factors such as age, eductional background of mother and children's media exposure experience were analysed to determine the effective communication channels. 1) Age and educational background of mother were both considered not significant on health perception level of children. 2) Children's reading hours per day showed significantly corelated with their health knowledge level. 3) Radio broadcasting exposure experience showed not significant effect on health knowledge score while television showed high.

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to help korean medical doctors write case reports based on Shanghanlun six clinical patterns and provisions accurately and effectively. Methods : To achieve the purpose of this study, we reviewed Shanghanlun six clinical patterns and provisions. After this, we formed a case report form according to the importance of Korean medical terms in Shanghanlun. Results : Through this study, we got the consistency and unity of case reports based on Shanghanlun six clinical patterns and provisions. Conclusions : This case report form is designed for gathering clinical data which are organized clearly according to the diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun six clinical patterns and provisions.

      • 우리나라 保健敎育事業에 關한 考察 : It's Problems and Solutions

        In order to promote health education program in various levels of public health administration, a study on current administrative problems regarding to basic organization, personnels, functions, and activities of health education was carried out. Health educators and health administative personnels of Seoul City and Kangwon Province were interviewed by the author, and followings are the results obtained: 1. Health education subsection under the public health section in the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs had two persons engaged in health education program holding regualr position, one with qualification in health education and the other with general administration background. It was rather peculiar that there was no co-ordinating activity between Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health and Social Affairs for school health program. 2. Public Health section of Seoul City had only one qualified health educator though with functions of supervision and consultation to health educators working in nine health centers of Seoul City. 3. Nine health centers of Seoul City employed nine health educators, one in eachcenter all with provisional positions, Among these, five of them were specialized in health education. All health educators. were well coordinated with other health workers in matter of health education program. 4. In-service training given by National Institute of Health never offered any course ofr health educators. 5. Turn over rate of health educator during five years from 1969 tod 1973 was high in that 58.3% left the position. Main reason Main reason ofr leaving the post was that because it was only provisional but not regular one. 6. In Kangwon province where no qualified health educators had been assigned, neither in provincial public health section nor health centers, health education program was carried out by general health workers fragmentarily.

        근대 이후 신분등록제도의 보호가치 변화에 관한 연구

        This study aims at the changing process of citizen registration system since 20th century by analyzing changing values of the system; economically, socially and politically. If there are any reasonable findings, it may use as a tool to redesign present citizen registration system. Main reason of changing system of family registration came from external outbreak such as colonialization, war, independence liberation, electoral system, ideological conflicts, population increase and decrease, however, internal factors such as economical, social and political incidences have generated its own influences against the system. Among the economical values which were evolved from the system change, taxation, drafting military service, compulsory mobilization of war resources, food rationing aid, policy decision making of population control, administrative cost reduction through citizen registration were monitored. Establishing social ethics, maintaining status order, population data-base setup through citizen registration, discrimination against women, enforcing birth-control, and gender equality had been categorized as a social values of citizen registration system. The most emphasized political value of the system was reliability of registration mechanism for enhancing power of ruler, who could be a King or a President. In order to gain political power, adaptation or at least passive support from ruled were inevitable. This study suggests that alternative solution for present system as follows; first, family registration system should be renamed as a individual registration to resolve collective orientation of the system. Second, normality of family structure should be relieved for those who are not in the patriarchal system. Third, intensified control power of state against individual information should be checked and managed. 본 연구는 근대이후 가족관계 등록제도의 변화과정을 개괄하고, 제도가 보호하고자 하는 가치를 경제, 사회, 정치적으로 분류하여 살펴봄으로써 현재 가족관계등록제도가 가진 특징과 문제점을 파악하고 그 대안을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 정부수립 이전에는 조선시대, 일제 강점기, 미군정기 등으로 나누어 제도의 변화과정을 분석하고, 정부수립 이후 발생한 제도변화는 정권의 구분에 따라 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 신분등록제도 변화의 배경과 그 이유는 어떠한지 둘째, 제도가 보호하고자 하는 가치는 무엇인지 셋째, 이를 통해 현 제도의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시할 수 있는지 알아보았다. 신분등록제도의 변화를 추동한 것은 식민통치, 전쟁, 해방, 선거제도입, 이념갈등, 인구증가, 인구감소 등 외부적 요건이 대부분이지만, 신분등록제도를 통해 경제, 사회, 정치적 가치 등이 형성되어 내부적 변화를 보이는 경우도 많았다. 이러한 다양한 가치들이 신분등록제도의 변화과정에 나타나 국가와 개인의 관계를 새롭게 규정하거나 갈등을 형성하였는데, 신분등록제도가 보호하고자 한 경제적 가치로는 조세징수, 징병, 전시물자의 동원 및 구호물자의 배급, 인구정책의 수립, 신분증명을 통한 행정비용감소 등을 들 수 있다. 사회적 가치는 사회윤리의 확립, 신분질서의 유지, 신원증명을 통한 인구파악, 남녀차별 및 산아제한 또는 양성평등 등을 들 수 있다. 신분등록제도가 보호하고자 한 정치적 가치 중 가장 대표적인 것은 왕권, 정권 등 권력의 정통성 확보이다. 신분제를 전제로 한 왕권의 강화(또는 유지)나 선거제를 바탕으로 한 정권의 민주적 정통성 확보(또는 재창출) 등은 지배자의 권력유지를 위해 요구되는 최소한의 정치적 가치였다. 신분등록제가 형성된 이후 개인은 백성으로, 식민으로, 유권자로 관리되었으며, 정치적 피지배자의 지위를 벗어나지 못하였다. 현 제도의 문제점과 개선방안은 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 가족관계등록제도의 명칭을 개인의 신분등록을 전제로 가족을 관계화하도록 개선할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 가족관계등록제도의 정상가족 이데올로기를 희석, 개선할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 가족관계등록제도의 지나친 국가중심 관리통제권을 완화, 개선할 필요가 있다.
