        여중생의 학교스포츠클럽 배구부의 참여 경험과 교육적 의미 탐색

        이 연구의 목적은 여중생들이 학교스포츠클럽 배구부에 참여하면서 나타나는 경험이 무엇이고, 그 경험에 대한 교육적 의미를 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 학교스포츠클럽 배구부에 참여하고 있는 여중생 6명을 선정하였으며, 참여일지와 심층면담을 통하여 수집한 자료는 귀납적 범주 분석을 통하여 처리하였다. 연구 결과, 6명의 참여자는 배구부 참여 과정에서 ‘편견의 대면’(친구의 편견, 부모의 편견, 자아에 대한 편견) ‘참여유인과 참여갈등의 공존’(참여유인-성취감, 바른생활에 대한 만족감, 소속감, 부모님의 인정과 관심, 교사와의 관계 개선, 참여갈등-남자 배구부와의 갈등, 포지션 경쟁, 이해가 부족한 지도에 대한 스트레스, 무의식적 비교에 노출된 환경) ‘실존할 공간(소중한 존재, 학교생활의 활력소)을 경험하였다. 이러한 경험의 교육적 의미는 ‘노력의 앎과 끈기의 획득’, ‘이기심이 이해로’, ‘자아탄력성의 강화’ 등으로 도출되었다. 연구 결과는 여중생들의 학교스포츠클럽 참여 경험에 대한 이론적 실천적 자료를 제공하고 나아가 여중학생의 학교스포츠클럽 활동을 활성화하는 데 시사점을 제공하는 계기가 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to understand the experience of female students participating in the school volleyball club and educational meaning of such; six school girls were selected from the school volleyball club. Data collected through participation log and in-depth interviews were processed through inductive analysis. As a result of the study, six participants experienced in confronting prejudice of friends and parents as well as prejudice of oneself; attractions and conflicts of participation coexist (attractions- sense of achievement, satisfaction with good leisure life, feeling of belonging, recognition and interest of parents, the improvement of the relationship with the teacher vs conflicts with the male volleyball team, the competition over volleyball position, stress on the lack in poor instruction and intensive environment of unconscious comparison); and practical space (precious thing and vitality of school life). The educational meaning of such experience was derived from "fruitful effort and acquisition of persistence", "changing from selfish to empathetic", and ‘strengthening resilience". The results of this study will provide the theoretical and practical data on the experience of female middle school students "participating in school sports clubs, and promote the sports club activities of female middle school students.

        O2O 배달 앱 플랫폼 서비스에서 공급 업체의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        Recently, delivery app services based on the O2O platform are increasing rapidly. Accordingly, various studies on O2O service have been conducted. Most of the studies are on consumer behavior in O2O services, and few studies on platform vendors have been conducted. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the factors affecting the vender s intention to continuous use in the O2O delivery app platform service. Based on prior researches, we set the quality characteristics and network characteristics of the O2O platform as independent variables. The quality characteristics of the O2O platform consisted of system quality, information quality, and service quality, and the O2O platform network characteristics consisted of network externality and platform reputation. Perceived value and switching cost were set as mediated variables, and vender s intention to continuous use was set as dependent variables. For empirical analysis, we conducted a survey targeting vendors of O2O delivery app platform service, and conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the quality characteristics of the O2O platform, such as system quality, information quality, service quality, and O2O platform network characteristics, showed that network externality and platform reputation had a positive effect on perceived value. The perceived value was found to have a positive effect on the switching cost and the intention to continuous use, and the switching cost was found to mediate the perceived value and the intention to continuous use. This study can contribute to the establishment of platform operation strategy as an empirical analysis on the factors that influence the intention of O2O platform vendors to use the platform continuously.

        입양가족에 대한 국내 연구동향

        본 연구는 입양가족에 대한 효과적인 심리지원을 위한 향후 연구의 방향성을 제시하고자 입양특례법이 개정된 2011년부터 2020년까지 국내에 발표된 석사·박사 학위논문과 학술지 논문 총 51편의 연구를 발표연도별, 연구대상별, 연구방법별, 연구내용별로 동향을 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율에 의한 통계를 이용하여 분석하였고, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 입양가족을 대상으로 한 연구가 학위논문과 학술지 논문을 통해 매년 꾸준히 발표되고 있었으며 사회복지관련 전공학과와 사회복지관련 학술지에서의 발표가 주를 이루고 있었다. 둘째, 입양가족을 대상으로 한 연구 중 입양아동보다 입양가족을 대상으로 한 연구가 활발히 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 입양가족에 대한 연구방법 동향에서는 질적 연구가 가장 활발히 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 입양가족에 대한 연구내용 동향에서는 양육과 적응을 주제로 한 경험연구가 가장 활발히 이루어진 것으로 나타났고 구체적인 연구주제로는 적응, 현황 및 정책, 대인관계, 문제행동 등의 순으로 연구가 이루어진 것으로 나타났으며 측정도구로는 객관적 측정 검사가 많이 활용된 것으로 나타났다. 입양가족에 대한 국내 연구동향을 살펴본 결과 입양가족의 지속적이고 효과적인 심리지원을 위해 입양아동 및 입양부모의 심리적인 특성을 심층적으로 살펴볼 수 있는 연구와 중재프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. In order to suggest the direction of future research for effective psychological support for adoptive families, this study published a total of 51 research papers from master's and doctoral degrees and academic journals published in Korea from 2011 to 2020, when the adoption special law was revised, by year of publication, trends were analyzed by research subject, research method, and research content. The collected data were analyzed using statistics by frequency and percentage, and the results are as follows. First, research on adoptive families has been consistently published every year through dissertations and journal papers, and publications in social welfare-related majors and social welfare-related academic journals have been the mainstays. Second, it was found that among the studies on adoptive families, more studies were conducted on adoptive families than on adoptive children. Third, in the research method trend on adoptive families, qualitative research was most actively conducted. Fourth, in the research content trend on adoptive families, empirical research on the subject of child rearing and adaptation was most actively conducted, and as a specific research topic, research was conducted in the order of adaptation, current status and policy, interpersonal relationships, and problematic behavior. It was found that the objective measurement test was widely used as a measurement tool. As a result of examining domestic research trends on adoptive families, it is necessary to develop a research and intervention program that can deeply examine the psychological characteristics of adoptive children and adoptive parents for continuous and effective psychological support of adoptive families.

        조사자에 따른 환자만족도 조사결과의 차이분석

        Backbround : To study any interference of demonstrated in different patient satisfaction scores for the same questionnaires handled by hospital staff and by independent surveyors, respectively. Methods : This study included 728 subjects who were admitted to a university hospital from June 22 to July 1. 1999. The contents of the questionnaire were composed of six dimensions: hospital structure and process, staffs technical competence and humaneness, information & education and communication. Measurements were performed on a 5-score Likert scale. T-test and logistic regression analysis were also performed. Results : In an outpatient survey, satisfaction scores from a questionnaire delivered by hospital staff were significantly higher than independent surveyors for the dimension of communication, but no differences were shown among other dimensions. In an inpatient survey, satisfaction scores by hospital staff were higher for the process and communication dimensions(p<0.05). In particular, in both the inpatient and outpatient surveys, the difference of satisfaction scores for personnel items, were significant between groups. After adjustment for age and sex those differences were significant between groups. Conclusion : To minimize the bias on questionnaire survey, the effects of personnel, who deliver and gather the questionnaire should be carefully considered in the evaluation of health service satisfaction.
