[제5장] 소매유통업 양극화 실태 파악

본 보고서에서는 국내 소매유통업의 규모별 양극화 현황을 분석하고 유통산업 발전을 위한 정부정책에 대해 살펴보았다. 실제로 최근 5년간 국내 유통산업은 구조적 변화 가운데 중형 소매업의 사업체 및 종사자, 그리고 매출액 비중이 증가하면서 규모별 양극화는 일어나고 있지 않았다. 특히 슈퍼마켓 산업의 경우, 중형슈퍼마켓의 성장은 소형슈퍼마켓보다는 대형슈퍼마켓의 생산성 감소를 가져와 결과적으로 규모별 생산성 격차를 줄이는 역할을 하였다. 비록 기업형 유통점 주변 중소상인의 어려움이 어느 정도 존재하는 것은 사실이나 전반적인 유통업의 규모별 격차 확대는 일어나지 않은 것이다. 그러나 앞으로 중소유통업의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 노력 없이는 규모별 격차가 확대될 가능성이 높다. 여전히 소비자들은 SSM을 선호하고 편의점과 온라인 소매시장의 급성장으로 유통산업의 구조가 변하고 있기 때문이다. 기존 오프라인 매장들은 각자의 차별화 전략으로 경쟁력 향상을 꾀하고 있는 반면 중소유통업은 마땅한 대응책이 없는 상황이라 소비자들의 외면은 지속될 것이다. 이런 점에서 최근 도입된 기업형 유통에 대한 진입규제는 경쟁 악화에 따른 다수의 소비자 피해를 줄 것이며 편의를 추구하는 소비자들을 중소유통업이 아닌 새로운 소매시장으로 유도하게 되어 중소유통업 보호라는 정책 목적을 달성하기 어려울 것으로 보인다. 따라서 정부는 중소유통업 침체의 근본적인 원인이 기업형 유통이 아니라 경쟁력 저하라는 것을 주지하고 중소유통업에 대한 정책 방향을 소비자 니즈에 적응하기 위한 지원으로 선회해야 한다.

Portfolio choice under in°ation risk: Martingale approach

The optimal portfolio selection problem under inflation risk is considered in this paper. There are three assets the economic agent can invest, which are a risk free bond, an index bond and a risky asset. By applying the martingale method, the optimal consumption rate and the optimal portfolios for each asset are obtained explicitly.

On the study of surface activity in excized lung extracts of various pulmonary diseases, following facts were concluded. 1]The minimum surface tension measured in lung extracts of tuberculous tissue surrounding cavitary lesion was 26.3dyne/cm and its stability index was 0.53. 2]Macroscopically almost normal lung tissue at a distance of tuberculous lesion in same lobe revealed 21.3 dyne/cm of minimum surface tension in extracts and its stability index showed 0.66. This low surface activity may be due to the chronic pneumonitis microscopically. 3] In the atelectatic lung which had been collapsed by chronic empyema the extracts revealed much higher minimum surface tension in 27.3 dyne/cm and its stabillry index revealed the least value of 0.47 without correlation of duration of disease. This suggests that the longstanding collapsed lung may be soon collapsed even after mechanical full expansion because of lack of surfactant.

It has been known that the pulmonary mycosis generally results from saphrophytic colonization of pre-existing lung cavities, e.g. , due to pulmonary tuberculosis, abscess, bronchiectasis. or congen-ital cysts. Recently, the authors experienced four cases of the pulmonary mycosis which were all treated surgically, and in our opinion, three of them were considered to arise from secondary saphrophytic colonization of pre-existing tuberculous cavities by serial chest roentgenograms. One of them was actinomycosis which was known as relatively rare pulmonary mycosis, and its clinical experience was previously reported. The purpose of this report is mainly to review our clinical experience and some related literatures with three patients with aspergillosis. Many writers have stressed the sputum culture for aspergillus, immunologic study and serial roentgenographic findings were all important or essential in diagnosing aspergillosis. Surgical resection appears to be the treatment of choice for the mycosis of lung, and systemic administration of effective anti-fungal agents such as amphotericin B for aspergillosis and penicillin for actinomycosis respectively following surgical intervention is usually necessary to eradicate completely.

독일어 주어의 한국어 번역 양상 - 문장성분의 출현유형과 빈도수를 중심으로 -

In dieser Arbeit handelt es sich darum, die ins Koreanisch übersetzten Satzglieder des deutschen Subjekts in vier Korpora zu untersuchen.. Dafür wurde eine statistische Methode verwendet. Für ein Parallelkorpus ist jeder Satz paarweise durch das Microsoft-Office-Excel sortiert worden. Dann wurden ein deutscher Subjekt im Satz und das entsprechende Satzglied im Koreanischen gesucht und auch kodiert. Und sie wurden gleichzeitig nach den Satzgliedarten klassifiziert. In beiden Kopora wurde das deutsche Subjekt meistens auch im Koreanischen wieder als ein Subjekt aufgenommen und übersetzt (etwa 70%). In der Reihe stehen das nichtübersetzte deutsche Subjekt (etwa 10%), das Adverbial (etwa 6% - 7%) und das Objekt. Außerdem erscheint das deutsche Subjekt als ein Attribut, oder ein Kompliment oder ein Prädikat im Koreanischen. Dazu wurde ein deutsches Subjekt in über zwei koreanische Satzglieder geteilt übersetzt.

청담선사의 戒律觀에 나타난 마음사상

청담선사의 발자취는 한국 근·현대 불교의 역사이다. 청담선사의 삶은 修行의 연속이었고, 行은 계율의 실천이었다. 願力은 한국불교 의 청정성의 회복이었으며, 가르침은‘마음’을 찾는 길을 제시하였 다. 청담선사의 행적, 업적, 영향은 다양하고 모든 분야에 걸쳐 지대 하다. 본 연구는 그중에서 청담선사의 계율관을 요약 정리하여 어떻 게 마음사상으로 나타나고 있는가를 살펴보고 한국불교도가 이를 어 떻게 인식하고 계승하여야 하는가를 제시하고자 한다. 청담선사는 戒律이 교단의 토대이자 본질적인 요소의 핵심임을 밝 히고 있다. 또한 청정한 戒律을 바탕으로‘마음자리’찾는 修行을 하 여야 한다고 설한다. 청담선사의 戒律觀은 한국불교의 전통성을 확 립하고 불조의 정법을 수호하기 위한 방법으로 마음사상을 바탕으로 하고 있다. 이러한 계율관은 당시 한국불교가 처한 어려움을 극복할 수 있는 출발점이 되었고 그 근저에는 철저한 수행을 통해 얻어진 청 담스님의 마음사상이 바탕하고 있다. 청담선사가 주창했던 불교정화운동은 비록 완성을 하지는 못하였 지만 한국불교의 청정성회복과 수행종단으로서의 면모, 看話禪을 중 심으로 하는 禪사상과 마음사상은 철저한 청담선사의 持戒사상에 그 근원을 두고 있다.‘마음’은 청담선사에게 있어서 출가의 동기이자 깨침의 원천이며 교화와 자비행의 원동력이었다. 마음을 찾고 정화 하기 위해서는 持戒를 통한 參禪으로 무명을 타파하고 반야를 실현 하는 見性이 최종목표였다. It is not to much to say that the course Master Cheongdam has followed through his lifetime is the history of Korean modern and contemporary times. Actually, his life was the continuity of self-cultivation and his self-discipline was the practice of the precepts as well. His power of vow was recovering the identity and purity of Korean Buddhism, and his teaching seems to present a way to find the 'Mind'. His lifetime doings, achievements and influences are great in every field. Hence, in this paper I try to look into Cheongdam's view of precepts, how it is manifested as an aspect of mindthought, and to indicate how Korean Buddhists should realize his view of precepts and succeed it in depth. Master Cheongdam clarified that the precepts are the basis and core of the Buddhist Order. He also stresses the selfcultivation to see the original face of the mind based on pure precepts. His view of precepts is based on the mind-thought as the way to set up the tradition of Korean Buddhism and to keep the right Dharma. This viewpoint of the precepts became a starting point to overcome the difficulties of Korean Buddhism at that time, and Cheongdam's mind-thought through an intensive discipline was in the very bottom of it. Even though the Cleanup Movement of Korean Buddhism which Master Cheongdam advocated was not successful, the recovery of Korean Buddhism's purity, the face of the Order which stresses the discipline, Seon thought and mind -thought focusing on Ganwhaseon, which were the root of his upholding precepts. In fact, 'Mind' was the motivation of his renouncing the world, the source of enlightenment and the motive power of teaching the Buddha-Dharma and of compassionate practice. In order to find the mind and then to purify it, casting away the ignorance through meditation based on upholding precepts and attaining enlightenment, which was his ultimate goal. In this vein, today, Korean Buddhists need to make a living based on the precepts like Master Cheongdam and to follow his power of vow to recover the tradition and identity of Korean Buddhism. In addition, they should keep it in mind that the discipline and practicing Bodhisattva-practice is the right path of Buddhists.
