로컬 프레임 속도 변경에 의한 데이터 증강을 이용한 트랜스포머 기반 음성 인식 성능 향상

본 논문은 프레임 속도를 국부적으로 조절하는 데이터 증강을 이용하여 트랜스포머 기반 음성 인식기의 성능을 개선하는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저, 원래의 음성데이터에서 증강할 부분의 시작 시간과 길이를 랜덤으로 선택한다. 그 다음, 선택된 부분의 프레임 속도는 선형보간법을 이용하여 새로운 프레임 속도로 변경된다. 월스트리트 저널 및 LibriSpeech 음성데이터를 이용한 실험결과, 수렴 시간은 베이스라인보다 오래 걸리지만, 인식 정확도는 대부분의 경우에 향상됨을 보여주었다. 성능을 더욱 향상시키기 위하여 변경 부분의 길이 및 속도 등 다양한 매개변수를 최적화하였다. 제안 방법은 월스트리트 저널 및 LibriSpeech 음성 데이터에서 베이스라인과 비교하여 각각 11.8 % 및 14.9 %의 상대적 성능 향상을 보여주는 것으로 나타났다.

Travel time function which is currently used in Traffic Assignment is BPR function. Monotonous increase BPR Function is made by relationship between Traffic Volume and Travel time. As it is simplified for convenience of mathematical calculation, cant explain the real situation in traffic flow such as Capacity Drop. Also It must be developed for providing the real time travel information that new travel time function which is precisely reacted at the change of Traffic flow. The main idea of this thesis is to develop a realistic travel time function that is based on the headway, one of the main characters of microscopic traffic flow. In order to establish solid model, the study used data which are collected in "KangBuk" freeway between Hangang Railway Bridge and Hangang Bridge, Hannam Bridge and Banpo Bridge and the summary of the result is as follows. The function of travel time, set by the independent variable that is accumulation of output-input headway, must be settled in two patterns in order to correctly describe size of traffic and traffic condition such as backward bended curve of travel time, non-reversal and, multiplicity; when traffic congestion gets increased and decreased. However, although the forecasting ability of Ran's function of travel time was found to be relatively high, but they were also found that they did not reflect non-reversal, multiplicity that can be observed from the reality. This study result suggests that forecasting method of traffic time that uses headway is simple in formula and holds high accuracy in traffic characters. Also, it can explain the traffic condition in more correct way by calculating the traffic time using headway and it can provide real time traffic information. If it is possible to make an additional revision in precondition of delay time resulted from passing and changing lines, it is should be able to realistically estimate dynamics in traffic flows when it is adapted to the various kinds of traffic management method such as ramp metering in merging sections on freeway.

六方晶格子의 點群 3 ̄ml(H)와 6/mmm에 屬한 結晶의 a- 및 b-軸을 따라 撮影한 振動寫眞에는 零層線에 對하여 鏡面對稱이 있다. The existence of the mirror symmetry with respect to the zeroth layer line in the oscillation photographs along a- or b-axis of hexagonal lattices belonging to the point groups 3 ̄ml and 6/mmm has been shown.

Reciprocal lattice explorer는 de Jong-Bouman camera와 Buerger precession camera를 合친것이다. 이 explorer를 使用하면 goniometer에 한번 固定한 試料를 使用하여 그 試料의 空間群을 決定하는데 必要한 모든 寫眞을 撮影할 수 있으며 그들은 찌그러지지 않은 逆格子面의 寫眞들이다. 本 論文에서는 de Jong-Bouman 과 Buerger precession 寫眞術의 原理와 使用法을 記述 하였고 또한 de Jong-Bouman의 振動寫眞과 zeroth layer 寫眞으로부터 11個 Laue群의 識別方法도 提示하였다. The reciprocal lattice explorer is an instrument which incorporates the principles of both the Buerger precession and the de Jong-Bouman methods. On the explorer all photographs which are necessary for a space group determination can be taken with a single setting of a crystal and the photographs show undistorted pictures of the reciprocal lattice planes. In this paper, the principles and the usages of the de Jong-Bouman and the Buerger precession photography are described, and a method of 11 Laue group identification using the de Jong-Bouman oscillation and zeroth layer photographs is shown.

三斜晶系에는 2個의 空間群이 있고 單斜晶系에는 13個의 空間群이 있다. 本 論解에서는 이 空間群들을 誘導한후 各 空間群에 屬한 一般位置, 原點移動, 特殊座標 및 反射條件들을 說明 하였다. There are two and thirteen space groups in triclinic and monoclinic systems respectively. After derivation of the space groups, the general coordinates, the special coordinates and the reflection conditions of each space group have been discussed and change of origin of certain space groups is also shown.
