The forms of the simplified characters has been processed by the decades of deep concern and ardent discussions of the hundred thousands of linguists. Such a process goes with setting up modernizations of the character-cognition which had been somewhat perversed in the complicated course of thousnads of years inducing transitions of language and culture. The 'substitution' composition principle of Simplified Characters has an aspect of modernizations on the one hand, and a strong base on the traditional composition principle on the other hand The 'substitution' is to substitute the intricate strokes of Complicated Characters for much more simple strokes. Then, the rate of pictophonetic characters inside the new Simplified Characters created by 'substitution' composition principle is 90.3% (that is, 176 to 19)), whereas the rate of pictophonetic characters inside the Complicated Characters by the same principle is 90.9% (that is, 180 to 198). Thus, the proportions of pictophonetic characters in both Characters are similar in the case of 'substitution' composition principle. In the table 1 and 2 of 〈General List of Simplified Character [revised ed.] 簡化字?表(修?版)〉, Simplified Characters are 482 in number, while Simplified Characters by, ‘substitution’ are just 195, and the pictophonetic characters are 195 which is no more than 36% of all the Simplified Characters. However, learning of pictophonetic characters referring to Simplified Characters, which have been improved and readjusted in the pronunciation of 'phonetic complement' of pictophonetic characters, could be a method worthy of notice, promoting the learning effect for Simplified Characters of 'substitution' composition principle, as well as creating afterwards the side-effects for learning Complicated Characters.
여행업의 융복합 환경에서 멘토링이 멘티의 역할모호성과 이직의도에 미치는 영향

목적 현대사회에서 기업은 무한경쟁에서 우위를 점하기 위해 정보기술을 활용한 융합을 통해 업무 프로세스를 혁신하고 있으며, 타 산업과의 융합을 통한 다양한 상품개발로 시장의 범위를 확대하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 융복합이 활발하게 진행되는 여행산업에서 멘티의 역할모호성과 이직의도에 대한 멘토링 시스템의 효과를 실증적으로 연구하고 멘토링을 통해 이직의도를 낮추는 방법을 연구하는 것이다. 방법 실증연구를 위해 현재 멘토링 시스템을 운영하고 있는 여행사의 멘티 종사원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 코로나 19 로 인해 비대면으로 진행되었으며, 총 210 부의 설문지를 배포하여 204 부를 수거하였으며, 불성실하게 응답한 5 부의 설문지를 제외하고 총 199 부의 설문지를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 결과 연구결과 여행업계 종사자의 경력개발과 심리사회적 지원은 역할모호성에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 경력개발, 심리사회적 지원 및 역할모델이 이직의도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 역할모호성이 이직의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 결론 여행업에서 멘토링을 활용하여 멘티의 역할모호성과 이직의도를 낮출 수 있는 것으로 연구되었다. Purpose In modern society, companies are innovating their business processes through convergence using information technology to gain an edge in infinite competition, and expand the scope of the market by developing various products through convergence with other industries. The purpose of this study was to empirically study the effect of the mentoring system on the mentee s role ambiguity and turnover intention in the travel industry where convergence is actively taking place, and to study ways to lower turnover intention through mentoring Methods For empirical research, a survey was conducted on employees of the travel industry currently running the mentoring system. The survey was conducted non-face-to-face due to Corona 19, and a total of 210 questionnaires were distributed and 204 copies were collected, and a total of 199 copies were used for empirical analysis, excluding the 5 questionnaires that were answered unfaithfully. Results As a result of the study, career development and psychosocial support of travel industry employees had a significant negative effect on role ambiguity and It was found that career development, psychosocial support and role model had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. In addition, role ambiguity was studied to have a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Conclusion In the end, it was studied that mentoring can be used in the travel industry to lower the mentee s role ambiguity and turnover intention.
여행업에서 멘토링이 멘티의 자기효능감과 직무열의에 미치는 영향 : 정보기술이 융합된 시스템에 대한 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

목적 정보기술의 발달로 여행업에서는 정보기술이 융합된 다양한 시스템을 활용하여 업무를 수행하게 되었다. 따라서 여행업에서 멘토링이 이러한 시스템을 활용하여 업무를 능숙하게 처리할 수 있다는 자신감에 미치는 영향과 직무열의에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 연구하고자 한다. 또한 멘토링과 직무열의의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개역할에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 실증연구를 위해 현재 멘토링을 실시하고 있는 여행사의 멘티 종사원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 300 부의 설문지를 배포하여 268부를 수거하였으며, 불성실하게 응답한 24 부의 설문지를 제외하고 총 244 부의 설문지를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 결과 연구결과 여행업 종사원의 경력개발과 심리사회적 지원 및 역할모델은 자기효능감과 직무열의에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 자기효능감은 직무열의에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구되었다. 또한 멘토링과 직무열의의 관계에서 자기효능감이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 결론 여행업에서 멘토링을 활용하여 멘티의 자기효능감과 직무열의를 높여 직무에 임하는 태도를 긍정적으로 변화시킬 수 있는 것으로 연구되었다. Purpose With the development of information technology, the travel industry has come to use various systems converged with information technology to perform job. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to empirically study the effect of mentoring on the confidence that one can handle job skillfully by using such a system in the travel industry and the effect on job engagement. In addition, this study tried to examine the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between mentoring and job engagement. Methods For the empirical study, a survey was conducted targeting the mentees of travel agencies that are currently conducting mentoring. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 268 were collected, and a total of 244 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis, excluding 24 questionnaires that were answered insincerely. Results As a result of the study, it was studied that career development, psychosocial support, and role model of travel employees had a significant effect on self-efficacy and job engagement, and that self-efficacy had a significant effect on job engagement. In addition, it was verified that self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between mentoring and job engagement. Conclusion It was studied that the use of mentoring in the travel industry can positively change the attitude toward job by increasing the mentee s self-efficacy and job engagement.
국외여행 인솔자 자격증 취득을 위한 교육제도 개선방안 연구

This study attempts to derive the problems of the education system for acquiring the overseas tour conductor certificate through qualitative research and suggest improvement measures accordingly. In this study, in-depth interviews were conducted by a group of experts in order to derive problems and improvement measures of the education system for obtaining overseas tour conductor certification. As for the composition of the expert group, three overseas tour conductor with various experiences and three tourism professors with experience in the travel industry participated and conducted a total of three interviews. Interviews were conducted at 00 University on July 13, August 10, and September 15, 2020. The following problems were identified as a result of the interview. First, the educational content was theoretical education throughout the travel industry, and practical education for leading tourists was not implemented. Second, education subjects are also composed of general subjects related to tourism. In addition, problems related to the participants in education and the problems of equity in terms of the education period were derived in the two curriculums. The improvement plan according to the problems derived in this way was presented.
